本发明公开了一种柱塞泵液力端,包括阀箱以及设在阀箱内的柱塞,盘根密封总成,凡尔总成,凡尔弹簧座,排出压盖,排出压帽,吸入压盖和吸入压帽,凡尔弹簧座包括凸起,连接件和翅片,所述连接件分别与凸起和翅片连接,所述翅片为2个,2个翅片相对设置,在所述阀箱上开设有容置腔,所述容置腔用于容置翅片。有益效果:通过改变凡尔弹簧座的结构,以及凡尔弹簧座与阀箱的安装固定方式,安装拆卸更简单快捷,同时提高了液力端使用寿命。将柱塞与吸入压盖端面改为弧面,便于内部流体流动。通过增加限位凸起可以防止凡尔弹簧座左右旋转脱落。将第一密封圈和第二密封圈都设在阀箱上,使磨损转移到易损件上,提升了阀箱的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及柱塞泵液力端技术领域,具体涉及一种柱塞泵液力端。
背景技术
目前油气田开采压裂施工作为主要的增产方式,其中柱塞泵作为整个压裂设备的核心部件,需要不断提高其使用寿命来满足长时间压裂作业需求。而柱塞泵中的液力端的使用寿命是影响施工的关键所在,压裂液或携砂液经液力端低压口进入,在柱塞的往复运动中将液力端阀箱内的介质加压,通过高压管线进入井底。作业过程中,液力端的主要损坏形式是阀箱出现开裂以及阀箱密封面磨损,如果高压液体泄露,对人身安全及作业效率都有很大影响。经过分析,阀箱主要是由于阀箱内壁有凹槽导致相贯线处产生较大应力,阀箱密封面是由于密封圈在液体交变载荷作用下快速蠕动对阀箱产生磨损而失效。所以提高液力端的使用寿命必须解决这两方面问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种柱塞泵液力端,通过改变凡尔弹簧座的结构,以及凡尔弹簧座与阀箱的安装固定方式,实现了两者安装拆卸更简单快捷,同时提高了液力端使用寿命。2.将柱塞与吸入压盖端面改为弧面,便于内部流体流动。3.通过增加吸入压盖上的限位凸起可以防止凡尔弹簧座左右旋转脱落。4.将第一密封圈和第二密封圈都设在阀箱上,使磨损转移到易损件(吸入压盖和排出压盖)上,提升了阀箱的使用寿命。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种柱塞泵液力端,包括阀箱,柱塞,盘根密封总成,凡尔总成,凡尔弹簧座,排出压盖,排出压帽,吸入压盖和吸入压帽,在所述阀箱内部竖直方向设有吸入腔和排出腔,在阀箱内部水平方向设有盘根腔和吸入压盖腔,在吸入腔中设凡尔总成和凡尔弹簧座,凡尔总成和凡尔弹簧座连接,在排出腔中由内向外依次设凡尔总成,排出压盖和排出压帽,凡尔总成与排出压盖连接,排出压帽用于压紧排出压盖,在盘根腔中柱塞通过盘根密封总成与阀箱密封连接,在吸入压盖腔中设吸入压盖和吸入压帽,凡尔弹簧座包括凸起,连接件和翅片,所述连接件的底部与凸起连接,凸起与排出腔中的凡尔总成连接,所述连接件的上部与翅片连接,所述翅片为2个,2个翅片相对设置,在所述阀箱上开设有容置腔,所述容置腔用于容置翅片。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1.通过改变凡尔弹簧座的结构,以及凡尔弹簧座与阀箱的安装固定方式,实现了两者安装拆卸更简单快捷,更重要的是,减小阀箱内水平方向与竖直方向腔体相贯线处的应力,提高液力端使用寿命。2.将柱塞与吸入压盖端面改为弧面,便于内部流体流动。3.通过增加吸入压盖上的限位凸起可以防止凡尔弹簧座左右旋转脱落。4.将第一密封圈和第二密封圈都设在阀箱上,使磨损转移到易损件(吸入压盖和排出压盖)上,提升了阀箱的使用寿命。

如图1至4所示,一种柱塞泵液力端,包括阀箱1,柱塞2,盘根密封总成3,凡尔总成4,凡尔弹簧座5,排出压盖6,排出压帽7,吸入压盖8和吸入压帽9,在所述阀箱1内部竖直方向设有吸入腔和排出腔,在阀箱1内部水平方向设有盘根腔和吸入压盖8腔,在吸入腔中设凡尔总成4和凡尔弹簧座5,凡尔总成4和凡尔弹簧座5连接,在排出腔中由内向外依次设凡尔总成4,排出压盖6和排出压帽7,凡尔总成4与排出压盖6连接,排出压帽7用于压紧排出压盖6,在盘根腔中柱塞2通过盘根密封总成3与阀箱1密封连接,在吸入压盖8腔中设吸入压盖8和吸入压帽9,凡尔弹簧座5包括凸起13,连接件14和翅片12,所述连接件14的底部与凸起13连接,凸起13与排出腔中的凡尔总成4连接,所述连接件14的上部与翅片12连接,所述翅片12为2个,2个翅片12相对设置,在所述阀箱1上开设有容置腔15,所述容置腔15用于容置翅片12。凡尔总成4包括凡尔体、凡尔座和凡尔弹簧,所述凡尔体的一端与凡尔弹簧连接,所述凡尔体的另一端与凡尔座连接。在排出腔中的通过凡尔弹簧与排出压盖6连接。在吸入腔中的凡尔弹簧与凡尔弹簧座5连接。盘根密封总成3包括盘根隔环,盘根包,盘根压环,盘根压帽等。在吸入腔和排出腔中的凡尔总成4就是单向阀的作用,用于实现低压液体吸入和高压液体的排出。柱塞2在盘根腔中水平往复运动。凡尔弹簧座5用于对吸入腔的凡尔弹簧进行限位。本申请中的凡尔弹簧座5结构简单,与阀箱1的拆装非常方便,避免了现有技术中凡尔弹簧座5的安装复杂,即无需在阀箱1上开设槽孔,无需将凡尔弹簧座5插入槽孔,就可实现凡尔弹簧座5的固定,减小阀箱1内水平方向与竖直方向腔体相贯线处的应力,提高液力端使用寿命。
所述翅片12的横截面为锥面。锥面的翅片12设计可以很好的将凡尔弹簧座5固定在阀箱1上,起到限位作用。
所述柱塞2的端面为弧形。具体的,所述柱塞2的端面为外弧形。当柱塞2在盘根腔体内高速朝向吸入压盖8方向运动时,柱塞2与吸入压盖8之间的流体会急剧压缩,柱塞2的弧面有助于流体及时向四周分散,一方面能够减少吸入压盖8及吸入压帽9的受力,另一方面大幅降低柱塞2与阀箱1的气蚀危害。
所述吸入压盖8的端面为弧形。所述吸入压盖8的端面为内弧形。
所述吸入压盖8内弧形的端面延伸出一限位凸起16,所述限位凸起16用于限位凡尔弹簧座5的翅片12,防止凡尔弹簧座5在液体的冲击下转动从容置腔15中脱离。
限位凸起16可以是一小段的环形,也可以是完整的圆环形,当为圆环形时,可以在所述限位凸起16上开设有通孔17。通孔17是便于吸入流体的流通,避免吸入的流体在加压过程中对限位凸起16造成冲击,同时,尽可能的减少对流体流向的改变,避免流体变向对吸入压盖8和阀箱1的冲击,也就变向保护了吸入压盖8与阀箱1。
所述排出压盖6与阀箱1通过第一密封圈10密封连接,所述第一密封圈10镶嵌在阀箱1上。所述第一密封圈10为D型密封圈。所述吸入压盖8与阀箱1通过第二密封圈11密封连接,所述第二密封圈11镶嵌在阀箱1上。所述第二密封圈11为D型密封圈。将第一密封圈10和第二密封圈11都设在阀箱1上,使磨损转移到易损件(吸入压盖8和排出压盖6)上,在高压交变载荷作用下,第一密封圈10和第二密封圈11分别对吸入压盖8和排出压盖6磨损,而不会对阀箱1磨损,从而保护阀箱1密封面,提升了阀箱1的使用寿命。

1.一种柱塞泵液力端,其特征在于:包括阀箱,柱塞,盘根密封总成,凡尔总成,凡尔弹簧座,排出压盖,排出压帽,吸入压盖和吸入压帽,在所述阀箱内部竖直方向设有吸入腔和排出腔,在阀箱内部水平方向设有盘根腔和吸入压盖腔,在吸入腔中设凡尔总成和凡尔弹簧座,凡尔总成和凡尔弹簧座连接,在排出腔中由内向外依次设凡尔总成,排出压盖和排出压帽,凡尔总成与排出压盖连接,排出压帽用于压紧排出压盖,在盘根腔中柱塞通过盘根密封总成与阀箱密封连接,在吸入压盖腔中设吸入压盖和吸入压帽,凡尔弹簧座包括凸起,连接件和翅片,所述连接件的底部与凸起连接,凸起与排出腔中的凡尔总成连接,所述连接件的上部与翅片连接,所述翅片为2个,2个翅片相对设置,在所述阀箱上开设有容置腔,所述容置腔用于容置翅片。

3.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞泵液力端,其特征在于:所述柱塞的端面为弧形。

8.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞泵液力端,其特征在于:所述排出压盖与阀箱通过第一密封圈密封连接,所述第一密封圈镶嵌在阀箱上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的柱塞泵液力端,其特征在于:所述第一密封圈为D型密封圈。
10.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞泵液力端,其特征在于:所述吸入压盖与阀箱通过第二密封圈密封连接,所述第二密封圈镶嵌在阀箱上。
