The invention provides a preparation method of a beverage product for supplementing vitamin C and vitamin P, which comprises the following steps: s1: wrapping flos Sophorae Immaturus and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae with gauze to obtain several raw material bags, boiling in purified water for 5-10 min, taking out, boiling in the solution for 5-10 min, taking out, and immediately filling hot beverage into hot beverage bottle; s2: immediately placing the tubular sealing device at the mouth of the hot drink containing bottle, then screwing the cover body and the mouth of the hot drink containing bottle tightly and pressing the tubular sealing device tightly to ensure negative pressure in the bottle; s3: vitamin C is put into the conical container, the conical container is put into the tubular sealing device, and then the bottle cap and the cap body are screwed tightly.
