Abstract
The invention discloses a novel vortex spinning multi-color spun yarn and a production process, wherein the spun yarn comprises a first interactive structure, a second interactive structure and a third interactive structure, and is prepared from raw materials of two colors, namely an A-color fiber bundle and a B-color fiber bundle; in the first interactive part, yarns are in a wrapping structure, and the A-color fiber bundles are used as outer layers to completely wrap the B-color fiber bundles of the core layer; the second interactive part is formed by spirally winding the A color and the B color into an alternate twist shape; in the third interactive part, yarns are in a wrapping structure, and the B-color fiber bundles are used as outer layers to completely wrap the core layer A-color fiber bundles; the three interactive changes are alternately arranged regularly or irregularly, at equal intervals or at unequal intervals along the length direction of the yarn. The yarn can be changed in 3 sections by color or spinning raw materials, or can be changed in 3 sections by changing the color and the spinning raw materials simultaneously; the yarn is a new yarn structure and is a new fancy yarn with changeable appearance and color.

The novel vortex spun multicolored yarn of claim 1 wherein in the first interactive section the yarn is in a wrapped configuration with the bundle of a color fibers as an outer layer completely wrapped around the bundle of B color fibers in the core layer, the yarn being in the color of the bundle of a color fibers; in the second interactive part, the fiber bundles of the A color and the fiber bundles of the B color are mutually wound into a cross-twisted shape, and the yarn presents a mixed color effect of the cross of the fiber bundles of the A color and the fiber bundles of the B color; and in the third interactive part, the yarns are in a wrapping structure, the B-color fiber bundles are used as outer layers to completely wrap the core layer A-color fiber bundles, and the yarns are in the color of the B-color fiber bundles.
5. The novel vortex spun multicolored yarn of claim 1 having a tow of two colors, a tow of a color and a tow of a color B, wherein a and B are any colors.
6. A novel production process of vortex spinning colorful spun yarns is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1, dyeing fibers respectively to form fibers of A color and fibers of B color;
