Background
With the continuous progress of society, textile technology and textile equipment are continuously developed, new yarns are continuously appeared, and vortex spun yarns are one of the most attractive yarns. Vortex spinning is a new technology in the existing spinning system, compared with the traditional ring spinning: the method has the characteristics of short spinning flow, high production efficiency, online quality monitoring, high automation intelligent degree and the like, and also has the advantages of greatly reducing labor, reducing yarn hairiness and the like. Therefore, the vortex spun yarn is processed into needle and cotton fabrics, and has the advantages of smooth cloth cover, less hairiness, good wear resistance, good fuzz and pilling resistance, bright color, moisture absorption, quick drying and the like. At present, the vortex spinning technology is researched a lot at home and abroad, but the research on the linear performance of the vortex spinning is less.
Current yarn exists single structure, needs dyeing again after the later stage weaving, and the feature of environmental protection is poor, and some look spins the yarn and also mostly is single colour, can't realize the color change, and is worth lowly. For example, although a segment color yarn is richer in color, on one hand, the production process is complex, the manufacturing cost is low, and on the other hand, the yarn strength is not ideal, and the moisture permeability and the air permeability are poor.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a novel vortex spinning colorful spun yarn comprises a yarn body; the yarn body is of a composite core-spun yarn structure and comprises a core yarn, a middle layer and a colorful surface layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside; the core yarn is a fine denier polypropylene filament yarn which is untwisted and doubled; the middle layer is made of high-shrinkage polyester fiber; the middle layer is coated outside the core yarn; the colorful surface layer is made of bamboo viscose fiber; the bamboo viscose fibers have different colors; the color surface layer is coated outside the middle layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, metallic yarns are further doped in the color surface layer.
In a preferable scheme of the invention, the fine denier polypropylene fiber filament is 20-30D.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the bamboo viscose fiber is 1.8-2.5dtex, and the length of the bamboo viscose fiber is 30-38 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the colored surface layer is formed by uniformly mixing bamboo viscose fibers of three or more colors.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the high-shrinkage polyester fiber is 2.2 dtex; the length of the high-shrinkage polyester fiber is 35-40 mm.
The production process of the novel vortex spinning colorful spun yarn comprises the following steps:
step 1, dyeing bamboo viscose fibers; dyeing the bamboo viscose fibers with different colors respectively; then, fully mixing the bamboo viscose fibers with different colors through cotton mixing in a cotton box;
step 4, heating for hydrolysis; soaking the transition yarn in hot water, heating for hydrolysis, removing the water-soluble vinylon fiber in the transition yarn, and drying;
step 5, heating and shaping; under the action of low tension, the transition yarn with the water-soluble vinylon fiber removed is heated and shaped, so that irregular natural curling shrinkage can be generated after the high-shrinkage polyester fiber in the yarn is subjected to thermal shrinkage, the natural curling shrinkage is transferred to the interior of the yarn, and the bamboo viscose fiber is pulled by the high-shrinkage polyester fiber to be displaced and bent to surround the surface of the yarn, so that multicolor spun yarn is formed.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, in the step 4, in the heating hydrolysis process, the material-liquid ratio is controlled to be 1: 20; the hydrolysis heating temperature is controlled at 60-85 ℃; in step 5, the heating temperature for heat setting is 130-155 ℃.
