A communication unit building visual intercom device comprises an outdoor unit (2) at a doorway and an indoor unit; the outdoor unit is characterized in that an infrared sensor (3), a display screen (4) and a control button (5) are arranged on the outdoor unit (2) at the doorway; a monitoring camera (1) is arranged at the top of the outdoor machine (2) at the doorway; the bottom of the outdoor machine (2) at the doorway is provided with a height adjusting mechanism corresponding to the monitoring camera (1); the indoor unit is provided with a display screen and an operation panel; a PCB (printed circuit board) (16) is arranged inside the outdoor unit (2) of the doorway; a heat dissipation mechanism is arranged on the outdoor unit (2) corresponding to the PCB (16); an intelligent visual module and a remote control module are arranged on the outdoor machine (2) at the doorway; the height adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting pipe (6); the adjusting pipe (6) is a telescopic pipe; the top end of the adjusting pipe (6) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the outdoor machine (2) at the doorway; the bottom end of the adjusting pipe (6) is fixedly connected with the top end of the fixed box (7); a threaded rod is arranged inside the adjusting pipe (6); the top end of the threaded rod is fixedly connected with the top end of the interior of the adjusting pipe (6) through a rolling bearing; the bottom end of the threaded rod extends into the fixed box (7); the threaded rod is connected with a fixed nut through threads; the fixed nut is fixedly arranged at the center of the side gear (10); the side gear (10) is meshed with the main gear (9); the two side gears (10) are symmetrically arranged around the main gear (9); the center of the main gear (9) is fixedly connected with one end of the rotating shaft; the other end of the rotating shaft is connected with a micro servo motor (8) through a coupler; the miniature servo motor (8) is fixedly arranged at the top end of the inside of the fixed box (7).

The visual intercom device of a communication unit building as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limit slider is provided on a back surface of said outdoor doorway unit (2); the limiting sliding block is connected with a limiting sliding rail in a sliding manner; the limiting slide rail is arranged on the outer wall.

The communication-use unitary visual intercom device of claim 1, wherein said heat dissipating means comprises a third cooling reservoir (18); the back surface of the third cooling oil tank (18) is connected with a copper plate through a copper bar; the copper plate is in contact connection with the central processing unit through heat-conducting silicone grease; the side surface of the third cooling oil tank (18) is communicated with the first cooling oil tank (11) through a first cooling oil pipe (15); the side surface of the third cooling oil tank (18) is communicated with the second cooling oil tank (20) through a third cooling oil pipe; a semiconductor refrigerator (21) is arranged on the second cooling oil tank (20); the second cooling oil tank (20) is communicated with the first cooling oil tank (11) through a second cooling oil pipe (14); a micro oil pump is arranged on the second cooling oil pipe (14); the first cooling oil tank (11) and the second cooling oil tank (20) are fixedly arranged on one side of the interior of the outdoor unit (2) at the doorway; and a temperature sensor (12) and a dust degree sensor (13) are arranged inside the outdoor unit (2) at the doorway.

The communication-use unitary visual intercom device of claim 3, wherein said semiconductor refrigerator (21) comprises a cold end and a hot end; the cold end extends into the second cooling oil tank (20); an air box is arranged below the hot end; a filter cover is arranged on the air box; a double-sided conical tube (22) is arranged inside the air box; the double-sided conical tube (22) is sequentially provided with a first hollow round table, a middle cylinder and a second hollow round table from top to bottom; a fan (23) is arranged below the second hollow round platform; a ventilation cover is arranged at the bottom of the outdoor machine (2) corresponding to the fan (23); the middle cylinder is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the side surface of the middle cylinder is communicated with one end of a dust suction pipe (19); the other end of the dust suction pipe (19) is communicated with a dust suction cover (17); the dust hood (17) is arranged corresponding to the PCB (16); an electrostatic dust collection plate is arranged in the dust collection cover (17); the dust collection pipe (19) is provided with an electromagnetic valve.

The visual intercom device of a communication unit building as claimed in claim 1, wherein said intelligent visual module comprises a central processor, a memory, an operator, a surveillance camera (1) and a memory card installer (24); the memory card installer (24) is provided with a memory card; the central processor, the memory and the arithmetic unit are all arranged on a PCB (16); the memory comprises a hard disk; a face recognition system is arranged on the hard disk; the central processor is connected with the infrared sensor (3) in a control way; the infrared sensor (3) is in control connection with a face recognition system; the face recognition system controls the connection height adjusting mechanism.

The communication-use cell-tower visual intercom device of claim 1, wherein said remote control module comprises a wireless module; the wireless module is arranged on the indoor unit; the wireless module is electrically connected with the central processing unit; the central processor controls the remote wireless control app; the remote wireless control app is installed inside the hard disk; the remote wireless control app is connected with a cloud terminal through a wireless network; the cloud is connected with the mobile phone app through a network; and a remote camera shooting viewing module is arranged on the mobile phone app.
7. The visual intercom device of a unit building for communication according to claim 5, wherein said central processing unit is electrically connected to a cabinet door electronic lock and a door lock.
8. The visual intercom device of a communication unit building as claimed in claim 1, wherein said outdoor doorway unit (2) is provided with a pressure sensor; the pressure sensor is electrically connected with the alarm; and an infrared beam sensor is arranged on the indoor unit.
