Background
With the advance of urbanization process in China, the construction of urban underground space develops rapidly, and the transfer condition of a plurality of subway lines usually appears, so that the existing subway needs to be changed and expanded, and the side wall of the connection part of the new subway and the old subway is broken. The side wall is broken up and is under construction and can inevitably cause the disturbance to existing structure, influences existing structure's stability. The traditional manual breaking method has the disadvantages of difficult construction, long construction period and high cost; the subsequent improved mechanical breaking method also adopts a method of firstly breaking and then supporting, and has great influence on the existing structure during construction.
With the networked development of urban underground space construction, a plurality of communicated connection parts of the side wall can be encountered in the construction process of building new and old subway stations. Considering that the construction method of 'first breaking and then supporting' in the prior art has a large influence on the existing structure during the breaking period, in the case of multiple connection parts of the side wall of a new subway station and an old subway station, only a method of constructing each connection part in sequence can be adopted, and all the connection parts cannot be constructed simultaneously. Therefore, the existing breaking technology needs to be improved, so that the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be saved on the basis of fully ensuring the construction safety.
CN 107604941A discloses a method for removing a continuous wall and a side wall at a communication position of a new subway station and an old subway station, which comprises the following operation steps of determining the positions of cutting the underground continuous wall and the side wall at the communication position of the new subway station and the old subway station; drilling a hoisting hole and a rope threading hole; installing and fixing a guide wheel and a wire saw device; installing a diamond rope and penetrating the diamond rope into the rope threading hole; a hoisting rope is penetrated into the hoisting hole; linking an operating system and installing a safety protective guard; and cutting, hoisting and crushing the wall body in sequence. According to the method for removing the continuous wall and the side wall at the communication position of the new subway station and the old subway station, no support measure is taken in the removing process, the disturbance on the existing structure is large, and the method cannot adapt to the situation that a plurality of connection positions are removed simultaneously.
CN 109736586A, discloses a method for breaking the existing underground station side wall to open a hole and reform, the method divides the side wall into blocks, including a beam column region, a rectangular midspan region and a rectangular ending region, and carries out odd-even number numbering on all the beam column region, the rectangular midspan region and the hole region respectively in sequence, the whole process adopts the thought of 'zero-dividing into whole and zero-accumulating into whole', and combines the processes of 'odd-number first and even-number second' and 'supporting along with breaking' according to the sequence of 'supporting first and midspan'; the influence on the existing station in the transformation process is reduced, the safety of the existing structure is ensured, two vertical H-shaped steels are arranged in each horizontal hole for supporting, the one-time underpinning range is small, the operation is safe, the number of the reinforcing steel bars passing through the vertical H-shaped steels is small, and the setting speed of the reinforcing steel bars is high; the construction joint is arranged at 1/3 length positions of each span beam, so that the section with larger stress of the newly cast beam column structure is ensured to be poured by disposable concrete, and the mechanical property of the structure after modification is improved. However, the method for the beam-column integrated structure has complex construction procedures and complex stress of the beam-column structure, and particularly has higher requirement on the stress of the column when the opening and removing range is larger.
When a new subway station and an old subway station are built, a plurality of connection parts of the side wall may occur, as shown in fig. 1. When the prior art meets the condition, the common method is as follows:
firstly, breaking the connection part I, and applying a waterproof layer and a reinforcing layer of the connection part I after the breaking is finished;
after the maintenance of the reinforcing layer of the connection part I is finished, the connection part II is broken, and after the breaking is finished, a waterproof layer and a reinforcing layer of the connection part II are applied;
and after the maintenance of the reinforcing layer of the connection part II is finished, the connection part III is broken, and the waterproof layer and the reinforcing layer of the connection part III are applied after the breaking is finished.
The construction method for successively breaking the connection part needs a longer construction period, thereby increasing the construction cost.
Disclosure of Invention
In the prior art, a construction method of firstly removing and then supporting is mostly adopted, no supporting measure is taken during the removing period, and the influence on the existing structure is large, so that in the case of a plurality of connection parts of the side wall of a new subway station and an old subway station, only a method of constructing each connection part in sequence can be adopted, and all the connection parts cannot be constructed simultaneously, so that the construction period and the construction cost are increased. The construction method of the beam-column integrated structure enables the column to be stressed in a complex manner, and is particularly not beneficial to overall stability under the condition that the vertical size of the broken hole range is high.
The invention aims to provide a method for simultaneously removing a plurality of connection parts of a side wall of a new subway station and an old subway station, which can effectively reduce the influence of removal construction on an existing structure and can realize simultaneous removal construction on the plurality of connection parts of the side wall of the subway.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is a method for simultaneously removing a plurality of connection parts of the side wall of a new subway station and an old subway station, namely simultaneously constructing a plurality of connection parts and adopting a method of firstly constructing a column, then constructing a beam and then breaking a hole. Selecting any one connection part, wherein the operation steps of breaking the connection part are as follows:
(1) transforming the pipeline at the upper part of the connection part, and determining a broken contour line, wherein the broken contour line comprises the position setting-out of a beam and a column;
(2) according to the broken contour line, breaking concrete corresponding to the position of the cylinder, reserving concrete at the position of the support, stripping required reserved steel bars, constructing a cylinder structural steel bar and a new and old steel bar lap joint structure, and erecting a template to pour concrete;
(3) the beam structure is broken by adopting a block and step mode, and the block size is determined according to the structural stress condition and the wall bearing performance, and the principle is from the middle to two sides. According to the broken contour line, the position of the broken beam body corresponds to concrete, the required reserved steel bars are stripped, a column structural steel bar and a new and old steel bar lap joint structure are constructed, and a template is erected for pouring concrete. When the strength of the middle block concrete of the beam body reaches a design value, dismantling the template and gradually constructing two side block structures;
(4) and (3) after the strength of the column concrete reaches a design value, removing the template and constructing the beam end block positioned at the top of the column. After the beam is broken, firstly arranging a support between the end block of the beam body and the column, then overlapping reinforcing steel bars, erecting a template and pouring concrete;
(5) and after the strength of the whole concrete structure reaches a design value, breaking the wall body in the range of the opening hole in one step.
Further, when the beam body is broken, the beam body is subdivided into a plurality of blocks, and the blocks are sequentially cut from the middle to two sides according to the partitioning sequence, broken and cast by supporting a mold;
further, when the beam is broken into blocks, the strength of the upper block is required to reach the designed strength, and the construction process of the next block can be performed;

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a method for breaking the side wall of the connection part of a new subway station and an old subway station, namely, a method of breaking a hole after a column and a beam is adopted. The beam column is firstly constructed as a supporting structure, and then the reinforced concrete structure in the broken hole range is removed at one time under the supporting condition of a beam column system after the concrete strength reaches the design value, so that the simultaneous breaking of a plurality of connection parts can be met. The support is arranged between the column body and the beam body, namely the column body is regarded as hinged, the column body is prevented from being bent, and particularly the buckling of the column body can be effectively avoided under the condition of large high span ratio. This technical scheme has not only changed beam column connection structure and has been applicable to the great condition of high span ratio, can also reduce to abolish the influence of construction to existing structure to can be on the basis of fully guaranteeing construction safety, abolish a plurality of positions of plugging into simultaneously, shorten construction period, practice thrift construction cost.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic diagrams of beam-column structures and beam partition breaking and cutting sequences for simultaneously breaking a plurality of connection parts of the side walls of the new and old subway stations.
The invention provides a method for simultaneously removing a plurality of connection parts of a side wall of a new and old subway station, as shown in figure 1, three connection parts, namely 1, 2 and 3 of the side wall of the new and old subway station, adopt a method of firstly breaking columns and then breaking holes to carry out synchronous construction on the plurality of connection parts, firstly simultaneously remove columns of all connection parts, then apply a beam body structure, and finally remove concrete in a hole-opening range for one time.
The following will describe the present invention in further detail with reference to fig. 2 and specific embodiments, taking any one connection portion of the sidewall as an example, the operation steps of the breaking are as follows:
(1) determining a broken contour line, paying off positions of the column 1 and the beam 3, and dividing the beam into a beam middle block 31, a beam side block 32 and a beam end block 33;
(2) according to the broken contour line, breaking concrete corresponding to the position of the cylinder 1, reserving concrete at the position of the support 2, stripping the required reserved steel bar, constructing a lap joint structure of the structural steel bar of the cylinder 1 and new and old steel bars, and erecting a template to pour concrete;
(3) the structure of the beam body 3 is broken by adopting a block and step mode and is manufactured from the middle to two sides. According to the broken contour line, the position of the middle block 31 of the broken beam body corresponds to concrete, the required reserved steel bars are peeled off, the structural steel bars of the middle block 31 of the beam body and the lap joint structure of the new and old steel bars are constructed, the steel bar connector is reserved, and a template is erected for pouring concrete. When the strength of the concrete in the middle block 31 of the beam body reaches a design value, dismantling the template and gradually constructing the structures of the side blocks 32 of the beam bodies on two sides;
(4) and (3) after the strength of the column concrete reaches a design value, removing the template and constructing the beam end block 33 positioned at the top of the column. After the beam is broken, firstly arranging a support 2 between the end block of the beam body and the column, then overlapping reinforcing steel bars, erecting a template and pouring concrete;
(5) and after the strength of the whole concrete structure reaches a design value, breaking the wall body in the range of the opening hole in one step.
The size of the beam body blocks is determined according to the structural stress condition and the wall bearing performance, and the size of two sides of the beam body end block 33 exceeding the edge of the column is not less than 20 cm;
the beam body must be cut in sequence according to the partition sequence strictly, and is manufactured after the strength of the previous process meets the requirement;
the side wall is broken by a hydraulic diamond wire saw, and the cut small blocks are broken by hydraulic tongs and then transported;
when the beam concrete is poured in blocks, the positions of the adjacent block steel bar connectors are reserved by a method of a template cushion block. Taking the beam body middle block 31 as an example, when a template is built, a cushion block is arranged between the beam body middle block 31 and the beam body side block 32, and the position of the steel bar connector is reserved.
