A waste incinerator to facilitate filtering of exhaust gas as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the gas outlet head (11) is composed of a gas outlet pipe, fixing rods and baffles, the gas outlet pipe is communicated with the gas inlet pipe (10), the fixing rods are fixedly mounted on the left side and the right side of the top of the gas outlet pipe, the fixing rods are fixedly mounted on the top of the fixing rods, the baffles are fixedly connected with one another, and the baffles are installed in an inclined mode.
