Abstract
本发明公开了一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道,包括管体,所述管体内壁固定连接有竖板,所述竖板侧壁通过转轴转动连接有多个扇叶,多个所述扇叶采用橡胶材料制成,所述管体内顶部固定连接有摩擦框,所述摩擦框内壁胶合有毛皮,所述管体下端固定连接有集尘框,所述集尘框内壁固定连接有刷板,所述集尘框内底部开设有除尘口。本发明通过扇叶转动与毛皮进行摩擦,进而扇叶上携带负电荷,对净化后废气中的粉尘进行吸附,避免净化后废气中含有一定量的粉尘,导致对空气造成污染,通过雾化片在通电后会使得雾化片高频震荡,进而将净化液打散而产生水雾喷洒在管体内,可以对有害气体进行净化,有效的避免净化后废气中含有的有害气体散播到空气中。

技术领域
本发明涉及垃圾处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道。
背景技术
垃圾焚烧即通过适当的热分解、燃烧、熔融等反应,使垃圾经过高温下的氧化进行减容,成为残渣或者熔融固体物质的过程,在垃圾焚烧过程中会产生大量的废气,而且这些废气中含有大量的粉尘和有害气体等物质。
目前对垃圾焚烧后的废气通常都会通过净化塔对其进行净化处理,在废气净化后会通过连接在净化塔侧壁的管道排出,由于净化塔每次对废气的处理结果是不可进行人为控制的,因此在对废气净化后需要对废气内含有的成分进行检测,当从净化塔排出的废气中含存在一定量的有害气体时,此时就需要对净化塔内的净化过程进行调整,但是这些已经排出的废气无疑就是直接排放到大气中,会对大气造成污染。
为此,我们提出一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道,包括管体,所述管体内壁固定连接有竖板,所述竖板侧壁通过转轴转动连接有多个扇叶,多个所述扇叶采用橡胶材料制成,所述管体内顶部固定连接有摩擦框,所述摩擦框内壁胶合有毛皮,所述管体下端固定连接有集尘框,所述集尘框内壁固定连接有刷板,且所述刷板与扇叶侧壁贴合,所述集尘框内底部开设有除尘口,所述管体侧壁固定连接有净化箱,所述净化箱内填充有净化液,所述管体内壁固定连接有雾化片,所述雾化片上端通过毛细管与净化箱内壁连接,其中一个所述扇叶内嵌设有永磁铁,所述集尘框侧壁嵌设有螺旋线圈,所述螺旋线圈与雾化片耦合连接,所述管体下端开设有单向排水孔。
优选地,所述雾化片下端滑动连接有多个刮片,多个所述刮片之间通过导电弹簧固定连接,所述导电弹簧靠近竖板的一端与竖板侧壁固定连接,所述螺旋线圈与导电弹簧耦合连接。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、通过设置扇叶、摩擦板和毛皮,从管体内流过的气流会带动扇叶快速转动,进而使得扇叶不断且快速的与毛皮进行摩擦,进而扇叶上携带负电荷,对净化后废气中的粉尘进行吸附,避免净化后废气中还含有一定量的粉尘,导致对空气造成污染;
2、通过设置集尘框和刷板,扇叶转动时会不断与刷板接触,使得刷板将扇叶上吸附的粉尘刷落,进而使得扇叶可以始终保证洁净,以便更好的对气体中的粉尘进行吸附;
3、通过设置永磁铁和螺旋线圈,扇叶转动时使得永磁铁不断掠过螺旋线圈,进而螺旋线圈不断切割磁感应线并产生感应电流,将气体的内能转化为机械能,然后再将机械能转化为电能,无需其他电力驱动机构,有效的节省了能源,环保性高;
4、通过设置雾化片、净化箱和毛细管,螺旋线圈对雾化片在通电后会使得雾化片高频震荡,进而将净化液打散而产生水雾喷洒在管体内,进而水雾可以对净化后的废气进行润湿,使得尾气中存在的部分有害气体与净化液接触,可以对有害气体进行净化并落下从单向排水孔排出,从而有效的避免净化后废气中含有的有害气体散播到空气中;
5、通过设置导电弹簧和刮片,由于永磁铁不断掠过螺旋线圈,进而螺旋线圈上间歇性的产生感应电流,进而使得导电弹簧上间歇性的通入电流,使得导电弹簧不断的进行伸缩,进而带动多个刮片在雾化片下端来回滑动,对雾化片侧壁粘附的杂质进行清理,避免雾化片在长时间使用后其侧壁粘附较多的杂质,进而影响雾化片的正常工作。

实施例一
参照图1-2,一种垃圾焚烧用废气净化管道,包括管体1,管体1内壁固定连接有竖板2,竖板2侧壁通过转轴转动连接有多个扇叶3,多个扇叶3采用橡胶材料制成,管体1内顶部固定连接有摩擦框4,摩擦框4内壁胶合有毛皮5,进一步的,由于从管体1内气体流速较快,进而会带动扇叶3快速转动,使得各个扇叶3会不断的与毛皮5进行摩擦,进而在扇叶3与毛皮5脱离后对扇叶3上电荷的分布影响可以忽略不计,使得在扇叶3快速转动时依旧可以对气体中的粉尘进行吸附,管体1下端固定连接有集尘框6,集尘框6内壁固定连接有刷板7,且刷板7与扇叶3侧壁贴合,集尘框6内底部开设有除尘口8,管体1侧壁固定连接有净化箱9,净化箱9内填充有净化液,管体1内壁固定连接有雾化片10,雾化片10上端通过毛细管11与净化箱9内壁连接,进一步的,雾化片10通电后通过其内部陶瓷雾化片的高频谐振,将液态水分子结构打散而产生自然飘逸的水雾,进而可以使得净化液呈水雾状与废气接触,增大了净化液与废气的接触面积,使得净化液可以较好的对废气中的有害气体进行净化,毛细管11会由于毛细现象不断的吸收水分,毛细管11会将净化液传输到雾化片10上,并且只有在雾化片10震荡时才会使得净化液落下,值得一提的是,雾化片10在对净化液进行雾化的过程中会释放大量的负离子,进而这些负离子在气体的流动下会与废气充分接触,进一步的加快了对废气中有害气体的净化,提高从管体1排出气体的洁净度,其中一个扇叶3内嵌设有永磁铁12,集尘框6侧壁嵌设有螺旋线圈13,螺旋线圈13与雾化片10耦合连接,管体1下端开设有单向排水孔14,需要说明的是,单向排水孔14仅允许水从管体1内向外排出,避免在管体1内气体高速流动时,管体1内气压较小,从而外界的空气从单向排水孔14进入管体1内,影响管体1内废水的排出。
本实施例中,从净化塔净化后的废气从管体1内高速流出,进而带动转动连接在转轴侧壁的扇叶3快速转动,进而使得扇叶3不断与胶合在摩擦框4内壁的毛皮5摩擦,进而扇叶3上产生大量的负电荷,随着扇叶3快速转动,扇叶3会对管体1内气体中含有的粉尘进行吸附,避免粉尘排出至空气中,造成大气污染,同时,随着扇叶3快速转动,扇叶3会不断与固定连接在集尘框6内壁的刷板7接触,使得刷板7对扇叶3侧壁吸附的灰尘进行刷落,使得扇叶3侧壁始终保证洁净,更加有效的对气体中粉尘进行吸附;
扇叶3转动时使得永磁铁12不断掠过螺旋线圈13,进而螺旋线圈13会切割磁感应线并产生感应电流,进而对雾化片10上进行供电,雾化片10在通电后会高频震荡,进而会将净化液打散而产生水雾喷洒在管体1内,进而水雾可以对净化后的废气进行润湿,并且呈水雾状的净化液加大了与废气的接触面积,可以对有害气体进行净化并形成大颗粒水珠落下,从而有效的避免净化后废气中含有的有害气体散播到空气中。
实施例二
参照图3,与实施例一不同的是,雾化片10下端滑动连接有多个刮片16,多个刮片16之间通过导电弹簧15固定连接,导电弹簧15靠近竖板2的一端与竖板2侧壁固定连接,螺旋线圈13与导电弹簧15耦合连接。
本实施例中,扇叶3转动使得永磁铁12不断的掠过螺旋线圈13,进而使得螺旋线圈13上间歇性的产生感应电流,进而使得导电弹簧15上间歇性的通入电流,当导电弹簧15上通入电流时,每一匝的弹簧都相当于一个磁场方向相同的磁铁,导电弹簧15收缩,当导电弹簧15上断电时,每匝弹簧之间产生的磁力消失,在导电弹簧15的弹性作用下,导电弹簧15会逐渐伸长,进而当多个导电弹簧15同步不断伸缩时,会带动多个刮片16在雾化片10下端来回滑动,对雾化片10侧壁粘附的杂质进行全面有效的清理,避免雾化片10在长时间使用后其侧壁粘附较多的杂质,进而影响雾化片10的正常工作。
