Referring to fig. 1, the water absorbing member 5 includes a water absorbing pipe 51 slidably mounted on the outer side of the inner drain pipe 3, two water absorbing discs 52 arranged along the axial direction of the water absorbing pipe 51 at intervals and respectively corresponding to the first supporting cone part 221 and the second supporting cone part 223, and an upper end cap 53 for sealing and covering the top opening of the supporting outer pipe 2.
When the water absorbing member 5 is mounted in the impervious cavity 24, the bottom of the water absorbing pipe 51 abuts against the top surface of the lower end cap 4, and the upper end cap 53 covers the upper end opening of the supporting outer pipe.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the upper cap 53 has an upper protrusion 531 extending into the support outer tube 2. The upper protrusion 531 is circumferentially provided with a first seal groove 532, and a first seal ring 533 is installed in the seal groove. Wherein, the top of the supporting outer tube 2 is opened with an outer tube threaded hole 25, and the upper end cap 53 has an upper cap through hole 536 disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the outer tube threaded hole 25, so that the upper end cap 53 can be fixed on the top of the supporting outer tube 2 by bolts.
The upper end cover 53 further has an upper through hole 536 through which the inner drain pipe 3 passes, and the upper end cover 53 is provided with a second seal groove 534 in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the upper through hole 536, and a second seal ring 535 fitted to the inner drain pipe 3 is installed in the second seal groove 534.
Referring to fig. 1, the top surface of the suction disc 52 is parallel to the first supporting inner tapered surface 2212 or the second supporting inner tapered surface 2232. Six water suction grooves 521 are circumferentially and uniformly arranged on the top surface of each water suction disc 52 at intervals, and the notches of the water suction grooves 521 are arranged towards the first water seepage port 2211/the second water seepage port 2231. Wherein, the water absorption tank 521 is provided with a water absorption filler 54. In the present embodiment, the water absorbent filler 54 is a water absorbent resin powder. The water absorbent filler 54 may be other water absorbent materials such as activated carbon powder.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the outer support pipe 2 is provided with external threads at the outer side of the lower mounting portion and a template member 6 is detachably mounted at the lower mounting portion. The template member 6 has template threaded holes 61 that mate with the external threads. The formwork member 6 includes a left formwork 62 and a right formwork 63 which are spliced with each other. The left template 62 has template insert 621, the right template 63 has template slot 631 into which the template insert 621 is inserted, and the template insert 621 is fixed in the template slot 631 by screws.
The top surface of the template part 6 is paved with a layer of spacing block, and the spacing block is provided with a contraction hole for the drainage pipeline to pass through. The spacing block is provided with an elastic contraction ring at the contraction hole. In this embodiment, a plastic film is used as the separator.
Referring to fig. 1, the filling portion sequentially includes, from bottom to top, a first dense filling layer 71, a transitional filling layer 72, a first sealant layer 73, a first waterproof coating 74, a second dense filling layer 75, and a second sealant layer 76.
The bottom surface of the first dense filling layer 71 is at the same height as the bottom surface of the concrete floor slab 1, and the top surface of the first dense filling layer 71 is at the same height as the top of the first support cone portion 221. The transition filling layer 72 is laid on the top surface of the first dense filling layer 71, and the height of the top surface of the transition filling layer 72 is lower than the height of the top of the transition frustum portion 222. The first sealant layer 73 is disposed on the top surface of the transition filling layer 72, and the first sealant layer 73 has a sealing portion 731 extending into the transition groove 2221, and the top surface of the first sealant layer 73 is higher than the top of the transition frustum portion 222. The first waterproof coating 74 is provided on the top surface of the first sealant layer 73. A second solid filled layer 75 is disposed on top of the first waterproof coating 74. The height of the top surface of the second seal filling layer is lower than the height of the top of the second support frustum portion 223. A second sealant layer 76 is applied to the top surface of the second solid fill portion. The top surface of the second sealant layer 76 is at the same height as the top surface of the concrete floor panel 1.
In order to improve the anti-leakage effect of the anti-leakage structure of the whole reserved hole in the kitchen and toilet, a second waterproof coating 77 is laid on the top surfaces of the concrete floor plate 1 and the filling part, and a cement mortar leveling layer 78 is further laid on the top surface of the second waterproof coating 77.
Referring to fig. 1, 5, 6 and 7, a construction method of an anti-seepage structure for a reserved hole of a kitchen and toilet room is used for constructing the anti-seepage structure for the reserved hole of the kitchen and toilet room, which requires a prefabricated mold 81 for forming the reserved hole 11, an outer pipe support 82 for fixedly supporting an outer pipe 2 in the reserved hole 11, and a filling air bag 83 for preventing concrete from entering an inner cavity of the supporting outer pipe 2 through a first water seepage port 2211 and a second water seepage port 2231.
Referring to fig. 5, the prefabricated mold 81 includes a molding section 811 and a pulling-out section 812 in this order from bottom to top. Wherein, the forming section 811 is in the shape of an inverted circular truncated cone which is consistent with the shape of the reserved hole 11. The prefabricated mold 81 is provided with an extraction flange 813 on the top surface of the extraction section 812 for being clamped by a jig so as to extract the prefabricated mold 81 from the concrete floor panel 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the outer tube support 82 includes a support bracket 821 and a mounting inner ring 822. Wherein, the mounting inner ring 822 has mounting through holes 8221 corresponding to the outer tube screw holes 25 at the top of the support outer tube 2 one by one, so that the mounting inner ring 822 can be fixed at the top of the support outer tube 2 by bolts. After the supporting outer tube 2 is mounted on the mounting inner ring 822 of the outer tube support 82, the supporting outer tube 2 is allowed to be placed in the reserved hole 11 without being detached from the reserved hole 11. The mounting bracket 821 includes a mounting outer ring 8211, a mounting leg 8212 disposed on the mounting outer ring 8211 and supported on the ground, and a support rod 8213 connecting between the mounting outer ring 8211 and the mounting inner ring 822.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the inflation bladder 83 has an inflation nipple 831, a first inflation section 832 engaged with the first support frustum 221, a second inflation section 833 engaged with the transition frustum 222, and a third inflation section 833 engaged with the second support frustum 223. When the inflation balloon 83 is mounted to the support outer tube 2 and the inflation is completed, the first inflation portion 832 is attached to the inner wall of the first support frustum portion 221, the second inflation portion 833 is attached to the inner wall of the transition frustum portion 222, and the third inflation portion 833 is attached to the inner wall of the second support frustum portion 223.
The construction method of the anti-seepage structure for the reserved hole in the kitchen and toilet comprises the following steps:
s1, installing and fixing the prefabricated mold 81 on the mold of the concrete floor plate 1, and integrally casting the concrete floor plate 1;
s2, detaching the prefabricated mould 81 from the concrete floor plate 1 to form a reserved hole 11, and finishing the inner surface of the reserved hole 11;
s3, fixing the supporting outer pipe 2 in the reserved hole 11 by using the outer pipe supporting piece 82, paving a layer of spacer on the top surface of the template piece 6, and covering the lower end opening of the reserved hole 11 by using the template piece 6; installing the filling balloon 83 into the inner cavity of the support outer tube 2, and inflating the filling balloon 83 such that the first inflated portion 832 is attached to the inner wall of the first support frustum portion 221, the second inflated portion 833 is attached to the inner wall of the transition frustum portion 222, and the third inflated portion 833 is attached to the inner wall of the second support frustum portion 223;
s4, pouring the first dense filling layer 71 by using concrete, enabling the height of the top surface of the first dense filling layer 71 to be consistent with that of the top of the first supporting frustum part 221, and compacting the first dense filling layer 71;
s5, after the first compact filling layer 71 is solidified, pouring the transition filling layer 72 by using concrete, wherein the top height of the transition filling layer 72 is lower than the top height of the transition frustum part 222, and compacting the transition filling layer 72;
s6, after the transitional filling layer 72 is solidified, filling a first sealant layer 73 on the top surface of the transitional filling layer 72, wherein the top surface of the first sealant layer 73 is higher than the top height of the transitional frustum portion 222;
s7, after the first sealant layer 73 is solidified, smearing a first waterproof coating 74 on the top surface of the first sealant layer 73;
s8, after the first waterproof coating 74 is solidified, pouring a second dense filling layer 75 with concrete, the height of the top surface of the second dense filling layer 75 being lower than the height of the top of the uppermost supporting frustum portion in the supporting outer tube 2, and compacting the second dense filling layer 75;
s9, after the second dense filling layer 75 is solidified, filling a second sealant layer 76 on the top surface of the second dense filling layer 75, wherein the top surface of the second sealant layer 76 is flush with the top surface of the concrete floor slab 1;
s10, after the second sealant layer 76 is solidified, brushing a second waterproof coating 77 on the top surface of the second sealant layer 76 and the top surface of the concrete floor slab 1;
s11, after the second waterproof coating 77 is dried, paving a cement mortar leveling layer 78;
s12, after the cement mortar leveling layer 78 is solidified, taking the outer pipe supporting piece 82 down from the supporting outer pipe 2, deflating the filling air bag 83, taking the filling air bag 83 down from the supporting outer pipe 2, and installing the drainage inner pipe 3 and the water absorbing piece 5 into the supporting outer pipe 2;
s13, after the left template 62 and the right template 63 of the template piece 6 are separated, the template piece 6 is taken down from the supporting outer tube 2, and the spacing pieces are torn off from the bottom surface of the first dense filling layer 71;
s14, finishing the bottom surface of the first solid filled layer 71 so that the bottom surface of the first solid filled layer 71 is flush with the bottom surface of the concrete floor slab 1.

s7, after the first sealing adhesive layer (73) is solidified, coating a first waterproof coating (74) on the top surface of the first sealing adhesive layer (73);
s8, after the first waterproof coating (74) is solidified, pouring a second compact filling layer (75) by using concrete, wherein the height of the top surface of the second compact filling layer (75) is lower than that of the top of the uppermost supporting cone part in the supporting outer pipe (2), and compacting the second compact filling layer (75);
s9, after the second dense filling layer (75) is solidified, filling a second sealing adhesive layer (76) on the top surface of the second dense filling layer (75), wherein the top surface of the second sealing adhesive layer (76) is flush with the top surface of the concrete floor plate (1);
s10, after the second sealant layer (76) is solidified, brushing a second waterproof coating (77) on the top surface of the second sealant layer (76) and the top surface of the concrete floor plate (1);
s11, after the second waterproof coating (77) is dried, paving a cement mortar leveling layer (78);
s12, after the cement mortar leveling layer (78) is solidified, taking down the outer pipe supporting piece (82) from the supporting outer pipe (2), and installing the drainage inner pipe (3) and the water absorbing piece (5) into the supporting outer pipe (2);
s13, removing the template component (6) from the supporting outer pipe (2);
s14, finishing the bottom surface of the first dense filling layer (71) so that the bottom surface of the first dense filling layer (71) is flush with the bottom surface of the concrete floor slab (1).
