Abstract
一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜,包括聚丙烯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、黏土和硅油,其重量配比为70:8:2:16:4;原料依次混合。本发明提供的一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜,通过环氧树脂和聚丙烯结合,实现防水膜的可降解性,同时利用酚醛树脂的热固性增加防水膜的强度和耐热效果,提高防水膜的适用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜。
背景技术
目前,纸袋作为承载物被广泛使用,但是为了加强纸质材料的防水特性,一般需要在纸袋表面附着防水膜实现防水功能,传统的防水膜采用的是塑料材质,虽然有很好的防水效果,但是使用后无法和纸件一起有效降解,从而对环境造成不好的影响,一旦使用过多就会造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜,通过特殊配方制成的防水膜可以达到降解功能,从而实现防水纸袋的可降解性,进而保护环境。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜采用了如下技术方案:
一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜,包括聚丙烯、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂、黏土和硅油,其重量配比为70:8:2:16:4;原料依次混合。
进一步的,混合时加入固化剂。
进一步的,固化剂重量占比不超过1%。
进一步的,固化剂采用六亚甲基四胺。
进一步的,酚醛树脂采用热固性酚醛树脂。
进一步的,环氧树脂采用双酚A型环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供的一种防水纸袋用可降解防水膜,通过环氧树脂和聚丙烯结合,实现防水膜的可降解性,同时利用酚醛树脂的热固性增加防水膜的强度和耐热效果,提高防水膜的适用范围。
