A method of using a skid-mounted transformer apparatus, comprising: an environment control module in the control system 4 receives temperature signals sent by an external temperature detector 8 and a temperature and humidity detector 18 which are arranged inside and outside the skid, when the temperature of a transformer chamber in the skid is higher than a first set value of the system (generally +25 ℃, but not limited to a value, and can be set according to needs), and the external temperature is lower than the first set value, the system automatically starts an air inlet air valve 16, and simultaneously opens an intelligent exhaust air valve 12 to link an internal forced exhaust system of the skid, so as to carry out forced exhaust and temperature reduction; when the external temperature is higher than the set value, the system automatically switches to an air conditioner forced cooling program, closes all the air inlet air valves 16 and the air outlet air valves 12, starts the sledge internal cooling and heating type industrial air conditioner 6, and carries out sledge internal cooling; when the temperature value detected by the indoor temperature and humidity detector 18 of the transformer in the skid is lower than a second set value of the system (generally +5 ℃, but not limited to a secondary value, and can be set as required), and when the external temperature detected by the external temperature detector is higher than a third set value of the system (generally-8 ℃, but not limited to a secondary value, and can be set as required), the system automatically starts the cold and warm type industrial air conditioner 8 to heat the environment in the skid; when the external temperature is lower than a third set value of the system, the system automatically switches to a forced heating program, the air conditioner 6 is closed, the carbon fiber electric heater 5 in the sledge is started, and the temperature in the sledge is raised; the environment control module automatically starts a dehumidification mode of the air conditioner 6 to perform automatic dehumidification when the average value of the relative humidity measured in 24 hours in the sledge is greater than a first set value of the system (generally 60% but not limited to a value, and can be set as required) according to the received humidity signal of the temperature and humidity detector 18 and a system calculation program; according to the equipment use environment, when the environment humidity is greater than a second set value of the system (generally 90%, but not limited to a secondary value, which can be set as required), the system automatically starts the special dehumidifier to perform rapid dehumidification; security control: a security protection control module in the control system 4 receives signals of the fire temperature-sensitive detector 11 and the smoke-sensitive detector 17, when a fire occurs, the smoke-sensitive detector 17 sends an alarm signal to a fire alarm controller in the management system 4, and the alarm controller drives the alarm 9 to send a fire alarm signal; when the fire becomes large and the temperature rises, the temperature-sensitive detector 11 sends a signal to be output to the main controller, the main controller starts a fire extinguishing program after confirming the information of the fire-sensitive detector, and an alarm alarms that indoor personnel evacuate and danger is avoided; the main controller alarms and simultaneously automatically starts the gas fire extinguishing system 3, starts countdown for a certain time (generally 30s, but not limited to a secondary value, which can be set according to needs), and finishes the countdown, the controller starts the electromagnetic driver of the fire extinguishing bottle group of the gas fire extinguishing equipment body, starts the container valve of the fire extinguishing bottle group, and sprays the gas fire extinguishing agent in the bottle group to extinguish the gas; when the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed out, an air release alarm 19 and an alarm warning board 14 which are arranged above the door of the sledge body are lightened, and a warning person, namely 'air release and anaerobic danger in the sledge', can not enter the sledge, and after the fire alarm is relieved, an internal fan of the sledge is started, the internal door of the sledge is opened for ventilation, and then maintenance and overhaul personnel can enter the sledge; when non-professional personnel illegally enter, the security control management receives signals of the access control 15 and the video monitoring system 7, and the alarm 9 automatically sends out a high-voltage danger and entrance prohibition alarm signal and uploads the alarm signal to the central control room.

A using method of a skid-mounted transformer device comprises a skid body, wherein the skid body is provided with a base, stand columns are arranged at four corners of the base, a skid body room cover is arranged at the top of each stand column, the skid body is divided into a transformer room (1) and a security control room (2) by a partition plate, a transformer body (10) is arranged in the transformer room, an oil collecting pool (20) is arranged at the lower end of the transformer body, the transformer body is also connected with a bus system (21) and a transformer radiator (13), the bus system extends out of the skid body and is connected with an external electric wire, and the transformer radiator extends out of the skid body through a pipeline; a skid body wallboard is arranged between the stand columns of the skid body, the skid body wallboard is a double-layer bridge-cut-off heat insulation corrugated board, the skid body house cover comprises an upper corrugated board, composite rock wool is laid in the middle of the skid body house cover, and a flame-retardant decoration outfitting board is installed on the lower portion of the rock wool; the method is characterized in that: the safety control room is provided with a control system (4) and a gas fire extinguishing system (3), a fire alarm system, an intelligent ventilation system, a heating system and a dehumidification system are also arranged in the sledge body, the transformer radiator, the gas fire extinguishing system, the fire alarm system, the intelligent ventilation system, the heating system and the dehumidification system are all electrically connected with the control system, and the fire alarm system comprises a temperature-sensitive detector (11), a smoke-sensitive detector (17) and an alarm (9) connected with the temperature-sensitive detector and the smoke-sensitive detector; the intelligent ventilation system comprises an air inlet air valve (16) and an air outlet air valve (12) which are arranged at different positions of the pry body; the heating system comprises a cooling and heating type industrial air conditioner (6) arranged inside the prying body, a carbon fiber electric heater (5), a temperature and humidity sensor (18) and an external temperature sensor (8) arranged outside the prying body; the dehumidification system comprises a cold and warm type industrial air conditioner (6), a dehumidifier and a temperature and humidity sensor (18) which are arranged in the pry body; the control system comprises a main controller, wherein a power supply module, an environment monitoring module, a security monitoring module and an equipment state monitoring module are connected to the main controller, the environment monitoring module is used for monitoring temperature and humidity, the security monitoring module is used for monitoring illegal personnel entering and fire disasters, and the equipment state monitoring module is used for monitoring whether a transformer body, a cold and warm industrial air conditioner, a heater, a fire extinguisher, a dehumidifier and an intelligent ventilation system in a prying body normally operate or not; the output end of the temperature and humidity sensor and the output end of the external temperature sensor are connected with the input end of the main controller, and the output end of the main controller is connected with the air inlet air valve and the air exhaust air valve; the temperature and humidity sensor is used for detecting a first temperature at the inner side of the mechanism to be exhausted; the external temperature sensor is used for detecting a second outdoor temperature; the temperature and humidity sensor is used for detecting the humidity inside the mechanism to be exhausted; the main controller is used for controlling the air inlet air valve and the air outlet air valve to be opened or closed according to the first temperature, the second temperature and/or the humidity and the set humidity; the sledge body is provided with a door, the door is provided with a door control (15), the door control is provided with a video monitoring system (7) and is electrically connected with an alarm (9), and an air release alarm (19) and an alarm warning board (14) are arranged above the door; the using method specifically comprises the following steps:
and (3) environmental control: an environment control module in the control system (4) receives temperature signals sent by an external temperature sensor (8) and a temperature and humidity sensor (18) which are arranged inside and outside the sledge, when the temperature of a transformer chamber in the sledge is higher than a first set value of the system and the external temperature is lower than the first set value, the system automatically starts an air inlet air valve (16), and simultaneously starts an exhaust air valve (12) to link a forced exhaust system in the sledge to carry out forced exhaust and cooling; when the external temperature is higher than a first set value, the system automatically switches to an air conditioner forced cooling program, closes all air inlet air valves (16) and exhaust air valves (12), starts the sledge internal cooling and heating type industrial air conditioner (6) and carries out sledge internal cooling; when the temperature value detected by the temperature and humidity sensor (18) of the transformer in the sledge is lower than a second set value of the system and the external temperature detected by the external temperature sensor is higher than the second set value of the system, the system automatically starts the cold and warm type industrial air conditioner (6) to heat the environment in the sledge; when the external temperature is lower than a second set value of the system, the system automatically switches to a forced heating program, closes the cooling and heating type industrial air conditioner (6), starts the carbon fiber electric heater (5) in the sledge and carries out internal heating of the sledge; the environment control module automatically starts a dehumidification mode of the cold and warm type industrial air conditioner (6) to perform automatic dehumidification according to a received humidity signal of the temperature and humidity sensor (18) and a system calculation program when the average value of relative humidity measured in 24h in the sledge is greater than a first set value of the system; according to the equipment use environment, when the environment humidity is greater than a second set value of the system, the system automatically starts the special dehumidifier to perform rapid dehumidification;
security control: a security protection control module in the control system (4) receives signals of a fire temperature-sensing detector (11) and a smoke-sensing detector (17), when a fire occurs, the smoke-sensing detector (17) sends an alarm signal to a fire alarm controller in the control system (4), and the alarm controller drives an alarm (9) to send a fire alarm signal; when the fire becomes large and the temperature rises, the temperature-sensitive detector (11) sends a signal to be output to the main controller, the main controller starts a fire extinguishing program after confirming the information of the fire-sensitive detector, and the alarm sends a signal of 'personnel evacuation and danger avoidance' to indoor personnel; the gas fire extinguishing system (3) is automatically started when the main controller gives an alarm, the countdown is started for a certain time, the countdown is finished, the main controller starts an electromagnetic driver of a fire extinguishing bottle group of the gas fire extinguishing equipment, a container valve of the fire extinguishing bottle group is opened, and a gas fire extinguishing agent in the bottle group is sprayed out to extinguish the gas; when the fire extinguishing agent is sprayed out, an air release alarm (19) and an alarm warning board (14) arranged above the door of the sledge body are lightened at the same time, so that personnel are warned, the air release and the oxygen-free danger in the sledge body are avoided, and after the fire alarm is relieved, an internal fan of the sledge is started, the internal door of the sledge is opened for ventilation, and then the personnel for maintenance and overhaul can enter; when non-professional personnel illegally enter, the security control management receives signals of the access control (15) and the video monitoring system (7), and the alarm (9) automatically sends out alarm signals of 'high-voltage danger and no entry', and uploads the alarm signals to the central control room.
