本发明涉及网膜制备工艺技术领域,具体为一种用于防护服的EVA网膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是热熔胶粘剂的简称,通常是指在常温下呈现固态,当加热到一定温度便熔融成粘稠的液体,涂布、润湿被粘物后,经压合,冷却至室温即可完成粘接的胶粘剂。其一般具有如下优点:(1)固化速率快,粘接强度大;(2)粘接能力稳定;(3)胶层耐水抗湿;(4)不含水和其他溶剂;(5)不挥发有毒有害的烟雾。热熔胶因上述优点而成为一种绿色环保的胶粘剂,成为当今技术产业发展的一大方向。
热熔胶网膜是把热熔胶经纺丝、铺网、成卷制成网状的热熔胶产品,具有透气、热熔胶使用率高等特点,可最大限度地使用热熔胶,可加工成各种尺寸进行加工,能够广泛适用于织物、纸张、高分子等的粘合。
现有的EVA网膜广泛应用于防护服,但现有的EVA网膜存在质量差、易撕破的问题,导致防护服易被刮破,同时防护服对防静电提出一定的要求,现有的EVA网膜无法实现防静电的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种用于防护服的EVA网膜及其制备方法,解决了现有的EVA网膜质量差、易撕破、无法实现防静电的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,包括基材,所述基材的表面设置有第一EVA网膜,所述第一EVA网膜的表面设置有纤维层,所述纤维层的表面设置有第二EVA网膜,所述第二EVA网膜的表面设置有防静电层;
所述纤维层为聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维混纺而成;
所述防静电层为导电纤维与涤棉纤维混纺而成。
优选的,所述导电纤维包括不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维,所述不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维的用量比为1:2:0.5。
优选的,所述纤维层的厚度为50-80μm,所述纤维层的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维颗粒混合,并连同黏度调节剂混合后一同投入螺杆挤出机内,加热至130-180℃熔融造粒后,再次加入螺杆挤出机,加热至150-180℃熔融后,用计量泵打入到喷丝板内,从喷丝板内喷出的热熔胶丝在高压气流下被牵引至金属传送带,形成纤维层。
优选的,所述黏度调节剂为石蜡、微晶蜡和氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合物,气压为3-6MPa。
优选的,所述防静电层的制备方法为:将不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维、防静电合成纤维与涤棉纤维混合,混合后送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置,再将其形成的单网剥取到铺网帘上,通过铺网装置将其铺成纵横交错的纤网。
优选的,所述基材为单硅离型纸。
一种用于防护服的EVA网膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,第一EVA网膜、纤维层、第二EVA网膜和防静电层的材料放置在滚筒复合机上,将基材放在另一侧滚筒复合机上;
S2,启动滚筒复合机,将基材、第一EVA网膜、纤维层、第二EVA网膜和防静电层通过滚筒复合机复合成一层后进入高频机加温,随后进入平板压烫机内,压烫完成后通过激光切割机对两边进行切割;
S3,将S2中得到的产品与基材通过滚筒复合机复合;
S4,将S3中得到的产品通过绕卷机卷绕;
S5,包装、检验、入库。
优选的,所述步骤S1中,第一EVA网膜、纤维层、第二EVA网膜和防静电层的材料移动速度为6-10m/min,且表面张力为5-20N。
优选的,所述步骤S2中,平板压烫机的热压温度为90-120℃,热压压力为0.5-1.5MPa。
优选的,所述步骤S4中绕卷机卷绕速度与材料移动速度相等。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种用于防护服的EVA网膜及其制备方法,有益效果是:通过设置两层EVA网膜结构,在EVA网膜中还设置有利用EVA网膜粘接的纤维层和防静电层,通过纤维层保证了EVA网膜的抗拉能力,避免了被破坏,同时表面的防静电层能够防止静电,方便了防护服的使用。

导电纤维包括不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维,所述不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维的用量比为1:2:0.5。
纤维层3的厚度为60μm,所述纤维层3的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维颗粒混合,并连同黏度调节剂混合后一同投入螺杆挤出机内,加热至150℃熔融造粒后,再次加入螺杆挤出机,加热至160℃熔融后,用计量泵打入到喷丝板内,从喷丝板内喷出的热熔胶丝在高压气流下被牵引至金属传送带,形成纤维层。

S2,启动滚筒复合机,将基材1、第一EVA网膜2、纤维层3、第二EVA网膜4和防静电层5通过滚筒复合机复合成一层后进入高频机加温,随后进入平板压烫机内,压烫完成后通过激光切割机对两边进行切割;
S3,将S2中得到的产品与基材1通过滚筒复合机复合;
S4,将S3中得到的产品通过绕卷机卷绕;
S5,包装、检验、入库。
步骤S1中,第一EVA网膜2、纤维层3、第二EVA网膜4和防静电层5的材料移动速度为8m/min,且表面张力为10N。
步骤S2中,平板压烫机的热压温度为110℃,热压压力为1.0 MPa。
步骤S4中绕卷机卷绕速度与材料移动速度相等。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:包括基材(1),所述基材(1)的表面设置有第一EVA网膜(2),所述第一EVA网膜(2)的表面设置有纤维层(3),所述纤维层(3)的表面设置有第二EVA网膜(4),所述第二EVA网膜(4)的表面设置有防静电层(5);
所述纤维层(3)为聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维混纺而成;
所述防静电层(5)为导电纤维与涤棉纤维混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述导电纤维包括不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维,所述不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维和防静电合成纤维的用量比为1:2:0.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述纤维层(3)的厚度为50-80μm,所述纤维层(3)的制备方法为:将聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维颗粒混合,并连同黏度调节剂混合后一同投入螺杆挤出机内,加热至130-180℃熔融造粒后,再次加入螺杆挤出机,加热至150-180℃熔融后,用计量泵打入到喷丝板内,从喷丝板内喷出的热熔胶丝在高压气流下被牵引至金属传送带,形成纤维层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述黏度调节剂为石蜡、微晶蜡和氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合物,气压为3-6MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述防静电层(5)的制备方法为:将不锈钢纤维、亚导电纤维、防静电合成纤维与涤棉纤维混合,混合后送入开松机进行开松,然后送入梳理装置,再将其形成的单网剥取到铺网帘上,通过铺网装置将其铺成纵横交错的纤网。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述基材(1)为单硅离型纸。
7.一种用于防护服的EVA网膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1,第一EVA网膜(2)、纤维层(3)、第二EVA网膜(4)和防静电层(5)的材料放置在滚筒复合机上,将基材(1)放在另一侧滚筒复合机上;
S2,启动滚筒复合机,将基材(1)、第一EVA网膜(2)、纤维层(3)、第二EVA网膜(4)和防静电层(5)通过滚筒复合机复合成一层后进入高频机加温,随后进入平板压烫机内,压烫完成后通过激光切割机对两边进行切割;
S3,将S2中得到的产品与基材(1)通过滚筒复合机复合;
S4,将S3中得到的产品通过绕卷机卷绕;
S5,包装、检验、入库。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中,第一EVA网膜(2)、纤维层(3)、第二EVA网膜(4)和防静电层(5)的材料移动速度为6-10m/min,且表面张力为5-20N。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中,平板压烫机的热压温度为90-120℃,热压压力为0.5-1.5MPa。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防护服的EVA网膜,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中绕卷机卷绕速度与材料移动速度相等。
