一种测距装置统及移动平台，该测距装置包括：用于发射光脉冲序列的发射器(203)；用于对该发射器(203)进行加热或制冷的控温装置(224)；用于采集该发射器(203)的温度数据的温度采集模块(221)；控制模块(223)用于将该温度数据与目标温度进行比较，以控制该控温装置(224)进行加热或制冷；基板(220)包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，其中，该发射器(203)和该温度采集模块(221)设置在该基板(220)的第一表面上；电路板(222)包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面，其中，该基板(220)的第二表面贴装于该电路板(222)的第一表面。该测距装置有效监控发射器(203)的温度情况，通过控温装置(224)加热或制冷实现温度范围的精确控制。
