本发明属于机械传动联接技术领域,具体涉及一种无键联接锁紧环。本发明主要解决现有锁紧装置存在的结构公差大、配合精度低、安装要求高、组装和拆卸难度大的技术问题。本发明的技术方案是:一种无键联接锁紧环,该锁紧环为圆柱形套筒,在圆柱形套筒内表面设有3条纵向窄凹槽,其中一条纵向窄凹槽设在圆柱形套筒内表面的中间,其余两条纵向窄凹槽对称设在圆柱形套筒内表面的两边,在圆柱形套筒外表面设有两个U型槽且对称设置在中间纵向窄凹槽的两边,所述圆柱形套筒的轴向内表面为一弧形面,其圆弧中点和端点连线与主轴外表面的夹角θ为1°‑5°。本发明具有负载传输和刚性联接性能好、配合精度高、危险处应力集中较弱、安装要求低、便于组装和拆卸等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于机械传动联接技术领域,具体涉及一种无键联接锁紧环。
背景技术
近年来,国家越来越重视制造基础技术与关键部件的研发,确立了国家重点研发计划“制造基础技术与关键部件”重点专项,传动基础件在机械传动系统中用来联接机械传动组件的部件,起着传递扭矩的作用。主要应用于重型机械、起重机械、船舶、机车及通用机械等领域。目前应用最广的传动基础件为锁紧装置,这种锁紧装置一般采用锥体薄壁结构,这种结构公差较大,配合精度低,危险处应力集中严重,安装要求高,组装和拆卸难度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的锁紧装置存在的结构公差大、配合精度低、安装要求高、组装和拆卸难度大的技术问题,提供了一种无键联接锁紧环。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种无键联接锁紧环,该锁紧环为圆柱形套筒,在圆柱形套筒内表面设有3条纵向窄凹槽,其中一条纵向窄凹槽设在圆柱形套筒内表面的中间,其余两条纵向窄凹槽对称设在圆柱形套筒内表面的两边,在圆柱形套筒外表面设有两个U型槽且U型槽对称设置在中间纵向窄凹槽的两边,所述圆柱形套筒的轴向内表面为一弧形面,其圆弧中点和端点连线与主轴外表面的夹角θ为1°-5°。
进一步地,所述U型槽斜边与底边的夹角α为100°-110°,U型槽底部设有倒角。
进一步地,所述纵向窄凹槽的宽度l为4-5mm,纵向窄凹槽顶端设有倒圆角。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在圆柱形套筒的内外表面设置纵向窄凹槽和U型槽,使得其在螺栓的紧固作用下,能快速变形将外环与主轴联接在一起。另外该圆柱形套筒的壁厚比一般锁紧装置的锥套大,解决了现有的锁紧装置存在的结构公差大、配合精度低、安装要求高、组装和拆卸难度大的技术问题。与背景技术相比,本发明具有负载传输和刚性联接性能好,公差小,配合精度高,危险处应力集中较弱,安装要求较低,便于组装和拆卸等优点。
本发明具有精确的定心和最佳的同心度,适用于高扭矩和轴向力的应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1~图4所示,本实施例中的一种无键联接锁紧环,该锁紧环2为圆柱形套筒,在圆柱形套筒内表面设有3条纵向窄凹槽6,其中一条纵向窄凹槽6设在圆柱形套筒内表面的中间,其余两条纵向窄凹槽6对称设在圆柱形套筒内表面的两边,在圆柱形套筒外表面设有两个U型槽5且U型槽5对称设置在中间纵向窄凹槽6的两边,所述圆柱形套筒的轴向内表面为一弧形面,其圆弧中点和端点连线与主轴外表面的夹角θ为3°。所述锁紧环2的圆柱形套筒上均匀设有若干带螺纹的螺栓孔。
优选地,所述U型槽5斜边与底边的夹角α为100°,U型槽5底部设有倒角,倒角值为C1~C3mm。
优选地,所述纵向窄凹槽6的宽度l为4-5mm,纵向窄凹槽6顶端设有倒圆角,倒圆角为R1~R3mm。
上述实施例中的圆弧中点和端点连线与主轴外表面的夹角θ还可以在1°-5°之间任意选择。
上述实施例中的所述U型槽5斜边与底边的夹角α还可以在100°-110°之间任意选择。
本发明的工作原理为:
将锁紧环2和外环1依次安装在主轴3上,在锁紧环2上安装螺栓4,将各部件联接定位结束后,预紧螺栓4,让主轴3和外环1与锁紧环2形成必要接触,最后拧紧螺栓4,实现最终的紧固。
本发明使用螺栓4启动轴向锁紧,实现了统一的横向收缩,由于锁紧环2特殊的几何形状。纵向窄凹槽6升高,扩大外径,减小内径,与主轴3和外环1形成必要的接触,以传递扭矩和轴向力。本发明的联接方式很容易组装和快速拆卸,不需要施加额外的力。另外,锁紧环内表面为弧形面,可以更好的减少由于螺栓紧固带来的锁紧环内径收缩给轴带来的破坏。

1.一种无键联接锁紧环,其特征在于:该锁紧环为圆柱形套筒,在圆柱形套筒内表面设有3条纵向窄凹槽,其中一条纵向窄凹槽设在圆柱形套筒内表面的中间,其余两条纵向窄凹槽对称设在圆柱形套筒内表面的两边,在圆柱形套筒外表面设有两个U型槽且U型槽对称设置在中间纵向窄凹槽的两边,所述圆柱形套筒的轴向内表面为一弧形面,其圆弧中点和端点连线与主轴外表面的夹角θ为1°-5°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无键联接锁紧环,其特征在于:所述U型槽斜边与底边的夹角α为100°-110°,U型槽底部设有倒角。
