Abstract
本发明公开了一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、对特定对象的耳廓进行三维测量并建立耳廓三维数字模型;S2、三维打印出个性化的耳廓模型;S3、在耳廓模型上设置一层导电材料制备而成的导电耳罩;S4、在导电耳罩上植入与外部电灸控制装置相连的导线;S5、待导电材料固化后在合适位置割开取下导电耳罩;S6、采用上述带导线的导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,与控制器和工作电极组成回路,即得“全域耳穴电灸电极”。本发明通过三维打印出个性化的耳廓模型后,再生成具备导电特性的个性化的导电耳罩,覆盖整个耳廓,从而实现了全域自动寻穴,提升耳穴治疗的效果,使用时可以减少耳穴专家介入而降低费用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法及应用。
背景技术
耳穴就是分布于耳廓上的腧穴,也叫反应点、刺激点。当人体内脏或躯体有病时,往往会在耳廓的一定部位出现局部反应,如压痛、结节、变色、导电性能等。利用这一现象可以作为诊断疾病的参考,或刺激这些反应点(耳穴)来防治疾病。中医耳穴在保健治疗方面的作用被越来越多的人认可,但人的耳廓上穴位非常密集(国家标准耳穴有91个),特别是每个人的耳廓结构和形状又互不相同,精准取穴只能依赖有经验的中医耳穴专家。现有的耳罩式耳穴保健治疗装置的耳穴定位仍为通用的耳穴模,取穴误差较大,且多为手动金属针或电控凸点震动按压刺激的方式,无法同时对一组多个穴位进行刺激,更无法对全部耳穴进行刺激,使用不方便且效果不如预期。
针对以上问题,需要解决:如何确保取穴准确;如何实现覆盖全部耳穴的自动寻穴、提升耳穴治疗的效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中笔式装置手动寻穴或耳罩式耳穴保健治疗装置无法同时对全部耳穴进行自动寻穴刺激、使用不方便的缺陷,提供一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法及应用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对特定对象的耳廓进行三维测量并建立耳廓三维数字模型;所述的耳廓三维测量装置可以是任何一种方便获得耳廓三维数据的仪器设备,如光学扫描设备、激光扫描仪和3D相机等。
S2、三维打印出个性化的耳廓模型;三维打印时可以是任意一种可将三维数字模型转化为三维实物模型的技术和设备。
S3、在耳廓模型上设置一层导电材料制备而成的导电耳罩;在耳廓模型上浇涂导电材料,或将耳廓模型浸泡在导电材料中,使耳廓模型上生成一层有一定厚度导电材料的导电耳罩;
S4、在导电耳罩上植入与外部电灸控制装置相连的导电导线;
S5、待导电材料在耳廓模型上固化后,在合适位置割开并取下导电耳罩;
S6、采用上述导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,与控制器和工作电极组成回路,即得。
基于中医穴位阳性点电阻较低的理论,采用上述带导线的导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,结合人体腕部或身体工作电极或同一特定对象的另一只导电耳罩形成成回路,与电灸控制器连接,即可用于对特定对象进行全域耳穴自动寻穴电灸治疗。工作电极可以是特定对象的另一个耳廓的耳穴电灸电极或粘贴在其身体上的另外一个导电电极。
进一步的所述的电极材料为无毒无害的胶状或膏状、单组分或多组分的导电材料,采用浇注、涂覆、浸泡等方式将导电材料附着在耳廓模型上,生成有一定厚度的贴合耳廓的导电胶材质的完整的导电耳罩;优先的导电材料为导电硅胶。
进一步的,S4中在导电硅胶固化前植入导电导线,使导线与导电硅胶耳罩主体良好连接并固定;
进一步的,S4中在导电硅胶的固化为常温固化或加热固化。固化后的带导线的导电耳罩即耳穴电灸主体,具有一定的弹性而方便从耳廓模型中取出。
所得的全域耳穴电灸电极可用于准确覆盖耳廓上的全部穴位,对全部穴位进行全域、并行的自动寻穴治疗。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明通过对特定对象耳廓进行三维扫描、三维打印出个性化的耳罩轮廓后,基于特定对象个性化的耳廓模型制作个性化的导电耳罩,在导电耳罩的合适位置又设置导电导线,从而实现了对特定对象的耳穴的全域自动寻穴,与目前市场上的金属笔手动找到穴位或者局部的耳塞式寻找穴位相比,本发明结合中医穴位阳性点电阻较低的理,可以同时覆盖全部耳穴并自动寻穴。通过本发明的制备方法,可以为特定对象定制精确取穴的全域耳穴电灸电极,提升耳穴治疗的效果,使用时可以减少耳穴专家介入而降低费用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对特定对象的耳廓采用激光扫描仪进行三维测量并建立耳廓三维数字模型;
S2、三维打印出个性化的耳廓模型;
S3、在耳廓模型上浇涂导电硅胶,使耳廓模型上生成一层有一定厚度(通常2毫米左右,耳道位置可以适当加厚)的导电耳罩;
S4、在导电耳罩上植入与外部物联网穴位电灸控制装置如“云上PMT”控制器相连的导线;
S5、待导电材料固化后在合适位置(一般从耳垂位置沿耳廓最边缘割开约三分之二)割开取下导电耳罩;
S6、采用上述导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,与控制器和工作电极组成回路,即得。工作电极是粘贴或绑在人体腕部或身体上的医用电极,也可以是戴在所述同一特定对象耳朵上的另一只导电耳罩。
基于中医穴位阳性点电阻较低的理论,采用上述带导线的导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,结合人体腕部或身体工作电极或同一特定对象的另一只导电耳罩形成成回路,与电灸控制器连接,即可用于对特定对象进行全域耳穴自动寻穴电灸治疗。
最后应说明的是:以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、对特定对象的耳廓进行三维测量并建立耳廓三维数字模型;
S2、三维打印出个性化的耳廓模型;
S3、在耳廓模型上设置一层导电材料制备而成的导电耳罩;
导电耳罩的制备方法为在耳廓模型上浇涂导电材料,或将耳廓模 型浸泡在导电材料中,使耳廓模型上生成一层有一定厚度导电材料的导电耳罩,导电材料为导电硅胶;
S4、在导电耳罩上植入与外部电灸控制装置相连的导电导线;
S5、待导电材料在耳廓模型上固化后,在合适位置割开并取下导电耳罩;
S6、采用上述导电耳罩作为耳穴电灸电极,与控制器和工作电极组成回路,即得;
工作电极是特定对象的另一个耳廓的耳穴电灸电极或粘贴在其身体上的另外一个导电电极。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,其特征在于,耳廓三维测量装置为光学扫描设备或 3D 相机。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,其特征 在于,S4 中在导电硅胶固化前植入导电导线,使导线与导电耳罩主体良好连接并固定。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的全域耳穴电灸电极的制备方法,其特征在 于,S4 中在导电硅胶的固化为常温固化或加热固化。
