Abstract
The invention relates to a carton roller transmission line which comprises a bracket and an electric roller conveying mechanism, wherein a guide guardrail is arranged at the rear part of the electric roller conveying mechanism, a stop plate is arranged at the front end of the electric roller conveying mechanism, the electric roller conveying mechanism is provided with at least two groups of electric roller groups, each group of electric roller group is connected with a controller, the controller is connected with at least one sensor, the sensors are arranged on the front side surface of the electric roller conveying mechanism, and a stop mechanism is arranged below the front part of the electric roller conveying mechanism. The invention has the following obvious advantages: the electric roller conveying mechanism is provided with a plurality of groups of electric roller groups, the controller can control different electric roller groups according to the sensors to adapt to cartons of different specifications, and the steering mechanism can adjust the direction of the cartons to adapt to the requirements of different directions.

Background
At present, a paper box roller transmission line only adapts to paper boxes of the same specification, and mechanical arms at the tail end of the transmission line need to grab paper boxes of different specifications and different directions in production, so that the cost is greatly increased if different transmission lines are built, and one transmission line is required to adapt to different paper boxes.

The carton roller transmission line shown in fig. 1 comprises a support 1 and a motor-driven roller conveying mechanism, wherein a guide guardrail 5 is arranged at the rear part of the motor-driven roller conveying mechanism, a stop plate 7 is arranged at the front end of the motor-driven roller conveying mechanism, the motor-driven roller conveying mechanism is divided into three groups of motor-driven roller groups, the front two groups of motor-driven roller groups are a first motor-driven roller group 2 and a second motor-driven roller group 3, the rear group of motor-driven roller group is a third motor-driven roller group 4, photoelectric sensors are arranged on the side surfaces of the first motor-driven roller group 2 and the second motor-driven roller group 3, and a stopping mechanism 6 is arranged below the middle part of the second motor. The first electric roller group 2, the second electric roller group 3, the photoelectric sensor and the stopping mechanism 6 are connected with the controller.
The electric roller group comprises a driving roller and a plurality of unpowered rollers, the driving roller and the unpowered rollers are arranged on a side beam of the electric roller conveying mechanism, the rollers are connected through a poly-wedge belt, a motor and a speed reducer are arranged in the driving roller, and a controller controls the starting and stopping of the motor.
The stop mechanism 6 comprises a transverse mounting frame 601 fixed on the side beam, the mounting frame 601 is connected with a vertically moving stop plate 603 through a second cylinder 602, a second linear bearing 604 is arranged on the mounting frame 601, a second guide shaft 605 penetrates through the second linear bearing 604, and one end of the second guide shaft 605 is fixed on the stop plate 603.
The condition that needs to have little clearance between two cartons that this embodiment is fit for snatching, after the carton is sensed to the light-transmitting inductor of 2 sides of first electric roller group, give the controller with signal transmission, the controller controls the time delay of 2 groups of first electric roller and stops, after the photoelectric sensor of 3 sides of second electric roller group senses the carton, give the controller with signal transmission, the controller controls 3 groups of electric roller of second group and stops, two sensors are very close with the position that will stop respectively, so the time delay is very short, it is easier to control. Through the size that changes the time delay, can the position of accurate control carton. The controller controls the catch mechanism 6 to raise the catch 603 and block forward movement of the subsequent cartons.
