Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of novel fuels, in particular to plant environment-friendly fuel oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the fuel oil mainly comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 60 to 80 percent of vegetable oil, 20 to 40 percent of alpha-terpinene, 1 to 5 percent of combustion improver and 0.3 to 0.7 percent of auxiliary agent. The plant environment-friendly fuel oil is prepared by mixing and reacting the plant oil, the alpha-terpinene, the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent, and has the advantages of simple process, high heat value, low energy consumption, no smoke, no odor, no residue, cleanness, environment friendliness, difficult explosion, flammability and safe and reliable transportation, and is a non-renewable substitute for common diesel oil of petrochemical fuels.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of novel fuels, in particular to plant environment-friendly fuel oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The plant fuel oil is a clean energy source, is a form of earth plant storage solar energy, is the most main plant energy source, is from plants, can be recycled, does not pollute the atmosphere after being combusted, and is environment-friendly fuel oil.
In addition, the indexes of the plant fuel oil are similar to those of diesel oil, even the fuel value of the plant fuel oil is higher than that of the diesel oil, an engine using the plant fuel oil is easy to start, the power is high, the oil consumption is the same as that of a petroleum product, carbon and colloid are not accumulated after long-term use, the mechanical wear is small, the emission of harmful substances in tail gas is lower than the national standard, and the plant fuel oil is fuel oil for any diesel engine and diesel oil combustion system.

60% -80% of vegetable oil;

65% -75% of vegetable oil;
25% -35% of alpha-terpinene;
2.5 to 4.5 percent of combustion improver;
0.4 to 0.6 percent of auxiliary agent.
As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the vegetable oil comprises castor oil, linseed oil and tung oil in a weight ratio of 1:1: 1.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the combustion improver is isobutanol.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the auxiliary agent is a mixture of ethyl acetate and ethylamine in a weight ratio of 1: 1.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the plant environment-friendly fuel oil, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing vegetable oil according to the mass percent, and sending the vegetable oil into a stirring tank;
(2) weighing alpha-terpinene according to the mass percent, putting the alpha-terpinene into a stirring tank, heating the alpha-terpinene to 55-60 ℃, and stirring the alpha-terpinene for 1.8-2.2 hours at the temperature;
(3) weighing the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent according to the mass percentage, and adding the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent into a stirring tank for pressurized stirring;
(4) and (3) sending the stirred oil into a storage tank, and continuing to react for 45-50h to obtain the plant environment-friendly fuel oil finished product.
As a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the stirring speed in the step (2) is 300-400 rpm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressure stirring conditions in step (3) are: stirring for 2-3h under the conditions of pressure of 2-3MPa and stirring speed of 600-700 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the plant environment-friendly fuel oil is prepared by mixing and reacting the plant oil, the alpha-terpinene, the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent, has simple working procedures, high heat value, low energy consumption, no smoke, no odor, no residue, cleanness, environment friendliness, difficult explosion and flammability, safe and reliable transportation and non-renewable substitute of common diesel oil as a petrochemical fuel;
according to the invention, castor oil, linseed oil and tung oil are selected and changed into high-calorific-value, environment-friendly and renewable plant fuel, so that the castor oil, linseed oil and tung oil become a substitute of non-renewable petroleum fuel common diesel;
the fuel oil can be completely combusted by adding the alpha-terpinene, and the fuel oil is free of impurities, smoke and odor and environmental pollution after being combusted; the addition of the auxiliary agent consisting of ethyl acetate and ethylamine can promote the reaction and improve the generation speed of the plant environment-friendly fuel oil.

The plant environment-friendly fuel oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
vegetable oil: 75kg (75%)
Castor oil 25kg (25%)
Linseed oil 25kg (25%)
Tung oil 25kg (23%)
23.7kg (23.7%)
Combustion improver:
isobutanol 1kg (1%)
Auxiliary agent:
ethyl acetate 0.15kg (0.15%)
Ethylamine 0.15kg (0.15%)
The preparation method of the plant environment-friendly fuel oil comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing vegetable oil according to the mass percent, and sending the vegetable oil into a stirring tank;
(2) weighing alpha-terpinene according to the mass percent, putting the alpha-terpinene into a stirring tank, heating the alpha-terpinene to 58 ℃, and stirring the alpha-terpinene for 2 hours at the temperature;
(3) weighing the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent according to the mass percentage, and adding the combustion improver and the auxiliary agent into a stirring tank for pressurized stirring;
(4) and (3) sending the stirred oil into a storage tank, and continuing to react for 47 hours to obtain the finished product of the plant environment-friendly fuel oil.
Wherein the stirring speed in the step (2) is 350 rpm.
