the reservation checking subsystem is used by a home manager of each block; the functions of the reservation checking subsystem comprise: data import, task overview, task distribution, result management, equipment management and reservation number taking;
the interior check subsystem is used by an interior manager at the upper level of the block; the field audit subsystem comprises: number allocation management, online interconnection, achievement receiving, achievement auditing, achievement exporting, equipment management, encrypted comprehensive evidence-proving package manufacturing, data loading and a user authorization center;
the field inspection subsystem uploads the data of the testimony of the field inspection personnel to the reservation inspection subsystem and the internal work inspection subsystem; wherein five elements of the testification data uploaded by the field patrol subsystem include: time, personnel, equipment, longitude and latitude and azimuth of taking the picture;
the field inspection subsystem, the reservation inspection subsystem and the interior inspection subsystem can realize the online video interconnection of real-time synchronization of videos, spatial positions and azimuth angles from a desktop end to a mobile client.

after the mobile terminal of the field proofing personnel installs the field inspection subsystem, the mobile terminal registers through the equipment registration submodule, after the registration information is filled in, the mobile terminal waits for the corresponding reservation inspection subsystem to be inspected, and after the inspection is passed, the mobile terminal can enter the field inspection subsystem;
the field operation testifying personnel downloads testifying tasks through the data downloading submodule;
