A railway traffic signal control box, comprising a control box (2); the device is characterized in that a wireless transmitter (6) is arranged on one side of the control box (2); a sealing door structure (3) is arranged on the control box (2); an electronic lock (5) is arranged between the sealing door structure (3) and the control box (2); a base (4) is installed at the bottom end of the control box (2); a controller (9) is arranged in the control box (2); a heat conduction mechanism is arranged on the controller (9); a heat dissipation mechanism is arranged in the control box (2) corresponding to the heat conduction mechanism; the control box (2) is provided with a ventilation mechanism; the sealing door structure (3) comprises a sealing door (7) and a mounting plate (8); a sealing rubber gasket is sleeved at the joint of the sealing door (7) and the control box (2); the sealing door (7) is connected with the mounting plate (8) through a hinge; a fixed block (20) is arranged on one side, away from the sealing door (7), of the mounting plate (8); two fixing blocks (20) are symmetrically arranged relative to the mounting plate (8); a groove is formed in one end, far away from the mounting plate (8), of the fixed block (20); a fixing frame (21) is arranged in the control box (2) corresponding to the fixing block (20); the fixed frame (21) is provided with an adjusting mechanism (24); the adjustment mechanism (24) comprises a drive case; a first servo motor is arranged in the driving box; the first servo motor is connected with the first gear through a coupler; the first gear is meshed with the second gear; the second gear is meshed with the third gear; a ball nut is fixedly arranged at the geometric center of the third gear; a lead screw is arranged on the ball nut; one end of the screw rod extends into the groove and is connected with the inner wall of the groove through a rolling bearing; a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the fixing block (20); a locking device (22) is arranged on the control box (2) corresponding to the positioning hole; the bottom end of the fixed block (20) is provided with a sliding block; a limiting rail is arranged on the fixed frame (21) corresponding to the sliding block; a limiter (23) is arranged on one side of the mounting plate (8) far away from the sealing door (7); the stopper (23) comprises a connecting rod; the connecting rod is provided with a pressure spring; a buffer cushion is arranged at one end of the pressure spring, which is far away from the connecting rod; a clamping groove is formed in the fixing frame (21) corresponding to the limiting stopper (23); a pressure sensor is arranged in the clamping groove corresponding to the buffer pad; the lock (22) comprises a solenoid box; an electromagnet is arranged inside the electromagnetic box; the electromagnet is connected with the iron sheet through a pressure spring; one end of the iron sheet, which is far away from the electromagnet, is provided with a limiting rod; the electromagnetic box is internally provided with a guide rail corresponding to the limiting rod.

The railway traffic signal control box of claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a first oil tank (15), a second oil tank (12), a semiconductor refrigerator (14) and a third oil tank (13); the semiconductor refrigerator (14) comprises a cold end and a hot end; the cold end of the semiconductor refrigerator (14) extends into the third oil tank (13); the first oil tank (15) is communicated with the second oil tank (12) through a first pipe; the second oil tank (12) is communicated with the third oil tank (13) through a second pipe; and the third oil tank (13) is communicated with the first oil tank (15) through a third pipe.

The railway traffic signal control box of claim 1, wherein the heat conducting mechanism comprises a heat sink (10); the radiator (10) is attached to a heat generating component of the controller (9); the radiator (10) is a radiating copper pipe; the radiator (10) is connected with one end of the heat conducting rod (11); the other end of the heat conducting rod (11) extends into the second oil tank (12); the heat conducting rod (11) is sleeved with a heat insulation asbestos sleeve.

A railway traffic signal control box according to claim 1, characterized in that said air exchange means comprises a wind box and a dust box (19); a fan (18) is arranged inside the air box; the fan (18) comprises a second servo motor; the second servo motor is connected with a gear through a coupler; the gear is connected with the helical blade through a coupler; a filter (17) is arranged on the air box corresponding to the fan (18); the filter (17) is sequentially divided into a metal filter screen layer, a cotton filter layer, an activated carbon layer, a cotton filter layer and a metal filter screen layer; the metal filter screen is a hepa-level filter screen; the dust removal box (19) is arranged on the inner wall of the control box (2) corresponding to the air box; one side of the dust removing box (19) far away from the air box is communicated with the air exchange hood through an air pipe; the air exchange hood is arranged on the semiconductor refrigerator (14); and an electrostatic dust collection plate is arranged in the dust collection box (19).

The railway traffic signal control box according to claim 1, characterized in that the top end of the control box (2) is provided with a solar photovoltaic power generation panel (1); the control box (2) is internally provided with a storage battery corresponding to the solar photovoltaic power generation panel (1).

The railway traffic signal control box according to claim 4, wherein the filter cotton nets on the filter (17) are all provided with a humidity sensor; a heat conduction copper net is arranged on the filter cotton layer; the heat conduction copper mesh is connected with a heater (16) through a heat conduction rod; the heater (16) is a carbon fiber tube heater; the heater (16) is arranged in the control box (2).
