The drum 5 is driven to rotate by a motor 7, the motor 7 is connected to the rear side of the outer tub 6, the drum 5 is connected to the motor 7 through a main shaft 9, and the motor 7 can control the rotation direction and the rotation speed of the drum 5. The main shaft 9 is connected with the outer cylinder 6 through the bearing 8, so that abrasion between the main shaft 9 and the outer cylinder 6 can be reduced. The main shaft 9 has a hollow passage 91 therein, and the hollow passage 91 communicates with the inside of the drum 5.

The guide rail 42 is provided with a sealing head 422 at one end facing the communication port 53, and may be made of, for example, a flexible rubber material, which ensures sealing when the sealing head 422 closes the communication port 53.
In the washing machine, the drain valve 40 is of a mechanical switch structure, the extension and contraction of the guide rail 42 are realized by the spring 43, the position of the guide rail 42 is limited by the matching of the guide rail needle 44 and the sliding groove 421 on the guide rail 42, the movement of the guide rail 42 is realized by a mechanical structure, and the reliability is high.
During washing, the drain valve 40 is in a closed state, the guide rail needle 44 is at the extending position point 71, and the guide rail 42 closes the circulation port 53 on the roller 5; when the water needs to be drained, the guide rail 42 is pressed, the guide rail needle 44 moves from the extending position point 71 to the retracting position point 72 along the chute 421, the guide rail 42 retracts into the containing groove 411, the circulation port 53 is opened, and the washing water in the roller 5 is drained from the circulation port 53.
In some embodiments of the washing machine of the present disclosure, the opening or closing of the drain valve 40 may be controlled by a switching motor 50, and the switching motor 50 is fixedly connected to the outer tub 6. The switch motor 50 is provided with a telescopic shaft which can extend towards the guide rail 42 to press the sealing head 422, so as to open or close the drain valve 40.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the outer tub 6 communicates with a drain pipe 43 for draining water in the outer tub 6 to the outside of the washing machine. The drain pipe 43 is also connected with a drain pump, and can quickly drain the water in the drain pipe 43.
The washing machine of the present disclosure does not occupy the space of the drum 5 by disposing the drain valve 40 in the lifting rib 30, and can achieve the purposes of compact structure of the drum 5 and maximized volume of the drum 5. In addition, the lifting rib 30 can be detached, and cleaning operation is facilitated.
Specifically, the lifting ribs 30 provided in the drum 5 are provided in plural numbers, and are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the drum 5, and each lifting rib 30 is connected with a drain valve 40. When draining, one of the lifting ribs 30 is located at the lowest position, which may facilitate the complete drainage of the washing water in the drum 5.
The drum 5 is stationary at the front stage of the dewatering time, the drum 5 is rotated at a low speed at the rear stage of the dewatering time, and is rotated at a high speed during the dewatering time. Each lifting rib 30 of the roller 5 is correspondingly provided with a drain valve 40, when water enters, the drain valve 40 in the lifting rib 30 at the lowest point is closed, the drain valves 40 in the other lifting ribs 30 are opened to be communicated with the outside to realize air pressure balance, the water entering is finished, the drain valves 40 at the lowest points are closed, and the roller 5 rotates to start washing; during drainage, the drain valves 40 in the lifting ribs 30 are all opened, the drain valves 40 at the lower ends drain water, the drain valves 40 at the upper portions are used for balancing air pressure, dewatering is started after the drainage is finished, and the drain valves 40 reset after the dewatering is finished.
According to the washing machine of an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 5, a positioning hole 51 is formed on the bottom wall of the drum 5, a positioning traction motor 60 is fixedly connected to the outer drum 6, the positioning traction motor 60 is connected to a positioning column 601 through a spring, the positioning column 601 is released, when the positioning column 601 enters the positioning hole 51, the position of the drum 5 is kept fixed, and it is ensured that one of the lifting ribs 30 can be located at the lowest position.
When drainage is required, the rotation speed of the drum 5 is reduced; the rear positioning traction motor 60 releases the positioning column 601, the positioning column 601 enters the positioning hole 51 under the action of a spring, the drain valve 40 is opened for draining, after the drainage setting time is in place, the positioning traction motor 60 pulls the positioning column 601 out of the positioning hole 51, the motor 7 is started for dewatering, after dewatering is completed, one-time positioning action is performed, and the drain valve 40 is reset and closed for waiting for next washing.
According to a washing machine of another embodiment of the present disclosure, a control system may be employed to control the position of the drum 5 at the time of draining so that one of the lifting ribs 30 may be at the lowest position.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the positioning manner of the position when the drum 5 drains water.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the water supply pipe 41 may further include a heating pipe 44, and the heating pipe 44 may operate to heat the washing water introduced into the drum 5 through the water supply pipe 41. It should be noted that the heating pipe 44 may also be disposed on the water inlet pipe 42, and the purpose of heating the washing water may still be achieved.
The washing machine of the present disclosure also provides a structural solution of the door assembly 2, which is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As an embodiment of the door assembly 2 of the washing machine of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 1, the door assembly 2 includes an outer door 21 and an inner door 22, wherein the inner door 22 is connected to an inner side of the outer door 21, the outer door 21 is hinged to the housing 1, an opening or closing of the opening of the housing 1 can be achieved by horizontally rotating the outer door 21, and the inner door 22 moves along with the outer door 21 during the movement of the outer door 21.
When the door assembly 2 is in the closed state, the inner door 22 is in sealing abutment with the front end surface of the drum 5 to cover the drum 5, and the washing water is prevented from entering the outer tub 6 from the front end of the drum 5 during washing.
Since the drum 5 needs to be rotated during washing, the inner door 22 is provided in a rotatable manner with respect to the outer door 21 in one embodiment, and the inner door 22 is rotated along with the drum 5 in a hermetically coupled state.
The outer door 21 is provided with a traction shaft 23 extending towards the inner door 22, the inner door 22 is sleeved on the traction shaft 23 through a bearing 8, and when the roller 5 rotates, the inner door 22 is driven to rotate around the traction shaft 23.
Because the drum 5 can rotate at a high speed during dehydration, in order to avoid the influence on the inner door 22 during high-speed rotation, the inner door 22 is arranged in the washing machine disclosed by the invention to be capable of telescopic motion, namely, the inner door 22 can move back and forth relative to the outer door 21, when the washing machine is used for dehydration, the inner door 22 retracts towards the direction of the outer door 21, the inner door 22 is separated from the drum 5, the input opening at the front end of the drum 5 is opened, the drum 5 rotates at a high speed without influencing the inner door 22, in addition, water flow in the drum 5 can also enter the outer drum 6 from the input opening at the front end of the drum 5 to be discharged, and the dehydration efficiency is accelerated.
In order to realize the telescopic movement of the inner door 22 relative to the outer door 21, the outer door 21 and the inner door 22 have a relative movement space. Specifically, the inner side of the outer door 21 is provided with a movable cavity 211, the front end of the traction shaft 23 is located in the movable cavity and can move back and forth in the movable cavity 211, and the traction shaft 23 drives the inner door 22 to perform telescopic motion.
In one embodiment, the traction shaft 23 is provided with a driving force for movement by a traction motor 24. The traction motor 24 is fixedly connected to the outer door 21, and a traction motor wire 241 of the traction motor 24 is connected to the traction shaft 23 through a traction spring 242, that is, the front end of the traction spring 242 is connected to the traction motor wire 241, and the rear end is connected to the traction shaft 23. When the traction motor 24 is not operated, the traction shaft 23 is extended to the rear side by the traction spring 242, and thereby the inner door 22 is pushed to abut against the front end of the drum 5; when the traction motor 24 is operated, the traction motor wire 241 is pulled so that the inner door 22 follows the traction shaft 23 to move toward the outer door 21, and the inner door 22 is separated from the drum 5.
In order to reduce the size of the door assembly 2 in the axial direction as much as possible, the traction motor 24 is disposed in the radial direction of the outer door with respect to the movable chamber 211, a shaft is disposed in the movable chamber 211, and the traction motor line 241 changes its extending direction around the shaft to be in the same direction as the axis of the traction shaft 23.
Referring to fig. 2, the inner door 22 and the drum 5 are provided with magnetic gaskets 25, so that the inner door 22 can be attracted to the drum 5, and the tightness and reliability of the connection of the inner door 22 on the drum 5 are ensured.
The inner door 22 is connected with the traction shaft 23 through the bearing 8, so that abrasion can be reduced, the inner ring of the bearing 8 is fixed on the rigid traction shaft 23, the position of the bearing 8 is fixed, the motion precision of the bearing 8 is ensured, and the vibration and noise of the bearing 8 in the rotating process are reduced.
More specifically, the outer diameter of the inner door 22 is not greater than the minimum inner diameter of the outer door 21, so that the smoothness of the entrance of the inner door 22 into and out of the housing 1 can be ensured.
According to the washing machine disclosed by the invention, the inner door 22 is linked with the outer door 21, the inner door 22 and the outer door 21 act together when the door is opened and closed, and the inner door 22 is tightly attached to the roller 5 under the action of the traction spring 242 and the magnetic sealing gasket 25 when the whole machine is in a power-off state and a washing state, so that the roller 5 forms a closed space; when dewatering, the traction motor pulls the inner door 22 to retract, so that the inner door 22 is separated from the roller 5, the influence of high rotating speed on the inner door 22 is avoided, and meanwhile, the dewatering effect is also improved due to the fact that the front end of the roller 5 is opened. In addition, this washing machine's door subassembly 2 has avoided current washing machine door to seal the department and has multiplied the mould easily, pile up the dirt and influence pleasing to the eye and the problem of secondary pollution washings, has and uses and experiences good, the good advantage of washing effect.
As another embodiment of the door assembly 2 of the washing machine of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 6, the door assembly 2 includes an outer door 21 and an inner door 22, wherein the inner door 22 is connected to the inner side of the outer door 21, the outer door 21 is hinged to the housing 1, the opening or closing of the opening on the housing 1 can be achieved by horizontally rotating the outer door 21, and the inner door 22 moves along with the outer door 21 during the movement of the outer door 21.
When the door assembly 2 is in the closed state, the inner door 22 is in sealing abutment with the front end surface of the drum 5 to cover the drum 5, and the washing water is prevented from entering the outer tub 6 from the front end of the drum 5 during washing.
Since the drum 5 needs to be rotated during washing, in one embodiment, the inner door 22 is provided in a rotatable manner with respect to the outer door 21, and the inner door 22 is rotatable along with the drum 5 in a closed state of the door assembly 2. The outer door 21 is provided with a traction shaft 23 extending towards the inner door 22, the inner door 22 is sleeved on the traction shaft 23, and when the roller 5 rotates, the inner door 22 is driven to rotate around the traction shaft 23.
Magnetic gaskets 25 are fixedly connected to two opposite surfaces of the inner door 22 and the roller 5 respectively, and when the inner door 22 is close to the inside of the roller 5, the inner door 22 and the roller 5 are in sealing contact under the action of the magnetic gaskets 25.
The washing machine covers the roller 5 by the inner door 22 in the door component 2, and the outer door 21 does not need to play a sealing role, so that a door seal in the existing washing machine can be omitted, and the problems that the existing door seal is easy to accumulate dirt, secondary pollution washings caused by mold breeding and the appearance is influenced can be avoided.
Since the drum 5 vibrates when rotating, in order to prevent the outer door 21 from being affected by the relative displacement between the inner door 22 and the drawing shaft 23, the inner door 22 and the drawing shaft 23 are flexibly connected in the washing machine.
Specifically, a bearing 8 is sleeved on the traction shaft 23, and a bearing seat 26 is connected to the outer side of the bearing 8; the inner door 22 is annular, the inner ring of the inner door 22 is hermetically connected with the bearing seat 26 through a rubber ring 27, namely the outer diameter of the rubber ring 27 is connected with the inner door 22, and the inner diameter of the rubber ring 27 is connected with the bearing seat 26; the rubber ring 27 is used for realizing flexible connection between the inner door 22 and the bearing seat 26, so that the interference between the inner door 22 and the rigid traction shaft 23 when the roller 5 rotates is avoided, and the problem that the traction shaft 23 limits the movement of the inner door 22 to cause the dislocation between the inner door 22 and the roller 5 to cause water leakage of the roller 5 is also avoided.
In some embodiments of the washing machine of the present disclosure, the rubber ring 27 has a structure with a corrugated layer, and the corrugated layer enables the rubber ring 27 to have a larger deformation movement range, so as to effectively prevent the rubber ring 27 from being damaged when the inner door 22 and the traction shaft 23 are relatively displaced.
Because the inner door 22 is flexibly connected with the traction shaft 23, the problem that the circle center of the inner door 22 is deflected under the action of self weight exists, therefore, the door assembly 2 of the washing machine also comprises a plurality of supporting springs 28, the supporting springs 28 are radially connected between the bearing seat 26 and the inner door 22, namely, one end of each supporting spring 28 is connected with the bearing seat 26, the other end of each supporting spring 28 is connected with the inner door 22, the inner door 22 is supported by the supporting springs 28, and meanwhile, the supporting springs 28 also avoid the rigid connection between the inner door 22 and the traction shaft 23.
More specifically, the inner door 22 includes a circular ring portion 221 and an edge portion 222, the edge portion 222 is located on the periphery of the circular ring portion 221, the edge portion 222 and the circular ring portion 221 are arranged at an included angle, one end of the support spring 28 connected to the inner door 22 is connected to the edge portion 222, and the support spring 28 is located in the same normal plane of the bearing 8.
In the washing process, the condition that the laundry is too much exists, the too much laundry can generate larger impact pressure on the inner door 22, the inner door 22 is flexibly connected with the traction shaft 23, the deformation of the inner door 22 can cause the problem that the sealing roller 5 is not tight, in order to avoid the too much pressure of the laundry on the inner door 22, the door assembly 2 of the washing machine further comprises a limit baffle 29, one end, far away from the outer door 21, of the traction shaft 23 penetrates through the inner door 22 and extends out of the inner door 22, and the limit baffle 29 is connected to the end of the traction shaft 23, namely, the inner door 22 is positioned between the outer door 21 and the limit baffle 29.
When the door assembly 2 is in the closed state, the limit baffle 29 is located inside the drum 5, which can limit the position of the laundry in the drum 5 and prevent the laundry from directly contacting the inner door 22 to generate pressure.
In some embodiments of the washing machine of the present disclosure, the front end of the drum 5 has a front cover 52, the center of the front cover 52 is provided with a through opening 521, and the inner door 22 is hermetically connected with the front surface of the front cover 52;
the front end cover 52 has an inner ring provided with an arc-shaped extension 522 bent toward the inner direction of the drum 5, which can prevent the clothes from being damaged in the washing process, and the limit baffle 29 is located in the extension 522 in the axial direction, which can prevent the limit baffle 29 from scratching the clothes.
In addition, the outer diameter of the limit stop 29 is larger than the inner diameter of the inner door 22, so that when the door assembly 2 is opened, the limit stop 29 moves outwardly along with the outer door 21, thereby pushing the inner door 22 open, so that the inner door 22 is separated from the drum 5.
The working principle of the door assembly 2 is as follows: 1. after the laundry is put in, the outer door 21 is closed, and the inner door 22 moves close to the drum 5 following the outer door 21. When the inner door 22 reaches a certain distance from the drum 5, the inner door 22 is in sealing contact with the drum 5 due to the attraction of the magnetic packing 25, and the outer door 21 is fixed to the housing 1 by the door lock. 2. When the user starts the washing machine, the water inlet valve 45 feeds water into the detergent box 3, the water mixed with the detergent enters the drum 5 through the water inlet pipe 42 and the hollow channel 91 of the main shaft 9, and the washing process starts. 3. After the washing process is finished, the outer door 21 is opened, the limit stop 29 moves along with the outer door 21 and contacts with the inner door 22, and the inner door 22 is opened and moves along with the outer door 21 under the tension of the support spring 28 and the force applied to the inner door 22 by the limit stop 29.
The washing machine of the embodiment is designed to have the drum 5 of a non-porous structure, the drum 5 is used as a water containing barrel, and the drum 5 and the outer barrel 6 are isolated in space during washing, so that the problem of secondary pollution caused by space interconnection between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is solved.
The washing machine of the embodiment is provided with the drain valve 40 in the lifting rib 30, and does not occupy the space of the roller 5; the drain valve 40 is a push type mechanical switch, and has high reliability.
The washing machine of the embodiment adopts the door assembly 2 consisting of the inner door 21 and the outer door 21 to seal the roller 5, and the inner door 22 seals the roller 5 to prevent washing water from overflowing the roller 5 in the washing process; in the washing and dewatering process, the outer door 21 is fixed in position, the inner door 22 can move along with the roller 5, the inner door 21 and the outer door 21 are flexibly connected, interference between the inner door 21 and the outer door 21 when the inner door 22 moves is prevented, and reliability of the inner door 22 for sealing the roller 5 is guaranteed.
The washing machine of the embodiment is provided with the limit baffle 29 to limit clothes, so that the problem of poor sealing caused by that the clothes jack the inner door 22 is solved.
The washing machine of the present embodiment has the arc-shaped extension 522 at the mouth of the drum 5, so as to prevent the laundry from being damaged at the mouth during the washing process.
In the washing machine of the embodiment, the bearing 8 is arranged between the traction shaft 23 of the outer door 21 and the inner door 22, the inner ring of the bearing 8 is fixed on the rigid traction shaft 23, the position of the bearing 8 is fixed in the washing and dewatering process, the movement precision of the bearing 8 is ensured, and the vibration and noise of the bearing 8 in the washing and dewatering process are also reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine, characterized by comprising:
a housing having a feed opening formed in a front side surface thereof;
the outer cylinder is arranged in the shell;
the drum is rotatably arranged in the shell and the outer cylinder, is of a non-porous structure and can be used for containing washing water, and is provided with a circulating port for discharging the washing water;
the lifting rib is connected to the inner side wall of the roller corresponding to the circulation port and used for lifting falling and beating the washings; and
the drain valve is arranged in the lifting rib and has an open state and a closed state, so that when the drain valve is pressed, the drain valve extends out to close the circulation port, and when the drain valve is pressed again, the drain valve retracts to open the circulation port;
a door assembly coupled to the front side of the housing, the door assembly comprising:
an outer door for opening and closing the inlet;
an inner door connected to an inner side of the outer door;
the traction shaft is arranged on the outer door, extends towards the direction of the inner door and is sleeved with the inner door;
the limiting baffle is connected to one end, far away from the outer door, of the traction shaft;
when the door assembly is in a closed state, the inner door is in sealing butt joint with the front end face of the roller, and the limiting baffle is located in the roller.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the outer cylinder is covered on the outer side of the roller;
and the switch motor is fixedly connected to the outer barrel and can press the drain valve to control the drain valve to be opened or closed.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drain valve comprises:
the shell is fixedly connected with the lifting rib, and an accommodating groove is formed in the shell;
the guide rail is inserted in the accommodating groove and is provided with a sliding groove;
the spring is connected between the guide rail and the bottom of the accommodating groove; and
the guide rail needle is provided with a connecting end and a moving end which are opposite, the connecting end is connected with the shell, the moving end can move in the sliding groove, an extending position point and a retracting position point are arranged on the stroke of the moving end, and when the moving end is positioned at the extending position point, the spring ejects the guide rail; when the moving end is at the retraction position point, the guide rail compresses the spring to be positioned in the accommodating groove.
4. The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the extension and contraction direction of the guide rail is defined as up and down, the highest point of the chute is an extended position point, the chute includes a first chute extending downward from the extended position point, a second chute and a third chute branching downward from a lower end of the first chute, and a fourth chute communicating the second chute and the third chute, an upper wall of the fourth chute is an upwardly convex arc, and the highest point of the arc is a retracted position point.
5. A washing machine as claimed in claim 3 wherein a sealing head is attached to the end of the track remote from the spring, the sealing head being adapted to seal the flow opening.
6. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of lifting ribs are uniformly distributed on the drum, each lifting rib is correspondingly connected with one drain valve, the drain valve at the lowest position is closed when water enters the washing machine, and other drain valves are opened; the drain valves are all closed during washing; and the drain valves are all opened during water drainage.
7. A washing machine as claimed in claim 6 wherein one of the drain valves is at the lowest point when the washing machine is supplying or draining water.
8. The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, further comprising:
the positioning traction motor is fixed relative to the shell and is positioned at the rear side of the roller, and the positioning traction motor is connected with a positioning column through a traction spring;
the positioning holes are formed in the bottom wall of the roller, the positioning columns can be matched with or separated from the positioning holes under the action of the positioning traction motor, and one of the drain valves is located at the lowest point in a matching state.
9. A washing machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein the lifting rib is detachably connected to the drum.
10. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
the main shaft is connected with the bottom wall of the roller and used for driving the roller to rotate, and the main shaft is provided with a hollow channel;
the sealing element is sleeved on the main shaft and fixed relative to the shell, and a water inlet cavity communicated with the hollow channel is formed in the sealing element; and
one end of the water inlet pipe is connected to the sealing piece, so that water flows from the water inlet pipe, through the water inlet cavity and the hollow channel into the roller when water enters.
