Abstract
The invention relates to an automatic round bar distributor, which comprises a base, wherein a lifting frame, a layering frame and an auxiliary frame are respectively arranged on the base; the auxiliary frame is respectively provided with a material receiving slideway, a material distributing limiting plate and a lifting assembly in a rotating mode; the lifting component is connected with a loading frame. The lifting frame is provided with a conveying belt, and the layering frame is provided with a material distributing assembly in the vertical direction. The automatic material distributing device has high automation degree, and can effectively and automatically distribute the round rods in sequence according to the diameters by driving the round rods to descend and extruding and matching the round rods with the material distributing limiting plates at different heights in the descending process on the basis of stably conveying the round rods to the clamping grooves.

In the field of machining, after the small parts similar to round bars are produced in batch processing, the round bars with different diameters are often mixed and stacked in a storage mode, in practical application, the round bars need to be put into different reference fields according to different ranges of the diameters of the round bars, the originally stacked bars need to be divided according to the ranges of the actual diameters, and the division of the round bars by manpower is difficult to achieve at present.

an automatic round bar distributor comprises a base, wherein a lifting frame, a layering frame and an auxiliary frame are respectively arranged on the base; the auxiliary frame is respectively provided with a material receiving slideway, a material distributing limiting plate and a lifting assembly in a rotating mode; the lifting component is connected with a loading frame.
The lifting frame is provided with a conveying belt, and the layering frame is provided with a material distributing assembly in the vertical direction.
The lifting assembly comprises a guide rail arranged on the auxiliary frame; the motor is fixedly installed at the upper end of the guide rail, the motor is connected with a lead screw in threaded fit with the loading frame, and the loading frame is vertically and slidably installed on the guide rail.
The lower part of the material-distributing limiting plate is inclined, and the upper part of the material-distributing limiting plate is vertical; limiting plates welded on the lifting frame are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the conveying belt.
The front side and the rear side of the loading frame are respectively provided with a grabbing arm, and each grabbing arm is provided with a clamping groove.
Each material distribution assembly comprises an extension frame fixedly arranged on the layering frame, a three-axis cylinder and a collection box, and a material removing slideway is arranged on the extension frame; the three-axis cylinder is connected with a supporting and lifting frame which is slidably arranged on the extension table.
The front side and the rear side of the right end of the material withdrawing slide way are both provided with inverted V-shaped extending parts; and a supporting and lifting limiting plate is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the supporting and lifting frame.
In the invention, the limiting plates are respectively attached to the front side and the rear side of the conveying belt. In the front and rear space positions, the lifting limiting plate is positioned in the area between the two corresponding extending parts. In the front and back space positions, the collecting box is abutted against the left end of the material removing slideway, and the lifting limiting plate is abutted against the left and right of the grabbing arm.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an automatic distributor for round bars comprises a base 1, wherein a lifting frame 2, a layering frame 3 and an auxiliary frame 4 are respectively arranged on the base 1; the auxiliary frame 4 is respectively provided with a material receiving slideway 17, a material distributing limiting plate 5 and a lifting assembly in a rotating way; the lifting assembly is connected to a loading frame 6.
The lifting frame 2 is provided with a conveying belt 7, and the layering frame 3 is provided with a material distributing assembly along the vertical direction.
The lifting assembly comprises a guide rail 9 mounted on the auxiliary frame 4; the upper end of the guide rail 9 is fixedly provided with a motor 8, the motor 8 is connected with a lead screw 10 in threaded fit with the loading frame 6, and the loading frame 6 is vertically and slidably arranged on the guide rail 9.
The lower part of the material-distributing limiting plate 5 is inclined, and the upper part of the material-distributing limiting plate 5 is vertical; both sides all are equipped with the limiting plate 11 of welding on raising frame 2 around the conveyer belt 7.
The front side and the rear side of the loading frame 6 are respectively provided with a grabbing arm 6a, and each grabbing arm 6a is provided with a clamping groove 6 b.
Each material distributing assembly comprises an extension frame 12 fixedly arranged on the layering frame 3, a three-shaft cylinder 15 and a collecting box 14, and a material removing slide way 13 is arranged on the extension frame 12; the three-axis cylinder 15 is connected with a lifting frame 16 which is slidably mounted on the extension table 12.
The front side and the rear side of the right end of the material withdrawing slideway 13 are both provided with an inverted V-shaped extension part 13 a; and a lifting limiting plate 16a is arranged on the right side of the upper part of the lifting frame 16.
In the present invention, the stopper plates 11 are attached to the front and rear sides of the conveyor belt 7. In the front and rear spatial positions, the lifting restricting plate 16a is located in a region between the corresponding two extending portions 13 a. In the front and rear space positions, the collecting box 14 is abutted against the left end of the material withdrawing slide way 13, and the lifting limiting plate 16a is abutted against the left and right of the grabbing arm 6 a. An inclined surface (not shown) may be formed at the upper end of the lifting limiting plate 16 a.
During the specific use, carry out the bar one by one through conveyer belt 7 and carry from the left side to the right side, the bar is carrying and breaking away from conveyer belt 7 back, and both ends can fall into to carrying on two draw-in grooves 6b around this bar, and at this moment, the right-hand member of this bar has less clearance with dividing between the material limiting plate 5 upper portion horizontal position.
Further, the motor 8 drives the screw rod 10 to rotate, the whole loading frame 6 descends together with the bar under the transmission action of the screw nut, and in the descending process, the gap between the material distribution limiting plate 5 and the bar is gradually reduced, so that in the descending process, the bar with the larger diameter is forced to be extruded by the inclined surface at the lower part of the material distribution limiting plate 5 firstly, and then rolls down leftwards from the grabbing arm 6a and falls into the right part of the corresponding lifting limiting plate 16a and is positioned at the left side of the lifting limiting plate 16 a.
In the above embodiment, if the lifting speed of the loading frame 6 is always constant, the extrusion height of the bar material by the material distribution limiting plate 5 is different according to the diameter of the bar material, so that the bar material with different diameters can fall into the material removing slide ways 13 with different heights.
Further, the corresponding supporting and lifting frame 16 is pulled leftwards by the three-axis cylinder 15, and the supporting and lifting limiting plate 16a can push the corresponding bar leftwards to cross the highest point of the extending part 13a, so that the bar rolls to the corresponding collecting box 14 from right to left on the material removing slide way 13 under the action of gravity, and one-time material distribution is completed.

the lifting frame (2) is provided with a conveying belt (7), and the layering frame (3) is provided with a material distribution assembly along the vertical direction.

The automatic round bar distributor according to claim 1, wherein: the lifting assembly comprises a guide rail (9) arranged on the auxiliary frame (4); the motor (8) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the guide rail (9), the motor (8) is connected with a lead screw (10) in threaded fit with the loading frame (6), and the loading frame (6) is vertically and slidably installed on the guide rail (9).
