技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及无风扇双平流层口琴管式冷凝器。
背景技术
以往的室内移动空调,移动制冷设备,采用微通道冷凝器口琴管+风扇散热,虽然换热效率比管片式(翅片式)高出很多,但综合效果还是太理想(风扇噪音),所以现提出一种无风扇双平流层口琴管式冷凝器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的无风扇双平流层口琴管式静音冷凝器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
无风扇双平流层口琴管式静音冷凝器,包括呈回形结构的第一口琴管,所述第一口琴管外壁设置有第二口琴管,所述第二口琴管呈回字形沿第一口琴管的外壁分布延伸,所述第一口琴管和第二口琴管外壁均焊接设置有W型散热翅片。
进一步的,所述第一口琴管两端分别连接有进气头和出气头。
进一步的,所述第二口琴管两端分别连接有冷凝水进液头和冷凝水出液头。
进一步的,所述第一口琴管和第二口琴管之间通过导热胶粘接。
本发明的有益效果为:
通过采用原口琴管上增加一层通入冷凝水的口琴管,提高冷凝器热交换效率,实现无风扇散热,散热效率更高,更加静音。

参照图1-2,无风扇双平流层口琴管式冷凝器,包括呈回形结构的第一口琴管4,第一口琴管4外壁设置有第二口琴管2,第二口琴管2呈回字形沿第一口琴管4的外壁分布延伸,第一口琴管4和第二口琴管2外壁均焊接设置有W型散热翅片7。
本发明中,第一口琴管4两端分别连接有进气头6和出气头5,第二口琴管2两端分别连接有冷凝水进液头8和冷凝水出液头1,第一口琴管4和第二口琴管2之间通过导热胶粘接,其中位于底层和顶层的W型散热翅片7上均连接有盖板,其中位于底部的盖板底面安装有安装支架3。
工作原理:将与第一口琴管4两端连接的进气头6和出气头5与冷媒蒸汽管连接,对空调蒸发器盘管表面的冷凝水进行收集,并用水泵将冷凝水水打入冷凝水进液头8,穿过第二口琴管2由冷凝水进液头1,并收集,实现循环供给,通过设置的第二口琴管2实现对第一口琴管4中冷凝蒸汽进行冷却。
