背景技术
黑色牛仔布传统的染色工艺是在染浆联合机上进行硫化黑的染色,而硫化黑的还原溶解是以硫化钠作为还原剂的,硫化钠在分解过程中会释放出大量的硫化氢气体,硫化氢气体是有毒且臭鸡蛋味很重的气体,给生产环境带来很大的污染。用旧工艺染色生产出来的牛仔布,面料游离硫化物含量很高,会令面料发出很浓的硫化氢臭味。给后面制衣、洗水工序带来很大的污染。因此,如何降低黑色牛仔布面料游离硫化物,使面料闻不到异臭味,并降低生产产生的污水污染,是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,旨在解决如何降低黑色牛仔布面料游离硫化物,使面料闻不到异臭味,以及降低生产产生的污水污染的问题。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,所述染色步骤是在温度90-98℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,所述染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑95-105g/L、新型复合还原剂25-35g/L、耐碱渗透剂1-5g/L、太古油1-5g/L、烧碱25-35g/L。
本发明采用浆染联合设备,实现牛仔经纱染色、上浆一步连续完成,工艺简单、合理,经纱质量稳定,生产现场清洁,污水排放少,节省能源,生产成本低。硫化黑是一种不能直接溶于水的染料,上染后经氧化又变成不溶性的染料而固在纤维上;新型复合还原剂是一种白色、无味粉沫,还原力强,化料温度60度即可,用量低,用量仅需硫化钠的三分之一,新型复合还原剂对硫化黑的还原力强,用量仅需硫化钠的三分之一,大大节省了成本,且采用新型复合还原剂代替硫化钠,能够显著降低牛仔布面料游离硫化物含量,使面料无异臭味,同时,也显著降低后续的制衣、洗水工序所产生的污水污染。耐碱渗透剂有利于染料的润湿溶解,降低水的表面张力,具有乳化、扩散、消泡等作用;太古油是一种优良的渗透剂,不仅有较强的渗透作用,而且可以使染制品乌黑,手感柔软,耐碱渗透剂和太古油能够促进硫化黑在牛仔布料中的染色程度,提高牛仔布料上染率。尤其将硫化黑、新型复合还原剂、耐碱渗透剂和太古油复配使用,具有染色牢固度和上染率高以及布料手感柔软的特点。
在其中一些实施例中,所述新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲30~75wt%,还原性糖20~60wt%,化学电位控制剂5~20wt%。
在其中一些实施例中,所述还原性糖为葡萄糖、蔗糖之一或者两者混合;所述化学电位控制剂为亚硝酸钠、丙烯酰胺、糠醛、环己酮、三氯乙酸中的至少一种。
本发明中,亚硝酸钠由于其强碱弱酸盐特性,在低温时起到补充碱性的作用;由于其弱氧化性,在高温时可以跟二氧化硫脲的分解物--尿素协同作为还原电位控制剂;丙烯酰胺、糠醛、环己酮、三氯乙酸都是不饱和的醛和酮类,极易发生亲核反应。二氧化硫脲在高温下分解出新生态的“氢”,依次生成尿素、次磺酸、亚硫酸氢钠、硫酸钠等物质,亚硫酸氢钠有极强的亲核性,跟丙烯酰胺、糠醛、环己酮、三氯乙酸发生反应,生成加成物,该加成物在碱性条件下分解成原来加成反应前的物质,从而减缓还原剂的分解。二氧化硫脲、还原性糖以及化学电位控制剂的协同作用,使得新型复合还原剂的化学电位很稳定,并且分解缓慢,减小与硫化黑染料的过还原现象。

实施例1
一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,染色步骤是在温度98℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑105g/L、新型复合还原剂25g/L、耐碱渗透剂5g/L、太古油1g/L、烧碱35g/L,新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲75wt%,葡萄糖20wt%,亚硝酸钠5wt%。
本实施例中原纱经轴润湿步骤为采用处理底液浸洗经纱,其温度为30℃。
本实施例中处理底液为浓度为8g/L的耐碱渗透剂。

实施例2
一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,染色步骤是在温度90℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑95g/L、新型复合还原剂35g/L、耐碱渗透剂1g/L、太古油5g/L、烧碱25g/L,新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲30wt%,蔗糖60wt%,丙烯酰胺10wt%。
本实施例中原纱经轴润湿步骤为采用处理底液浸洗经纱,其温度为20℃。
本实施例中处理底液为浓度为3g/L的耐碱渗透剂。
本实施例中水洗步骤包括一次热水洗和一次常温水洗,热水洗的温度为60℃,常温水洗的温度为25℃。
本实施例中固色步骤为采用固色底液浸洗经纱,固色底液为浓度为3g/L的冰醋酸。
本实施例中防脆步骤为采用防脆底液浸洗经纱,防脆底液为浓度为3g/L尿素。
本实施例中烘干上浆步骤采用现有技术。

实施例3
一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,染色步骤是在温度95℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑100g/L、新型复合还原剂30g/L、耐碱渗透剂3g/L、太古油3g/L、烧碱30g/L,新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲50wt%,葡萄糖30wt%,亚硝酸钠10wt%、丙烯酰胺10wt%。
本实施例中原纱经轴润湿步骤为采用处理底液浸洗经纱,其温度为25℃。
本实施例中处理底液为浓度为5g/L的耐碱渗透剂。
本实施例中水洗步骤包括一次热水洗和一次常温水洗,热水洗的温度为60℃,常温水洗的温度为25℃。

实施例4
一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,染色步骤是在温度92℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑98g/L、新型复合还原剂33g/L、耐碱渗透剂4g/L、太古油2g/L、烧碱28g/L,新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲40wt%,蔗糖50wt%,糠醛5wt%、三氯乙酸5wt%。
本实施例中原纱经轴润湿步骤为采用处理底液浸洗经纱,其温度为28℃。
本实施例中处理底液为浓度为7g/L的耐碱渗透剂。
本实施例中水洗步骤包括一次热水洗和一次常温水洗,热水洗的温度为57℃,常温水洗的温度为25℃。
本实施例中固色步骤为采用固色底液浸洗经纱,固色底液为浓度为4g/L的冰醋酸。
本实施例中防脆步骤为采用防脆底液浸洗经纱,防脆底液为浓度为7g/L尿素。
本实施例烘干上浆步骤采用现有技术。
本实施例中染色工艺还包括补液步骤,补液步骤包括染色补液、润湿补液、固色补液和防脆补液,其中,染色补液为在染色步骤中将染色补充液循环补充到染色底液中,润湿补液为在原纱经轴润湿步骤中将处理补充液循环补充到处理底液中,固色补液为在固色步骤中将固色补充液循环补充到固色底液中,防脆补液为在防脆步骤中将防脆补充液循环补充到防脆底液中,其中,染色补充液包括如下成分:硫化黑195g/L、新型复合还原剂55g/L、耐碱渗透剂7g/L、太古油5g/L、烧碱65g/L,其中,新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲45wt%,葡萄糖40wt%,亚硝酸钠15wt%;处理补充液为浓度9g/L的耐碱渗透剂;固色补充液为浓度26g/L的冰醋酸;防脆补充液为浓度24g/L的尿素。
对比例1
与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例1中采用硫化钠替代新型复合还原剂。
对比例2
与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例2的染色底液和染色补充液中未添加耐碱渗透剂。
对比例3
与实施例3的不同之处在于,对比例3的染色底液和染色补充液中未添加太古油。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-3得到的牛仔布进行上染率和固色率测试,结果如下表1所示:

根据表1中的数据可以看出,本发明提供的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺染出来的牛仔布料,上染率高,染色牢度高,染色效果好。
对实施例1-4和对比例1-3完成染色工艺后,产生的污水和废气进行检测,具体为进行COD(化学需氧量)值、硫化物含量、单机台废气中硫化氢含量、氨含量的测试,其中,COD值的测定按HJ828-2017标准采用重铬酸盐法检测;硫化物含量的测定按GB/T16489-1996标准采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法检测;硫化氢含量的测定按《空气和废气监测分析方法》(第四版增补版)国家环境保护总局2003年亚甲基蓝分光光度法(B)3.1-11(2)检测;氨含量的测定按HJ533-2009标准采用纳氏试剂分光光度法检测。结果如下表2所示:

根据表2中的数据可以看出,实施例1-4与对比例1相比,COD指标下降76%以上,硫化物含量下降74%以上,单机台废气中硫化氢含量下降72%以上,氨含量下降91%以上,说明采用新型复合还原剂代替硫化钠,能够大大减少牛仔布染色后的污水和废气污染,且降低黑色牛仔布面料游离硫化物,使面料闻不到异臭味,是一种高效、环保型的黑色牛仔布染色工艺。
在不冲突的情况下,上述的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (10)

1.一种无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,包括由浆染联合机一步连续完成的原纱经轴润湿步骤、染色步骤、水洗步骤、固色步骤、防脆步骤、烘干上浆步骤和分绞卷取步骤,其中,所述染色步骤是在温度90-98℃的条件下,采用染色底液浸染经纱,所述染色底液包括如下成分:硫化黑95-105g/L、新型复合还原剂25-35g/L、耐碱渗透剂1-5g/L、太古油1-5g/L、烧碱25-35g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述新型复合还原剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:二氧化硫脲30~75wt%,还原性糖20~60wt%,化学电位控制剂5~20wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述还原性糖为葡萄糖、蔗糖之一或者两者混合;所述化学电位控制剂为亚硝酸钠、丙烯酰胺、糠醛、环己酮、三氯乙酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述原纱经轴润湿步骤为采用处理底液浸洗经纱,其温度为20-30℃。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述处理底液为耐碱渗透剂,所述耐碱渗透剂的浓度为3-8g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述水洗步骤包括一次热水洗和一次常温水洗,所述热水洗的温度为55-60℃,所述常温水洗的温度为25℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述固色步骤为采用固色底液浸洗经纱,所述固色底液为冰醋酸,所述冰醋酸的浓度为3-8g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述防脆步骤为采用防脆底液浸洗经纱,所述防脆底液为尿素,所述尿素的浓度为3-8g/L。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,还包括补液步骤,所述补液步骤包括染色补液、润湿补液、固色补液和防脆补液,其中,所述染色补液为在所述染色步骤中将染色补充液循环补充到所述染色底液中,所述润湿补液为在所述原纱经轴润湿步骤中将处理补充液循环补充到所述处理底液中,所述固色补液为在所述固色步骤中将固色补充液循环补充到所述固色底液中,所述防脆补液为在所述防脆步骤中将防脆补充液循环补充到所述防脆底液中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的无臭味黑色牛仔布染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染色补充液包括如下成分:硫化黑190-210g/L、新型复合还原剂50-70g/L、耐碱渗透剂4-8g/L、太古油4-8g/L、烧碱50-70g/L;所述处理补充液为浓度6-10g/L的耐碱渗透剂;所述固色补充液为浓度22-28g/L的冰醋酸;所述防脆补充液为浓度22-28g/L的尿素。
