Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing a biological fertilizer from fruit and vegetable wastes, which comprises the following steps: 50-65 parts of fruit and vegetable waste, 8-10 parts of straw powder, 0.1-0.15 part of multifunctional microbial fermentation inoculant and 9-10 parts of humic acid are uniformly mixed, and are subjected to closed fermentation for 25-35 days at the temperature of 28-32 ℃, and then are subjected to dehydration, deodorization, crushing and sieving to obtain the biological fertilizer. The organic fertilizer is prepared from the fruit and vegetable wastes, so that the waste is changed into valuable, the recycling value of the fruit and vegetable wastes and the straw wastes is improved, the household garbage is reduced, and a large amount of resources, manpower and material resources are saved. In addition, the treatment method has high efficiency and thorough fermentation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological fertilizers, in particular to a method for preparing a biological fertilizer from fruit and vegetable wastes.
Background
In the life, various vegetables, fruit that people purchased from the market back, how much there are some remaining waste materials after eating, under the normal condition, people directly lose these remaining fruit vegetables waste materials to the garbage bin, accomplish the good aftertreatment promptly. The fruit and vegetable waste is used as solid garbage and is treated mainly by incineration, landfill and composting. Because the fruit and vegetable wastes have higher biodegradability and water content, if the heat value is not suitable for incineration treatment, and if much percolate is treated by landfill, secondary pollution is generated because the percolate is not easy to recover.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a method for preparing a biological fertilizer from fruit and vegetable wastes.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a method for preparing a biological fertilizer from fruit and vegetable wastes comprises the following steps: 50-65 parts of fruit and vegetable waste, 8-10 parts of straw powder, 0.1-0.15 part of multifunctional microbial fermentation inoculant and 9-10 parts of humic acid are uniformly mixed, and are subjected to closed fermentation for 25-35 days at the temperature of 28-32 ℃, and then are subjected to dehydration, deodorization, crushing and sieving to obtain the biological fertilizer.
The multifunctional microbial fermentation inoculant comprises, by mass, 30-40 parts of microbial inoculant VT, 8-12 parts of trichoderma, 3-8 parts of aspergillus niger, 2-7 parts of white mold and 3-5 parts of lactic acid bacteria.
The straw powder is waste of skins, shells, stems, leaves and stalks of farmland crops after processing, and is crushed to the granularity of 6-8 cm.
The fruit and vegetable wastes comprise roots, stems and leaves of vegetables discarded in various vegetable markets and fruit markets, and various discarded fruits and fruit peels; and crushing to 1-3 cm. The water content of the crushed fruit and vegetable waste is controlled to be 65-75 wt%, and the carbon-nitrogen ratio is controlled to be 22-25: 1.
And (4) sieving, wherein the aperture of a sieve mesh is 8-15 mm, after the smashing is finished, sieving the fermented product, and returning the materials on the sieve to ferment again.
Has the advantages that: the organic fertilizer is prepared from the fruit and vegetable wastes, so that the waste is changed into valuable, the recycling value of the fruit and vegetable wastes and the straw wastes is improved, the household garbage is reduced, and a large amount of resources, manpower and material resources are saved. In addition, the treatment method has high efficiency and thorough fermentation.
