Abstract
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃制品,特别涉及一种嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品。包括至少三块玻璃和全暖边框组件,三块玻璃分别为室内侧玻璃、室外侧玻璃、中间玻璃,其中至少一块为节能玻璃;全暖边框组件包括一个带凸台的暖边间隔条、三个带凸台的非金属材料全暖边框、四个连接插角,非金属材料全暖边框和暖边间隔条可视面上设置有凸台,凸台形成的平面上嵌入至少一块中间玻璃,中间玻璃和室外侧玻璃通过全暖边框组件可视面上设置的凸台平面和全暖边框及暖边间隔条面向室外侧的侧面间隔开来形成第一中空腔体。本发明不仅兼具普通中空玻璃和百叶窗帘的性能,还具有美观、大方、操作方便、清洁、卫生、节省空间等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃制品,特别涉及一种嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品。
背景技术
中空玻璃主要用于需要采暖、空调、防止噪音或结露以及需要无直射阳光和特殊光的建筑物上,广泛应用于住宅、饭店、宾馆、办公楼、学校、医院、商店等需要室内空调的场合。也可用于火车、汽车、轮船、冷冻柜的门窗等处。由于中空玻璃的隔热性能较好,玻璃两侧的温度差较大,还有降低冷辐射的作用。但是现有的技术中的中空玻璃通常存在以下缺陷:一、边框采用金属材料制造,不隔热、影响保温节能效果,例如专利号为CN201811508042.0的玻璃复合边框支撑合片双胶粘接密封不锈钢边框中空玻璃;二、结构简单,节能效果不明显,如专利号为CN201010239267的固定玻璃机构;三、多层玻璃使用不节能的普通白玻,同样影响建筑门窗节能。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出一种嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,采用多种导热系数较低的非金属材料制成全暖边框和暖边间隔条,以代替导热系数较高的金属边框和间隔条。改变现有中空玻璃制品的内部结构,使建筑门窗更加节能。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提出一种嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,包括百叶帘组件和百叶帘传动调节机构,百叶帘传动调节机构用于控制百叶帘的升降和翻转动作,百叶帘传动调节机构包括百叶帘升降机构和百叶帘翻转机构,还包括至少三块玻璃和全暖边框组件,三块玻璃分别为室内侧玻璃、室外侧玻璃、中间玻璃,其中至少一块为节能玻璃;全暖边框组件包括一个带凸台的暖边间隔条、三个带凸台的非金属材料全暖边框、四个连接插角,非金属材料全暖边框位于中空玻璃制品的左侧边、右侧边和上边,暖边间隔条位于中空玻璃制品的底边,内置于室内侧玻璃和室外侧玻璃中间;非金属材料全暖边框和暖边间隔条可视面上设置有凸台,凸台形成的平面上嵌入至少一块中间玻璃,中间玻璃和室外侧玻璃通过全暖边框组件可视面上设置的凸台平面和全暖边框及暖边间隔条面向室外侧的侧面间隔开来形成第一中空腔体,百叶帘组件设置于第一中空腔体内;所述百叶帘传动调节机构设置于全暖边框组件内。
进一步地,上述凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过间隔条间隔,使用丁基胶和密封胶密封形成一块中空玻璃。
进一步地,上述凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过真空技术制成一块真空玻璃。
进一步地,上述凸台厚度大于0.1毫米,凸台长度大于1毫米,凸台平面距离室内侧玻璃内表面距离大于5毫米。
进一步地,上述中间玻璃长度和宽度分别比室内侧玻璃相对应方向的长度和宽度短至少1毫米。
进一步地,上述中间玻璃和凸台之间使用丁基胶密封。
进一步地,上述节能玻璃可以为LOW-E玻璃、单银玻璃、双银玻璃、三银玻璃、节能中空玻璃、真空玻璃。
进一步地,上述全暖边框和暖边间隔条由非金属合成材料制成,所述合成材料可以但不限于玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯、玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂、玻璃纤维增强乙烯基树脂、PE、PP、PVC、ABS、AS、PC、PS、PPS、PEEK、POK、POM、PPO、PI、PC、PC/ABS合金、AS/ABS合金、PA热塑性材料,上述组件主体的加工方法为拉挤或挤出等工艺。
进一步地,上述中空玻璃腔体内可充惰性气体,如氩气、氦气、氪气、氩氪混合气体。
本发明不仅兼具普通中空玻璃和百叶窗帘的性能,还具有美观、大方、操作方便、清洁、卫生、节省空间等优点。

如图1所示,本发明嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,包括百叶帘组件和百叶帘传动调节机构,百叶帘传动调节机构用于控制百叶帘的升降和翻转动作,百叶帘传动调节机构包括百叶帘升降机构和百叶帘翻转机构,还包括至少三块玻璃和全暖边框组件,三块玻璃分别为室内侧玻璃、室外侧玻璃、中间玻璃,其中至少一块为节能玻璃;全暖边框组件包括一个带凸台的暖边间隔条、三个带凸台的非金属材料全暖边框、四个连接插角,非金属材料全暖边框位于中空玻璃制品的左侧边、右侧边和上边,暖边间隔条位于中空玻璃制品的底边,内置于室内侧玻璃和室外侧玻璃中间;非金属材料全暖边框和暖边间隔条可视面上设置有凸台,凸台形成的平面上嵌入至少一块中间玻璃,中间玻璃和室外侧玻璃通过全暖边框组件可视面上设置的凸台平面和全暖边框及暖边间隔条面向室外侧的侧面间隔开来形成第一中空腔体,百叶帘组件设置于第一中空腔体内;百叶帘传动调节机构设置于全暖边框组件内。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图2的A-A处剖视图所示,本发明中凸台厚度大于0.1毫米,凸台长度大于1毫米,凸台平面距离室内侧玻璃内表面距离大于5毫米。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图3的B-B处剖视图一所示,本发明中凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过间隔条间隔,使用丁基胶和密封胶密封形成一块中空玻璃。
作为本发明的优选实施例,如图4的B-B处剖视图二所示,本发明中凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过真空技术制成一块真空玻璃。
作为本发明的优选实施例,本发明中间玻璃长度和宽度分别比室内侧玻璃相对应方向的长度和宽度短至少1毫米。

1.一种嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,包括百叶帘组件和百叶帘传动调节机构,百叶帘传动调节机构用于控制百叶帘的升降和翻转动作,百叶帘传动调节机构包括百叶帘升降机构和百叶帘翻转机构,其特征在于,还包括至少三块玻璃和全暖边框组件,所述三块玻璃分别为室内侧玻璃、室外侧玻璃、中间玻璃,其中至少一块为节能玻璃;所述全暖边框组件包括一个带凸台的暖边间隔条、三个带凸台的非金属材料全暖边框、四个连接插角,所述非金属材料全暖边框位于中空玻璃制品的上边、左侧边和右侧边,所述暖边间隔条位于中空玻璃制品的底边,内置于室内侧玻璃和室外侧玻璃中间;所述非金属材料全暖边框和暖边间隔条可视面上均设置有凸台,所述凸台形成的平面上嵌入至少一块中间玻璃,所述中间玻璃和室外侧玻璃通过全暖边框组件可视面上设置的凸台平面和全暖边框及暖边间隔条面向室外侧的侧面间隔开来形成第一中空腔体,百叶帘组件设置于第一中空腔体内,所述百叶帘传动调节机构设置于全暖边框组件内。
2.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过间隔条间隔,使用丁基胶和密封胶密封形成一块中空玻璃。
3.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述凸台形成的平面上嵌入的中间玻璃和室内侧玻璃通过真空技术制成一块真空玻璃。
4.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述凸台厚度大于0.1毫米,凸台长度大于1毫米,凸台平面距离室内侧玻璃内表面距离大于5毫米。
5.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述中间玻璃长度和宽度分别比室内侧玻璃相对应方向的长度和宽度短至少1毫米。
6.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述中间玻璃和凸台之间使用丁基胶密封。
7.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述节能玻璃可以为LOW-E玻璃、单银玻璃、双银玻璃、三银玻璃、节能中空玻璃、真空玻璃。
8.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述全暖边框和暖边间隔条由非金属合成材料制成,所述合成材料可以但不限于玻璃纤维增强聚氨酯、玻璃纤维增强不饱和树脂、玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂、玻璃纤维增强乙烯基树脂、PE、PP、PVC、ABS、AS、PC、PS、PPS、PEEK、POK、POM、PPO、PI、PC、PC/ABS合金、AS/ABS合金、PA热塑性材料,上述组件主体的加工方法为拉挤或挤出工艺。
9.如权利要求1所述的嵌入式多腔体全暖边框内置遮阳节能中空玻璃制品,其特征在于,所述中空玻璃腔体内可充惰性气体有氩气、氦气、氪气或氩氪混合气体。
