The embodiment of the application discloses display module assembly and electronic equipment, wherein, this display module assembly includes: a display area, comprising: a plurality of pixel units including a plurality of pixels, each of the pixels including a first light emitting element; a plurality of light emitting sub-units including a second light emitting element for emitting near infrared light; the light-emitting sub-unit corresponds to the pixel unit; the signal detection module is used for processing the received near infrared light to form detection current when receiving the near infrared light reflected by the object to be detected; and the texture recognition module is used for processing the detection current so as to acquire biological texture information of the object to be detected. Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display module and electronic equipment.
Background
At present, biological safety identification technology is being applied to more and more fields, such as mobile equipment, gate security inspection, card punches, safe lock of a vault and the like, wherein the point with the highest safety factor and better experience is a biological texture identification system, and the biological texture is taken as a palm vein case, so that the palm vein identification has the high-performance characteristics of simulation forgery prevention, no limitation to environmental light, no requirement on palm cleanliness and the like.
The palm is required to be irradiated by near infrared light in the conventional palm vein recognition system, hemoglobin of red blood cells can absorb a large amount of near infrared light, and then the near infrared light is subjected to image acquisition and processing by an image sensor and then is transmitted to a recognition processing system so as to recognize the palm veins.
However, the conventional biometric texture recognition system has a complicated structure, and thus cannot be applied to a display module.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a display module and electronic equipment, which can simplify the structure of a biological texture recognition system and can be applied to the display module.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a display module according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the display module 100 of the present embodiment includes: a display area 101, a signal detection module 30 and a texture recognition module 40.
The display area 101 includes a plurality of pixel units 10 and a plurality of light emitting sub-units 20.
The pixel unit 10 includes a plurality of pixels 11, each of the pixels 11 including a first light emitting element 111; the first light emitting element 111 may be one of a light emitting diode, a micro light emitting diode, and a light emitting chip.
The light emitting subunit 20 comprises a second light emitting element 21, and the second light emitting element 21 is used for emitting near infrared light; the light emitting sub-unit 20 corresponds to the pixel unit 10; in a preferred embodiment, the light emitting sub-units 20 correspond to the pixel units 10 one to one. In other embodiments, a plurality of light-emitting sub-units 20 correspond to a pixel unit 10, and the correspondence relationship between the light-emitting sub-units 20 and the pixel unit 10 is not limited thereto. In an embodiment, the second light emitting element 21 may include one of a light emitting diode and a light emitting chip. In a preferred embodiment, in order to reduce the area of the display module, the area of the light emitting sub-unit 20 is smaller than the area of the pixel 11. Preferably, the area of the light emitting sub-unit 20 is less than or equal to one half of the area of the pixel 11.
The signal detection module 30 is configured to, when receiving near-infrared light reflected by an object to be detected, process the received near-infrared light to form a detection current; wherein the object to be detected is for example a palm of a hand.
The texture recognition module 40 is configured to process the detection current to obtain biological texture information of the object to be detected. In an embodiment, the bio-texture information may include at least one of palm vein information and palm print information. Of course, the bio-texture information is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 2, the display region further includes a control line G1 and a signal output line D1;
the signal detection module 30 includes a photodiode PD, a driving transistor T1, and a capacitor C1;
a first end of the photodiode PD and one end of the capacitor C1 are both connected with a reference voltage V1; the reference voltage V1 ranges from 0 to 5V. The second end of the photodiode PD and the other end of the capacitor C1 are both connected to the source of the driving transistor T1, the drain of the driving transistor T1 is connected to the signal output line D1, and the gate of the driving transistor T1 is connected to the control line G1; the signal output line D1 is connected to the texture recognition module 40. In one embodiment, the first end is, for example, an anode and the second end is, for example, a cathode.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the display area 101 further includes a plurality of scan lines G2 and a plurality of data lines D2;
with reference to fig. 1, the light emitting subunit 20 further includes a light emitting driving module 22, where the light emitting driving module 22 is configured to drive the second light emitting element 21 to emit light;
the pixel 11 further includes: the pixel driving module 112, the pixel driving module 112 is configured to drive the first light emitting element 111 to emit light;
as shown in fig. 3, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 and the pixel driving modules 112 of the pixels 11 in the same row correspond to the scanning line G2, that is, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 and the pixel driving modules 112 and the scanning line G2 of the pixels 11 in the same row are all connected to the same scanning line G2, in other words, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 and the pixel driving modules 112 of the pixels 11 in the same row share the same scanning line G2. In one embodiment, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 in the same column correspond to the data line D2; and the pixel driving modules 112 of the pixels 11 in the same column also correspond to the data line D2. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the light-emitting driving module 22 of the light-emitting sub-unit 20 and the pixel driving module 112 of the pixel 11 in the same column correspond to the data line D2. That is, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 in the same column and the pixel driving modules 112 of the pixels 11 are connected to the same data line D2, in other words, the light-emitting driving modules 22 of the light-emitting sub-units 20 in the same column and the pixel driving modules 112 of the pixels 11 share the data line D2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, each of the light emitting driving modules 22 includes a first transistor T2 and a second transistor T3, wherein a gate of the first transistor T2 is connected to the scan line G2, a source of the first transistor T2 is connected to the data line D2, a gate of the second transistor T3 is connected to a drain of the first transistor T2, a source of the second transistor T3 is connected to the second power line 44, a drain of the second transistor T3 is connected to the second terminal of the second light emitting device 21, and a first terminal of the second light emitting device 21 is connected to the first power line 43. The first power line 43 is used for inputting a first power voltage, and the second power line 44 is used for inputting a second power voltage, the first power voltage being greater than the second power voltage. The first end is, for example, an anode and the second end is, for example, a cathode.
It is understood that the structure of the pixel driving module 112 is similar to that described above, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
It is to be understood that fig. 1 to 5 are only given as examples and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device 200 may include a display module 100, a control circuit 60, and a housing 70. It should be noted that the electronic device 200 shown in fig. 6 is not limited to the above, and may further include other devices, such as a camera, an antenna structure, a thread unlocking module, and the like.
The display module 100 is disposed on the housing 70.
In some embodiments, the display module 100 may be fixed to the housing 70, and the display module 100 and the housing 70 form a closed space to accommodate the control circuit 60 and other devices.
In some embodiments, the housing 70 may be made of a flexible material, such as a plastic housing or a silicone housing.
The control circuit 60 is installed in the housing 70, the control circuit 60 may be a motherboard of the electronic device 200, and one, two or more functional components of a battery, an antenna structure, a microphone, a speaker, an earphone interface, a universal serial bus interface, a camera, a distance sensor, an ambient light sensor, a receiver, a processor, and the like may be integrated on the control circuit 60.
The display module 100 is mounted in the housing 70, and the display module 100 is electrically connected to the control circuit 60. The display module 100 may include a display area and a non-display area. The display area may be used to display a screen of the electronic device 200 or provide a user with touch control. The non-display area may be used to set various functional components.
The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer monitor, a game machine, a television, a display screen, a wearable device, and other life appliances or household appliances with display functions.

a plurality of light emitting sub-units including a second light emitting element for emitting near infrared light; the light-emitting sub-unit corresponds to the pixel unit;
the signal detection module is used for processing the received near infrared light to form detection current when receiving the near infrared light reflected by the object to be detected;
and the texture recognition module is used for processing the detection current so as to acquire biological texture information of the object to be detected.
2. The display module of claim 1, wherein the display area further comprises control lines and signal output lines;
the signal detection module comprises a photodiode, a driving transistor and a capacitor;
a first end of the photodiode and one end of the capacitor are both connected with a reference voltage;
the second end of the photodiode and the other end of the capacitor are both connected with the source electrode of the driving transistor, the drain electrode of the driving transistor is connected with the signal output line, and the grid electrode of the driving transistor is connected with the control line; the signal output line is connected with the texture recognition module.
