本发明属于化妆品技术领域。更具体的,涉及一种修复高原红皮肤的面霜及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
高原红是指长期生活在高原地带的人们,面部所出现的片状或团块状的红色斑块。高原地区之所以发生高原红是因为长期生活在海拔较高的地带如青藏高原、西藏、青海等地区,因海拔较高,空气稀薄,氧气含量低,皮肤吸氧不足,细胞缺氧,红细胞数量相对增加。
高原红肌肤状态引发的原因主要是源于三个方面的因素共同导致出现的一个结果。高原红引发原因一:高原地区特殊的气候环境,早晚温差又大,长期空气干燥,风沙较大,沙子颗粒直接对面部肌肤形成刮擦,起保护作用的角质层在强烈的摩擦中、遇冷遇热下变薄且肤质极为敏感,从而降低了面部肌肤的防御能力。高原红引发原因二:太阳紫外线照射强烈,UVA能够通过表皮,对真皮层内肌肤的胶原蛋白和透明质酸,导致毛细血管壁弹性和保水能力变弱,阳光直射后脸上高原红颜色表现的异常明显。高原红引发原因三:高原地区冬季寒冷,面部皮肤很容易冻伤,冻伤导致血液循环不畅,毛细血管淤血,由于面部角质层长期受损伤变得极为敏感,导致无法抵御外来物理环境的刺激逐渐发展进一步损伤到面部皮下毛细血管内瘀血形成,引发毛细血管扩张,淤滞在毛细血管内的陈旧性淤血透过很薄的角质层反映在面部就会呈现出片状、网状、条索状的脸上高原红了。
气温、湿度和光照等环境因素会影响皮肤健康。我国的气候复杂多变,所以不同地区的人群护肤方法不能一概而就。目前,市面上一般的面霜多针对滋润保湿、季节、肤质类型为主,但未具体针对地区环境,因此通过地区、气候、肌肤特点等多层次、多角度、多途径修护肌肤,以研发得到有针对性的、功效更为突出的修护产品,尤其是针对高原红肌肤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有针对高原红肌肤修护化妆品的缺陷和不足,本发明的首要目的是提供一种修复高原红皮肤的面霜,能够减少皮肤红肿,给肌肤补氧,改善皮肤高原红症状,具有修复阳光损伤肌肤的多重效果。
本发明另一目的在于提供一种修复高原红皮肤的面霜的制备方法。

一种修复高原红皮肤的面霜在制备针对高原地区高原红肤质护肤品方面的应用。
Olivem 1000由橄榄油衍生的新一代乳化剂,成分包括鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯,不含EO,温和的乳化剂,可在乳液内部形成液晶结构,极易涂展,得到清爽,丝般手感的同时具有保湿功能。

稳定性测试
本发明所制备得到的面霜为白色细腻膏体,PH值(10%水溶液) 为5.5~6.5,粘度为45000~100000mpa.s,耐热(45±1℃,24h)恢复室温后无明显变化,耐寒(-18±1℃,24h)恢复室温后无明显变化,离心(40℃,3000r/min,30min)无油水分离无沉淀等现象。
试用效果验证
选取80名生活在西藏的志愿者,年龄在15-45周岁之间。每天早晚洁面后,于面部使用实施例1-3、对比例1-4制备得到的面霜。持续使用7天和14天后用Moisturemeter EpiD医用表皮水含量测量仪测量皮肤含水状况,根据受试者面部高原红斑块、干燥度来判断高原红皮肤得到修复,其测试结果如表1所示。并在开始涂抹后3、7、 14天测定皮肤弹性,计算出皮肤弹性增加率。结果见表2。

由表1结果可看出,实施例1所制备得到的修复高原红肌肤的面霜使用效果最好,皮肤含水量增加最多,2周后高原红肌肤状态改善了82%。因此,本发明提供的修复高原红肌肤的面霜对高原地区人群在修复高原红肌肤状态方面具有较好的效果。
皮肤增氧试验
选取20名志愿者,男8女12,年龄18-45周岁之间,于前臂内侧经皮测量皮肤的氧气分压(tcpO2),测量未使用前参数、使用实施例1、对比例3制得的产品于1h、2h、4h、8h后的参数。见附图1。
由附图1数据可知,实施例1与对比例3相比较,经皮氧气分压在1h增加了28%、2h增加了22%、4h增加了17%。说明本发明提供制得的面霜能够增强皮肤细胞的分子氧供给。
减少晒伤细胞--皮肤模型
晒伤细胞在表皮的存在是UV诱发皮肤损伤的证明。晒伤细胞是 UV照射后正在经历细胞凋亡的角质细胞其DNA或其他生色团被严重损伤并且不可能再修复。
测试方法:采用有机皮肤模型,提前24小时用实施例1-3面霜或空白对照产品进行处理,UV照射有机皮肤,收集数据,见附图2。
由附图2结果可知,本发明提供制备得到的修复高原红皮肤的面霜能够显著减少晒伤细胞数量,保护皮肤细胞对抗由日晒紫外引起的有害作用和损伤。

4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述修复高原红皮肤的面霜,其特征在于,由以下方法制备得到:(1)将霍霍巴籽油、娑罗树果脂、角鲨烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、聚二甲基硅氧烷、Olivem 1000、向日葵籽油、植物甾醇、蔗糖棕榈酸酯、聚甘油-3甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯、氢化卵磷脂、鲸蜡硬脂醇、神经酰胺1、神经酰胺3、神经酰胺6准确称取置于油相锅中,加热至70-85℃,溶解完全;(2)将甘油、卡波姆、黄原胶、透明质酸钠、丁二醇、氯苯苷醚、1,2戊二醇、苯甲酸钠、水准确称取置于水相锅中,加热至70-85℃,混合搅拌溶解均匀;(3)将油相锅倒入水相锅中,真空下高速均质乳化3-4min,保温搅拌5-10min,制得混合物;(4)将混合物搅拌降温至40~45℃,依次加入葡聚糖、超氧化物歧化酶、全氟萘烷、糖鞘脂类、高山玫瑰杜鹃花提取物、肌肽、乙氧基二甘醇、四氢甲基嘧啶羧酸、突厥蔷薇花水、辛甘醇、泛醇、红景天提取物,保温搅拌10-20min,搅拌均匀,制得修复高原红皮肤的面霜。
5.根据权利要求4所述修复高原红皮肤的面霜,其特征在于,所述制备方法中的搅拌速度均为1000-1500rpm/min。
6.根据权利要求4所述修复高原红皮肤的面霜,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中真空条件为0.01Mpa~0.1Mpa;高速均质速度为3000~4000rpm/min。
7.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述修复高原红皮肤的面霜在制备针对高原地区高原红肤质护肤品方面的应用。
