As shown in fig. 4, the embedded part 1 is embedded in the building main body 39 in advance, and the embedded part 1 includes an embedded plate 15, an anchoring rib 16, and a cover 17; the anchoring ribs 16 are fixed on the inner sides of the embedded plates 15; the cover 17 can be detached from the outside of the embedded plate 15, and the area of the inside of the cover 17 is not less than the area of the outside of the embedded plate 15. When the embedded part 1 is buried, the cover 17 is positioned and fixed in the building template 41; when the building panel is detached, the cover 17 is detached from the embedment plate 15. The embedded part 1 is embedded in advance when the building main body 39 is constructed, and the anchoring rib 16 of the embedded part 1 is fixedly connected with the rib cage of the building main body 39. And the outer side surface of the embedded plate 15 of the embedded part 1 is covered with the detachable cover cap 17, so that the outer side surface of the embedded plate 15 can be prevented from being covered by concrete in the construction process of the building main body 39, the outer side surface of the embedded plate 15 is kept clean, the embedded part 1 is tightly connected with the connecting piece 3, and the installation error of the upright post and the like caused by the influence of impurities are reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, the anchor rib 16 includes an anchor rib 18, a U-shaped rib 19, and a fastening nut 20; the inner ends of the anchor bars 18 are bent; two ends of the U-shaped rib 19 are connected through a fastening nut 20; when the two ends of the U-shaped rib 19 are fixed by the fastening nuts 20, the inner end of the U-shaped rib 19 is in a closed loop structure. The embedded part 1 can be clamped in a reinforcement cage of the building main body 39 through the bent anchor bars 18, and the U-shaped ribs 19 and the fastening nuts 20 are matched to form a closed loop structure, so that the inner side of the embedded part 1 can be fastened and connected to the reinforcement cage.
As shown in fig. 4, a T-shaped groove 21 with an outward opening is formed in the middle of the pre-buried plate 15; the inner side of the cover 17 is provided with an insert 22 matching the opening of the T-shaped groove 21. The embedded plate 15 is provided with a T-shaped groove 21, and the embedded part 1 and the connecting part 3 can be fixedly connected by adopting a T-shaped bolt, so that the offset adjustment in the installation process of the embedded plate and the upright post is facilitated. The embedded block 22 of the cover 17 can block the opening of the T-shaped groove 21 in the embedding process of the embedded part 1, so that impurities such as concrete and the like can be prevented from entering the T-shaped groove 21. The insert 22 also increases the thickness of the cover 17 to secure the cover 17 to the interior of the form with fasteners to ensure that the cover 17 is removed from the embedment plate 15. A plurality of anchoring ribs 16 are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the embedded plate 15; the outer end of at least one anchoring rib 16 penetrates through the inner wall of the T-shaped groove 21, and the outer end part of the anchoring rib 16 is fixed on the inner wall of the T-shaped groove 21. The outer ends of the anchoring ribs 16 of the embedded part 1 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the T-shaped groove 21, so that the anchoring ribs 16 and the embedded plate 15 are connected more stably.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 5, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the embedded plate 15 of the glass curtain wall of the present embodiment does not have a T-shaped groove. The outer side surface of the embedded plate 15 and the inner side surface of the ear block 14 are respectively provided with sawtooth grains 27 which are matched with each other; the connecting piece 3 and the embedded part 1 are fixedly connected by electric welding. The contact surfaces between the embedded part 1 and the connecting part 3 are respectively provided with the sawtooth grains 27, so that the contact area between the embedded part 1 and the connecting part 3 can be increased, and the embedded part and the connecting part can be conveniently positioned by spot welding and fixed by full welding.
Example 3
Based on embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 6, the invention discloses a construction method of a glass curtain wall, which comprises the steps of installing an S1 embedded part, installing S2 measuring and paying off, installing an S3 upright post, installing an S4 cross beam, installing an S5 fireproof layer, installing an S6 glass plate, sealing glue on an S7 curtain wall, cleaning and checking S8, completing and accepting S9 and the like. Each construction step is clear and definite, and construction precision is high at present, can better guarantee the holistic roughness of curtain, straightness, the leakproofness of hanging down. The construction method is formed by fixedly connecting the structures such as the upright posts 2, the cross beams 4, the connecting pieces 3 and the embedded pieces 1, and has high connection strength and strong deformation bearing capacity of products.
As shown in fig. 4, the embedded parts of S1 are installed, and when the building main body 39 is constructed, the cover 17 is fixed on the inner side of the building template at the corresponding position according to the design of the curtain wall drawing; then installing the embedded plate 15 on the inner side of the cover 17, and fixing the anchoring ribs 16 of the embedded part 1 to a rib cage of the building main body 39; when the building panel is detached, the cover 17 is subsequently removed, detached from the embedment plate 15.
As shown in fig. 1, S2 measures the setting line, and rechecks the overall deviation of the building body 39 based on the center line, horizontal line, incoming and outgoing line, and 500 line of the building body 39; dividing 7 the curtain wall according to a curtain wall drawing; a plurality of longitudinal supporting points are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal steel wires are laid on the adjacent longitudinal supporting points; a plurality of horizontal supporting points are arranged at equal intervals along the horizontal direction, horizontal steel wires are arranged, and adjacent horizontal steel wires are located at the same horizontal height.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the step of mounting the S3 upright, placing an upright datum line and a horizontal line according to the longitudinal steel wire of S1, establishing a datum plane, determining the mounting position of the upright 2, and mounting the upright 2 from bottom to top; firstly, fixing the connecting piece 3 at the end part of the upright post 2, and fixing the core sleeve 8 at the upper end of the upright post 2; then the connecting piece 3 is fixedly connected to the embedded plate 15; then the lower end of the upright post 2 positioned above is sleeved on the core sleeve 8 of the upright post 2 positioned below and is fixed by a fastener; an expansion joint 28 with design requirements is reserved at the joint of the upper and lower adjacent columns 2, and the expansion joint 28 is sealed by sealant; the cushion pad 9 is located in the expansion joint 28.
The connecting piece and the embedded part 1 are fixedly connected by a T-shaped bolt; the radial width of the T-shaped bolt is not more than the opening width of the T-shaped groove 21; the radial length of the T-bolt is greater than the width of the opening of the T-slot 21. The connecting piece 3 is connected with the embedded part 1 with the T-shaped groove 21 through a T-shaped bolt, so that the connecting piece 3 and the embedded part 1 can be connected preliminarily, and then the position of the stand column 2 is determined through measurement and calibration and then is fixedly connected. The head of the T-bolt is located in the T-slot 21 when mounted. After the connecting piece 3 and the embedded part 1 are fixedly connected through the T-shaped bolt, the embedded part can be welded and reinforced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the beam of S4 is installed, the leveling is performed by using a leveling instrument according to the horizontal steel wire of S1, the layer height error is measured, the installation position of the beam is determined, and the beam 4 is installed from bottom to top; firstly, fixing a vertical plate 23 of a cross beam corner connector 5 on the side wall of the upright post 2 at a determined position; then a shock-proof pad is padded on the transverse plate 24 of the cross beam corner connector 5; the beam 4 is sleeved between two adjacent vertical columns 2 in the transverse direction.
As shown in fig. 1, the fireproof layer of S5 is installed, and the cross beams 4 are correspondingly installed on the upper edge and the lower edge of the same floor slab 40; a fireproof plate 29 is arranged between the floor 40 and the adjacent cross beam 4, one side of the fireproof plate 29 is fixed on the building main body 39 by adopting a shooting nail, and the other end of the fireproof plate 29 is fixed on the cross beam 4 by a fastener; the space between the two beams 4 close to the floor 40 is densely filled with fireproof cotton 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the glass plate 6 is installed from top to bottom in S6; firstly, mounting adhesive tapes 12 at corresponding positions on the outer walls of the upright post 2 and the cross beam 4; installing a rubber filler strip 31 on the upper surface of the cross beam convex strip 11; then, placing the glass plate 6 in a correspondingly matched curtain wall cell 7, and inserting a rubber gasket strip 31 between the glass plate 6 and the beam convex strip 11 positioned on the upper surface; the length of the rubber packing strip 31 is not less than the length of the glass plate 6; clamping the glass on the upright post 2 and the cross beam 4 by using a pressing plate 32, wherein the pressing plate 32 is fixed on the outer side of the upright post convex strip 10 or the cross beam convex strip 11 by adopting a fastener; a buckle plate 33 is arranged outside the pressing plate 32 in a snap fit mode.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, in the curtain wall gluing process of S7, a thin plate 34 is firstly padded outside a gap between a glass plate 6 and a buckle plate 33, and the end part of the thin plate 34 is fixed by an adhesive tape; the middle of the thin plate 34 is provided with a strip hole 35 with the width larger than the gap, and the length of the strip hole 35 is not smaller than the distance between two adjacent vertical columns 2 of the glass plate 6 in the transverse direction; injecting a silicone weather-resistant sealant along the elongated holes 35 of the sheet 34 for caulking; finally the sheet 34 is detached.
As shown in fig. 8, the thin plate 34 includes two strips 36 and two end plates 37, the two end plates 37 are respectively located at the ends of the strips 36, and the two strips 36 and the two end plates 37 are connected to form a strip hole 35; the end plate 37 is provided with a folding line 38 connected with the long hole 35, and the end plate 37 is bent along the folding line 38; the lath 36 and the end plate 37 are hard plates. The thin plate 34 is a hard plate, and can be temporarily fixed at two ends of the caulking joint by using adhesive tapes and the like when in use, and then the curtain wall is subjected to a sealing glue treatment process. The strip plate 36 of the thin plate 34 and the end plate 37 are bendable, the end plate 37 is provided with a fold line 38, the height difference between the glass plate 6 and the buckle plate 33 can be met, and the glue sealing treatment is performed orderly. When the curtain wall is sealed and processed, the thin plates 34 are firstly used for being arranged at the two sides of the caulking joint in a cushioning mode, the phenomenon that the sealing glue overflows or adheres to other positions can be avoided, and the following cleaning work is reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 8, S8 is a cleaning inspection to clean stains on the glass plate 6 and the buckle plate 33.
As shown in fig. 1, the glass curtain wall was checked and accepted after S9, and water was poured from below to above to check and confirm the waterproof performance of the glass curtain wall.
Example 4
Based on the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7, the difference from the embodiment 3 is that in the step of installing the S3 upright post, the connecting piece 3 and the embedded piece 1 are fixed by welding in the construction method of the glass curtain wall disclosed in the present embodiment. When the stand column 2 is connected with the embedded part 1 through the connecting piece 3, the stand column can be fixed by spot welding, measurement and adjustment and then fixed by full welding, so that the connecting strength of the connecting piece 3 and the embedded part 1 is met.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A glass curtain wall comprises an embedded part (1), stand columns (2), connecting pieces (3), cross beams (4), cross beam corner connectors (5) and glass plates (6), wherein the stand columns (2) are fixed on the embedded part (1) through the connecting pieces (3), the stand columns (2) are fixedly connected with the cross beams (4) through the cross beam corner connectors (5), the stand columns (2) and the cross beams (4) divide the outer side of a building main body (39) into curtain wall cells (7), and the glass plates (6) are fixedly installed on the curtain wall cells (7); the method is characterized in that:
the embedded part (1) is embedded in a building main body (39) in advance, and the embedded part (1) comprises an embedded plate (15), an anchoring rib (16) and a cover cap (17); the anchoring ribs (16) are fixed on the inner sides of the embedded plates (15); the cover cap (17) can be detached from the outer side of the embedded plate (15), and the area of the inner side of the cover cap (17) is not less than the area of the outer side of the embedded plate (15);
the upright posts (2) are tubular, core sleeves (8) are arranged between the upper upright post (2) and the lower upright post (2), and the core sleeves (8) are fixedly sleeved in the upright posts (2) by fasteners; a buffer pad (9) is sleeved in the middle of the outer wall of the core sleeve (8), the outer diameter of the buffer pad (9) is larger than the inner diameter of the upright post (2), and the outer diameter of the buffer pad (9) is smaller than the outer diameter of the upright post (2);
the connecting piece (3) comprises a U-shaped part (13) and an ear block (14); the two ear blocks (14) are respectively positioned at the outer sides of the two ends of the U-shaped part (13); the interval between the side walls at two ends of the U-shaped part (13) is equal to the transverse width of the upright post (2); when the connecting piece (3) fixes the upright post (2) to the embedded part (1), a gap exists between the upright post (2) and the embedded part (1).
2. The glass curtain wall of claim 1, wherein: the anchoring ribs (16) comprise anchoring ribs (18), U-shaped ribs (19) and fastening nuts (20); the inner ends of the anchor bars (18) are bent; two ends of the U-shaped rib (19) are connected through a fastening nut (20); when the two ends of the U-shaped rib (19) are fixed by the fastening nuts (20), the inner end of the U-shaped rib (19) is of a closed loop structure.
3. The glass curtain wall of claim 1, wherein: a T-shaped groove (21) with an outward opening is formed in the middle of the embedded plate (15); and an embedded block (22) matched with the opening of the T-shaped groove (21) is arranged on the inner side of the cover cap (17).

The glass curtain wall of claim 3, wherein: a plurality of anchoring ribs (16) are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the embedded plate (15); the outer end of at least one anchoring rib (16) penetrates through the inner wall of the T-shaped groove (21), and the outer end part of the anchoring rib (16) is fixed on the inner wall of the T-shaped groove (21).

The glass curtain wall of claim 1, wherein: the outer walls of the upright posts (2) and the cross beams (4) are respectively provided with upright post convex strips (10) and cross beam convex strips (11) which protrude outwards; the widths of the upright post convex strips (10) and the cross beam convex strips (11) are not less than half of the width of the glass plate (6); adhesive tapes (12) are respectively embedded in the outer wall of the upright post (2) and the outer wall of the cross beam (4); the rubber strips (12) are positioned on two sides of the upright post convex strips (10) or the cross beam convex strips (11).

The glass curtain wall of claim 1, wherein: the outer side surface of the embedded plate (15) and the inner side surface of the ear block (14) are respectively provided with sawtooth grains (27) which are matched with each other; and the connecting piece (3) is fixedly connected with the embedded part (1) by electric welding.
7. A method for constructing a glass curtain wall as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
s1, mounting embedded parts, and fixing the cover (17) on the inner side of the building template at the corresponding position according to the design of a curtain wall drawing when a building main body (39) is constructed; then installing the embedded plate (15) on the inner side of the cover (17), and fixing the anchoring ribs (16) of the embedded part (1) to a rib cage of the building main body (39); when the building template is detached, the cover cap (17) is detached and separated from the embedded plate (15) along with the building template;
s2, measuring and setting out, and rechecking the integral deviation of the building main body (39) according to the central line, the horizontal line, the incoming and outgoing line and the 500 line of the building main body (39); dividing the curtain wall into cells (7) according to a curtain wall drawing; a plurality of longitudinal supporting points are arranged at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal steel wires are laid on the adjacent longitudinal supporting points; arranging a plurality of horizontal supporting points at equal intervals along the horizontal direction, placing horizontal steel wires, and enabling adjacent horizontal steel wires to be located at the same horizontal height;
s3, mounting the upright post, placing an upright post datum line and a horizontal line according to the longitudinal steel wire of S1, establishing a datum plane, determining the mounting position of the upright post (2), and mounting the upright post (2) from bottom to top; firstly, fixing a connecting piece (3) at the end part of an upright post (2), and fixing a core sleeve (8) at the upper end of the upright post (2); then the connecting piece (3) is fixedly connected to the embedded plate (15); then the lower end of the upright post (2) positioned above is sleeved on the core sleeve (8) of the upright post (2) positioned below and is fixed by a fastener; expansion joints (28) with design requirements are reserved at the joints of the upper and lower adjacent columns (2), and the expansion joints (28) are sealed by sealant; the buffer cushion (9) is positioned in the expansion joint (28);
s4, mounting a cross beam, leveling by using a level gauge according to the horizontal steel wire of S1, measuring the layer height error, determining the mounting position of the cross beam, and mounting the cross beam (4) from bottom to top; firstly, fixing a vertical plate (23) of a cross beam corner connector (5) on the side wall of an upright post (2) at a determined position; then a shock-proof cushion is padded on the transverse plate (24) of the cross beam corner connector (5); then, the cross beam (4) is sleeved and installed between two transversely adjacent vertical columns (2);
s5, installing a fireproof layer, and correspondingly installing cross beams (4) on the upper edge and the lower edge of the same floor (40); a fireproof plate (29) is arranged between the floor (40) and the adjacent cross beam (4), one side of the fireproof plate (29) is fixed on the building main body (39) by adopting a shooting nail, and the other end of the fireproof plate (29) is fixed on the cross beam (4) through a fastening piece; fireproof cotton (30) is densely filled between the two cross beams (4) close to the floor slab (40);
s6, mounting a glass plate, namely mounting the glass plate (6) from top to bottom; firstly, adhesive tapes (12) are arranged at the corresponding positions of the outer walls of the upright post (2) and the cross beam (4); then installing a rubber filler strip (31) on the cross beam convex strip (11); then placing the glass plate (6) in a correspondingly matched curtain wall cell (7), and inserting a rubber gasket strip (31) between the glass plate (6) and a cross beam convex strip (11) positioned on the upper surface; the length of the rubber filler strip (31) is not less than that of the glass plate (6); clamping the glass on the upright posts (2) and the cross beams (4) by using a pressing plate (32), wherein the pressing plate (32) is fixed on the outer sides of the upright post convex strips (10) or the cross beam convex strips (11) by adopting fasteners; a buckle plate (33) is arranged outside the pressure plate (32) in a buckling way;
s7 curtain wall glue sealing treatment, namely, firstly, a thin plate (34) is padded outside a gap between a glass plate (6) and a buckle plate (33), and the end part of the thin plate (34) is fixed by an adhesive tape; the middle of the thin plate (34) is provided with a strip hole (35) with the width larger than the gap, and the length of the strip hole (35) is not smaller than the distance between two adjacent vertical columns (2) of the glass plate (6) in the transverse direction; injecting a silicone weather-resistant sealant along the strip hole (35) of the thin plate (34) for caulking; finally, detaching the sheet (34);
s8 cleaning and checking, and cleaning stains on the glass plate (6) and the buckle plate (33);
and S9, completing acceptance, spraying water on the glass curtain wall from bottom to top, and checking and confirming the waterproof performance of the glass curtain wall.

The construction method of a glass curtain wall as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the thin plate (34) comprises two strips (36) and two end plates (37), the two end plates (37) are respectively positioned at the ends of the strips (36), and the two strips (36) and the two end plates (37) are connected to form a strip hole (35); the end plate (37) is provided with a folding line (38) connected with the strip hole (35), and the end plate (37) is bent along the folding line (38); the lath (36) and the end plate (37) are hard plates.
