背景技术
随着人类生活水平的提高,人们对各类与人体接触配方中表面活性剂的毒副作用投入越来越多的关注。针对不同用途,对表面活性剂关注的重点主要集中在对粘膜的刺激性、对皮肤的致敏性、毒性、遗传性、致癌性、致畸性和溶血性、消化吸收性、生物降解性等方面。例如对化妆品而言,以前选取配料的原则以装扮靓丽为主,选择表面活性剂只是考虑如何达到最佳的第一功效或主功效,如净洗、发泡、乳化、分散等;其次才考虑到发挥其第二功效或辅助功效,很少或根本没有考虑到表面活性剂对皮肤、毛发等自然状态的影响。对表面活性剂的选取原则则逐渐趋向于在首先满足保护皮肤、毛发的正常、健康状态,对人体产生尽可能少的毒副作用的前提条件下,才考虑如何发挥表面活性剂的最佳主功效和辅助功效。这种发展趋势使得表面活性剂原料供应商、配方师和生产厂商都面临着一种挑战,即如何重新认识和评价表面活性剂的安全性及温和性,向消费者提供最安全、最温和又最有效的制品。因此,重新评价原有表面活性剂品种和新型表面活性剂的安全性和温和性是十分必要的。
经过实践经验积累和大量的理论研究,发现医用级乙基纤维素(EC)是一种疏水性的高分子成膜材料,其可在皮肤表面形成致密的疏水膜以防止水分的流失。此外,EC的粘度越大,溶解在配方中的物质释放速度越慢,并增加了介质溶液进出膜孔的阻力,也可以阻止减缓角质层中的水分向空气中挥发。
众所周知,保湿一直是护肤的基础所在,各类产品也都具备一定的保湿作用。膏霜类产品的保湿性则更胜一筹。保湿霜通常都是有表活参与的油包水或水包油类型,但表面活性剂在敏感性皮肤上使用时通常会导致皮肤毛躁和刺激问题。为了避免表活所带来的刺激感,利用乙基纤维素来制备双凝胶工艺进而制备得到一款未添加乳化剂的保湿霜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜,通过降低其皮肤表面的经皮水分流失,并增加角质层含水量来实现其肌肤保湿。

本发明公开了一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜及其制备方法,所述不添加乳化剂的保湿霜包括如下质量百分比的组分:
A相:乙基纤维素0.1~1%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯1~5%、生育酚乙酸酯 0.01-1%;
B相:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1~5%、碳酸二乙基己酯1~5%、异十二烷1~5%、氢化卵磷脂0.1~2%;
C相:去离子水60~80%、U20(丙烯酸(酯)类聚合物)0.1~1%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.5%、甘油1~10%、丙二醇1~10%、锁水磁石0.1~2%、β-葡聚糖0.01~1%、海藻糖0.1~3%、甘油葡糖苷0.1~3%、肌酸0.1~2%;
D相:精氨酸0.1~2%;

(1)按比例加入A相,即乙基纤维素、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、生育酚乙酸酯混合水浴加热至80℃,搅拌均匀,溶透;
(2)按比例加入B相,即环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸二乙基己酯、异十二烷、氢化卵磷脂、混合均匀,并预热至65℃,待A相温度降至65℃,将B相加入A相,形成均一油相;
(3)按比例加入C相,即按比例将B相U20卡波(丙烯酸酯类聚合物)及透明质酸钠加入甘油与丙二醇的混合液中,搅拌使其分散均匀,然后加入锁水磁石、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖、甘油葡糖苷、肌酸和去离子水,80℃水浴加热搅拌15min,形成均一水相,水浴加热至65摄氏度,搅拌均匀,并缓慢加入A+B相,适当均质;
(4)待温度降至50摄氏度,加入预配好的D相(精氨酸溶液)调节PH=6.0-6.5;
(5)按比例加入E相,搅拌均匀;

乙基纤维素EC作为药物制剂中应用广泛的一种药用辅料,作为缓控释骨架材料可阻滞药物释放而达到缓控释的目的,作为包衣成膜材料具有很好的成膜性,作为微囊囊材可达到缓释目的,作为药物载体可调节药物释放速度,作为黏合剂具有很好的黏附性。乙基纤维素具有无毒、无致敏性和无刺激性的特点。
本发明作为不添加乳化剂的保湿霜,在不添加乳化剂的配方中制备得到稳定、安全、无刺激的高效保湿霜,并能作为基质料体用于其他保湿霜的制备。通过乙基纤维素EC的成膜作用,使制备得到的保湿霜其经皮水分流失有很好的减缓作用,同时复配其他保湿成分,使得其在角质层含水量有较好的增强作用,实现肌肤保湿、安全、无刺激,配方稳定。

稳定性实验验证
将实施例1制得的不添加乳化剂的保湿霜分别分成3份,第一份置于室温阴凉通风环境中;第二份置于45℃恒温箱中;第三份置于 -15℃冰箱中;放置三个月,分别观察其颜色、均匀性以及是否有霉败现象。
结果显示,在高温、常温、低温环境下,所制得的保湿霜基本无变化,色泽光亮,无变色;均匀性良好,无霉变。
实验结果表明,本发明制备的不添加乳化剂的保湿霜在常规环境中,稳定性良好。
肤感评价
用表1配方制备三种不同的保湿霜,由90名志愿者使用性,对以下项目进行评价,实验环境为室内,温度恒定为20±2℃,湿度恒定为 40%-60%,按表2的标准对上述3个保湿霜作肤感评价,测试其涂抹时(见表2)、使用5min后(见表3)的肤感评价,取其平均分值并详细记录。
肤感评价标准:
铺展性:0分表示非常难铺展;10分表示非常容易铺展;
油腻感:0分表示非常清爽;10分表示非常油腻;
吸收性:0分表示吸收很弱;10分表示吸收很强;
滑感;0分表示不滑;10分表示非常滑;
柔软感:0分表示不柔软;10分表示非常柔软。

由表2可知,从即时肤感评价的结果来看,实施例1在滑感和油腻感上比对比例1、对比例2更好;柔软感适中,铺展性与吸收性方面与对比例1-2相对,无太大差异。由表3可看出,使用5min后肤感评价实施例1制得的保湿霜仍具优势。本发明提供的不添加乳化剂制得的保湿霜,在不添加乳化剂的配方中仍具有较好的肤感,比较清爽。
保湿效果测试对实施例1、对比例1-2制得的保湿霜,采用芬兰DEFIN公司的VapoMeter经皮水分流失测量仪(型号:SWL5372)、MoistureMeterSC 皮肤角质层水合测量仪(MSC1275)检测经皮水分流失TWEL测试结果。
测试目的:比较3种不同保湿霜的短期保湿功效
测试指标:数据分析。测试环境:湿度RH=55%,温度T=20-22℃
测试部位:左右前臂内侧。测试人数:200人
测试要求:测量前仪器探头用75%酒精清洁消毒,并保持测量头干燥;被测试者清洗手臂,在测量前静坐30min,测试过程中避免剧烈运动和大量饮水。统计结果见图1、图2。
结果:由附图1可知,在使用3款保湿霜后,在半小时后,经皮水分的流失都明显减少,其中,实施例1制得的保湿霜在使用0.5h、1h、2h后经皮水分分别下降19.7%、24.33%、26.11%,明显高于空白对照组、对比例1、对比例2、;同样,在使用产品2小时后,使用实施例1保湿霜的经皮水分流失最少。因此,本发明提供制得的不添加乳化剂的保湿霜能够减少经皮水分流失,具有保湿作用。
由附图2可知,在使用产品半小时,每个保湿霜对角质层含水量都具有一定的提升作用,其中以实施例1制得的含有EC保湿霜效果最为明显;在使用0.5h、1h、2h、后的,其角质层含水量分别增加了 26.84%、28.42%、26.03%。结果表明本发明提供制得的不添加乳化剂的保湿霜能够通过提升在角质层含水量来实现肌肤保湿。
将实施例1、对比例1-2为基础配方随机复配其他保湿剂,选取的保湿剂为符合《已使用化妆品原料名称目录》2015年版,按照表4 所示复配配方。

稳定性实验验证

结果:由附图3可知,在复配其他保湿剂之后,经皮水分的减少快量迅速提升;半小时后,实施例2,对比例3,对比例4的经皮水分流失分别下降46.28%、50.35%、55.40%;2小时后,实施例2的效果最好。结果表明,本发明提供的不添加乳化剂保湿霜具有优异的保湿作用,同时能提高复配原料的活性能力。
由附图4可知,角质层含水量有明显的增加,其中复配EC的保湿霜角质层含水量增加明显,其中在半小时内增加最快,在使用0.5h、 1h、2h、后,其角质层含水量分别增加77.08%、82.40%、86.06%。结果表明,本发明提供的不添加乳化剂的保湿霜在提高角质层含水量上具有优异的能力。
上面以举例方式对本发明进行了说明,但本发明不限于上述具体实施例,凡基于本发明所做的任何改动或变型均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述不添加乳化剂的保湿霜包括如下质量百分比的组分:
A相:乙基纤维素0.1~1%、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯1~5%、生育酚乙酸酯0.01-1%;
B相:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷1~5%、碳酸二乙基己酯1~5%、异十二烷1~5%、氢化卵磷脂0.1~2%;
C相:去离子水60~80%、丙烯酸(酯)类聚合物0.1~1%、透明质酸钠0.01~0.5%、甘油1~10%、丙二醇1~10%、锁水磁石0.1~2%、β-葡聚糖0.01~1%、海藻糖0.1~3%、甘油葡糖苷0.1~3%、肌酸0.1~2%;D相:精氨酸0.1~2%;
E相:神经酰胺3 0.01~1%、神经酰胺6Ⅱ0.01~1%、神经酰胺1 0.01~1%、植物鞘氨醇0.01~1%、胆甾醇0.01~1%、月桂酰乳酸钠0.01~1%、卡波姆0.01~1%、黄原胶0.01~1%、山梨(糖)醇0.01~1%、皱波角叉菜(CHONDRUS CRISPUS)提取物0.01~1%、钩沙菜(HYPNEA MUSCIFORMIS)提取物0.01~1%、拟石花菜(GELLIDIELA ACEROSA)提取物0.01~1%、齿缘墨角藻(FUCUS SERRATUS)提取物、钝马尾藻(SARGASSUM MUTICUM)提取物;
F相:防腐剂0.05~3%、香精0.05~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按比例加入A相,即乙基纤维素、辛酸癸酸甘油三酯、生育酚乙酸酯混合水浴加热至80℃,搅拌均匀,溶透;
(2)按比例加入B相,即环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸二乙基己酯、异十二烷、氢化卵磷脂、混合均匀,并预热至65℃,待A相温度降至65℃,将B相加入A相,形成均一油相;
(3)按比例加入C相,即按比例将B相U20卡波(丙烯酸酯类聚合物)及透明质酸钠加入甘油与丙二醇的混合液中,搅拌使其分散均匀,然后加入锁水磁石、β-葡聚糖、海藻糖、甘油葡糖苷、肌酸和去离子水,80℃水浴加热搅拌15min,形成均一水相,水浴加热至65摄氏度,搅拌均匀,并缓慢加入A+B相,适当均质;
(4)待温度降至50摄氏度,加入预配好的D相(精氨酸溶液)调节PH=6.0-6.5;
(5)按比例加入E相,搅拌均匀;
(6)按比例加入F相(适量防腐剂和香精),搅拌均匀。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为尼泊金甲酯、苯甲酸钠、苯扎氯铵、DMDMH(二羟基二甲基乙内酰脲)、重氮咪唑烷基脲中的一中或者一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种不添加乳化剂的保湿霜及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述香精包括化妆品规范中准许使用的香精。
