本发明公开了一种高牢度活性黄染料,按质量份数计,其组成为:组分A:30‑42份、组分B:25‑30份,组分C:25‑30份,组分D:10‑14份,组分E:5‑8份,组分F:23‑28份;该高牢度活性黄染料,可用于棉、毛、尼龙等织物的染色,此外也适用于聚酰胺纤维、蛋白质纤维及其纺织物的染色;应用于棉纤维的染色效果最好,色光鲜艳、提升力和固色率高、匀染性好、染色稳定性好,色牢度优异。染色过程,其溶解度高、扩散性好,提升性、匀染性、印染稳定性好,各项印染性能优良;另外具有很好的重现性和稳定性,制备过程简单,便于操作。

本发明涉及染料领域,特别是一种高牢度活性黄染料。
背景技术
随着人们对穿着舒适感及生态健康要求的日益提高,纺织产品越来越多的向棉织物集中,活性染料的需求量也随之增加,成为当前应用最广泛的合成染料之一。
如何使染料具有较高的固色率和提升力成为了当下活性染料的开发方向之一。因为具有高提升力使得在进行高染色深度印染时染料的使用量相对减少,而高固色率可以使传统纤维染色工艺中的皂洗脱过程缩短,进而使得整个印染时间缩短,从而降低染色成本。由于单色品种染料对纤维印染后,各种性能指标难以达到人们的要求。因此两种或两种以上染料的复配应用成为人们研究的方向。

本发明提供了一种固色率高、匀染性好、染色稳定性好,色牢度优异的高牢度活性黄染料。

有益效果:该高牢度活性黄染料,可用于棉、毛、尼龙等织物的染色,此外也适用于聚酰胺纤维、蛋白质纤维及其纺织物的染色;应用于棉纤维的染色效果最好,色光鲜艳、提升力和固色率高、匀染性好、染色稳定性好,色牢度优异。染色过程,其溶解度高、扩散性好,提升性、匀染性、印染稳定性好,各项印染性能优良;另外具有很好的重现性和稳定性,制备过程简单,便于操作。

按上述质量,将各个组分充分研磨搅拌均匀既得成品;将上述实施制得的染料进行性能测试,测试方法如下:
将4g按实施例1-6制得的染料混合物先用适量的水使其充分溶解,然后定容于500ml容量瓶中。吸取10ml染液与50ml水混合,然后加入4g棉布,1.8g硫酸钠,然后以1℃/分钟的升温速度升到60℃,保持30分钟后加入1g碳酸钠,再保持60℃染色30分钟,随后取出被染棉布,用非离子型净洗剂沸腾皂煮15分钟,再用水清洗并在70℃左右烘干。
