the data center 702 is configured to, when a work scheduling request of a current salesman is detected, obtain service information of a scheduling service requested by the current salesman; determining a corresponding service type according to the service information, inputting the service type into a preset operator matching model for matching, and obtaining an operator grade matched with the service information; screening a plurality of salesmen matched with the service information from a preset candidate salesmen set based on the salesmen grade; calculating matching scores of the plurality of salesmens and the business information based on the real grades of the plurality of salesmens, and sequencing the plurality of salesmens to obtain an initial salesmen matching table; according to the current attendance information of each salesman in the initial salesman matching table, removing salesmens which do not accord with preset matching conditions from the initial salesman matching table to obtain a salesman matching table, wherein the preset matching conditions comprise time matching conditions, distance matching conditions and/or attendance matching conditions;
and the visual command platform 703 is used for scheduling the salesman according to the salesman matching table. It should be emphasized that, in order to further ensure the privacy and security of the service information and the attendance information, the service information and the attendance information may also be stored in a node of a block chain.
The above figure describes in detail the intelligent scheduling apparatus of the outworker and the intelligent scheduling system of the outworker in the embodiment of the present invention from the perspective of the modular functional entity, and the following describes in detail the intelligent scheduling device of the outworker in the embodiment of the present invention from the perspective of hardware processing.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent scheduling apparatus for a field clerk according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the intelligent scheduling apparatus 800 for a field clerk may have a relatively large difference due to different configurations or performances, and may include one or more processors (CPUs) 810 (e.g., one or more processors) and a memory 820, and one or more storage media 830 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) storing an application 833 or data 832. Memory 820 and storage medium 830 may be, among other things, transient or persistent storage. The program stored in the storage medium 830 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations for the intelligent scheduling apparatus 800 of the field attendant. Still further, the processor 810 may be configured to communicate with the storage medium 830 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 830 on the intelligent scheduling device 800 of the outworker.
The intelligent dispatch device 800 for the outworker may also include one or more power supplies 840, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 850, one or more input-output interfaces 860, and/or one or more operating systems 831, such as Windows Server, Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, FreeBSD, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configuration of the intelligent scheduler facility of the field attendant illustrated in fig. 8 does not constitute a limitation of the intelligent scheduler facility of the field attendant and may include more or fewer components than illustrated, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
Further, the computer usable storage medium may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the blockchain node, and the like. It should be emphasized that, in order to further ensure the privacy and security of the service information and the attendance information, the service information and the attendance information may also be stored in a node of a block chain.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which may be a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and which may also be a volatile computer readable storage medium, having stored therein instructions, which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform the steps of the intelligent scheduling method for outworkers.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent scheduling method for an outworker is characterized in that the intelligent scheduling method for the outworker comprises the following steps:
when a work scheduling request of a current operator is detected, acquiring service information of a scheduling service requested by the current operator;
determining a corresponding service type according to the service information, inputting the service type into a preset operator matching model for matching, and obtaining an operator grade matched with the service information;
screening a plurality of salesmen matched with the service information from a preset candidate salesmen set based on the salesmen grade;
calculating matching scores of the plurality of salesmens and the business information based on the real grades of the plurality of salesmens, and sequencing the plurality of salesmens to obtain an initial salesmen matching table;
according to the current attendance information of each salesman in the initial salesman matching table, removing salesmens which do not accord with preset matching conditions from the initial salesman matching table to obtain a salesman matching table, wherein the preset matching conditions comprise time matching conditions, distance matching conditions and/or attendance matching conditions;
and scheduling and arranging the salesman according to the salesman matching table.
2. The intelligent scheduling method of the field attendant of claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the service information of the scheduling service requested by the current attendant and the current attendance information of the current attendant, further comprising:
acquiring historical service information of each candidate operator in a preset candidate operator set;
respectively determining the label set of each candidate salesman and the label set of the historical service information corresponding to each candidate salesman based on the historical service information;
according to the label set of each candidate salesman, grading each candidate salesman, and determining the true grade of each candidate salesman;
classifying the historical service information according to the label set of the historical service information, and determining a corresponding service type;
inputting the real grade of each candidate operator and the service type of the historical service information corresponding to each candidate operator into a preset training model so as to train the matching relationship between the real grade and the service type of the candidate operator;
and when the matching degree of the true grade of the candidate salesman and the service type is greater than a preset matching threshold value, stopping training to obtain a salesman matching model.
3. The intelligent scheduling method of field staff as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the step of screening out the staff who does not meet the preset matching condition from the initial staff matching table according to the current attendance information of each staff in the initial staff matching table to obtain the staff matching table, the method further comprises:
receiving card punching information uploaded by each salesman client in the candidate salesman set and storing the card punching information in a distributed mode into a message queue corresponding to the first storage space;
obtaining card punching information from the first storage space message queue and carrying out statistics according to set indexes to obtain corresponding statistical results;
and generating corresponding attendance information according to the statistical result and storing the attendance information in a second storage space.
4. The intelligent scheduling method of field attendants according to claim 3, wherein said obtaining card-punching information from said first storage space message queue and making statistics according to set criteria to obtain corresponding statistical results comprises:
obtaining card punching information from the first storage space message queue every other preset period, wherein the card punching information comprises service staff identification information, card punching time information and card punching position information;
initializing the salesman identification information, the card punching time information and the card punching position information to obtain and store initialized salesman identification information, initialized card punching time information and initialized card punching position information;
merging the identification information of the initialized salesman, the initialized card punching time information and the initialized card punching position information according to the preset card punching time node and the preset card punching area distribution to obtain corresponding statistical results, wherein the statistical results comprise a plurality of time partition statistical results and a plurality of area partition statistical results, and are stored in the positions corresponding to the second storage space in the future.
5. The intelligent scheduling method for field attendants according to claim 3, wherein after generating and storing the corresponding attendance information to the second storage space according to the statistical result, further comprising:
acquiring the attendance information from the second storage space, wherein the attendance information comprises attendance statistical information and attendance analysis information;
judging whether the attendance analysis information meets preset early warning conditions or not;
if the preset early warning condition is met, determining corresponding first preset early warning prompt information and second preset early warning prompt information according to the type of the preset early warning condition;
sending the first preset early warning prompt information to a salesman client to prompt the attendance abnormity of the corresponding salesman, and displaying the second preset early warning prompt information on a display screen of a management client to prompt the attendance abnormity of the corresponding salesman;
if not, outputting the attendance analysis information as the current attendance information of the business staff;
generating a salesman distribution graph based on the attendance statistical information and displaying the salesman distribution graph on a display screen of the management client;
and performing auxiliary scheduling arrangement of the salesmen according to the salesmen distribution map and the second preset early warning information.
6. The intelligent scheduling method of the field clerk according to claim 5, wherein the judging whether the attendance analysis information meets preset early warning conditions comprises:
traversing a local storage space based on the salesman identification information in the attendance analysis information;
judging whether the local storage space stores outwork attendance information corresponding to the salesman identification information, wherein the outwork attendance information comprises time attendance information and position attendance information, and the attendance analysis information further comprises attendance time information and attendance position information;
if the corresponding attendance report information does not exist, judging that the attendance analysis information meets the preset early warning condition;
if the corresponding outworker attendance information exists, acquiring the corresponding salesman outworker attendance information; judging whether the time corresponding to the attendance time information is within the time corresponding to the time reporting information and judging whether the position corresponding to the attendance position information is within the position range corresponding to the position reporting information;
and if the time corresponding to the attendance time information is not in the time corresponding to the time reporting information or the position corresponding to the attendance position information is not in the position range corresponding to the position reporting information, judging that the attendance analysis information meets the preset early warning condition.
7. The intelligent scheduling method of field attendants according to any of claims 1-6, characterised in that it further comprises:
receiving scheduling information with attendant identification information sent by the management client;
storing the scheduling information to a message queue corresponding to a first storage space;
and based on the salesman identification information, sending the scheduling information to the corresponding salesman client to schedule the corresponding salesman.
8. An intelligent scheduling device for an outworker, the intelligent scheduling device for the outworker comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a scheduling module and a scheduling module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring service information of a scheduling service requested by a current operator when the work scheduling request of the current operator is detected;
the model calling module is used for determining a corresponding service type according to the service information and inputting the service type into a preset salesman matching model for matching to obtain a salesman grade matched with the service information; screening a plurality of salesmen matched with the service information from a preset candidate salesmen set based on the salesmen grade; calculating matching scores of the plurality of salesmens and the business information based on the real grades of the plurality of salesmens, and sequencing the plurality of salesmens to obtain an initial salesmen matching table;
the screening module is used for screening out the salesmen which do not accord with preset matching conditions from the initial salesmen matching table according to the current attendance information of each salesmen in the initial salesmen matching table to obtain a salesmen matching table, wherein the preset matching conditions comprise time matching conditions, distance matching conditions and/or attendance matching conditions;
and the pushing module is used for scheduling and arranging the salesman according to the salesman matching table.
9. An intelligent scheduling apparatus for a field attendant, comprising: a memory having instructions stored therein and at least one processor, the memory and the at least one processor interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invoking the instructions in the memory to cause the intelligent scheduling apparatus of the outworker to perform the intelligent scheduling method of the outworker according to any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the intelligent scheduling method of field attendants according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
