The air conditioning duct system 10 of the present invention has two air supply modes, i.e., an up-feeding and down-returning mode and a down-feeding and up-returning mode.
An up-sending and down-returning air mode: during refrigeration, the reversing valve 6 is in a first communication state, the upper air duct 2 is communicated with the heat exchange port 5, the lower air duct 3 is communicated with the air return port 4, and cold air coming out of the heat exchange port 5 enters the upper air duct 2. Because the air supply temperature is lower and the density is higher, the air supply is easy to blow from the upper part to the lower part, so that the temperature sensed by the head and the feet of the passengers is more uniform. In addition, a part of the cold air from the heat exchange port 5 enters the inner air duct 24, a part of the cold air enters the outer air duct 23, the cold air entering the inner air duct 24 directly blows to the driver and the front passengers through the second air vents 221 at the end parts to cool the driver and the front passengers, and the cold air entering the outer air duct 23 blows to the middle and rear passengers through the plurality of first air vents 211 on the tube wall of the outer air duct 21. Downward feeding and upward returning air mode: when heating, the reversing valve 6 is in a second communication state, the upper air duct 2 is communicated with the air return opening 4, the lower air duct 3 is communicated with the heat exchange opening 5, and hot air coming out of the heat exchange opening 5 enters the lower air duct 3. Because the air supply temperature is higher and the density is lower, the air supply is easy to blow from the lower part to the upper part, so that the temperature sensed by the head and the feet of the passengers is more uniform. In addition, a part of the hot air from the heat exchanging port 5 enters the second inner air duct 34, a part of the hot air enters the second outer air duct 33, the hot air entering the second inner air duct 34 is directly blown to the driver and the front passengers through the second air vents 321 at the end parts, the temperature of the driver and the front passengers is raised, and the hot air entering the second outer air duct 33 is blown to the middle and rear passengers through the plurality of first air vents 311 on the tube wall of the outer air duct 31. The return air in the vehicle enters the return air inlet 4 through the first ventilation opening of the upper air duct 2, so that the uniformity of the internal environment temperature of the carriage can be ensured through the arrangement of the inner air duct 24, the outer air duct 23, the second inner air duct 34 and the second outer air duct 33.
Therefore, an upper air duct and lower air duct air return mode is adopted, an air supply mode of feeding air from bottom to top is adopted during heating, and hot air is blown to the head from the feet; during refrigeration, an air supply mode of feeding air from top to bottom is adopted, cold air is blown to the feet from the head, so that the temperature of the head and the feet is basically consistent, and the problem of large temperature difference between the head and the feet is solved. The pipe wall of the inner air pipe is not provided with a hole, the inner air pipe directly sends air to a driver position and a front passenger position, air is mainly supplied to the driver and the front passenger, and the problems that the temperature is high when the driver and the front passenger position refrigerate and the temperature is low when the driver and the front passenger position heat are solved. The outer air duct supplies air to the middle and rear passengers, so that the uniformity of the ambient temperature in the front and rear directions of the carriage is ensured.
In addition, the cross sections of the outer air pipe and the inner air pipe can be circular. The number and the shape of the first ventilation openings formed in the peripheral wall of the outer air pipe can be changed according to actual requirements. The one end that outer wind channel stretches to driver's position can be the confined also can have the opening, if closed structure, interior tuber pipe passes the end wall of this outer tuber pipe and to the anterior air supply of railway carriage, if open structure, interior wind channel and outer wind channel are simultaneously to the anterior air supply of railway carriage, because the air in the outer wind channel has been sent to the middle of through first vent and back row passenger position on, so send the anterior wind of railway carriage very little from outer wind channel, mainly still send cold air or hot-air to the railway carriage front portion through interior wind channel. The second ventilation opening can also be arranged on the peripheral wall of one end of the inner air pipe far away from the reversing valve, and the second ventilation opening is communicated with the first ventilation opening on the peripheral wall of the outer air pipe through a connecting pipe, or the second ventilation opening is arranged opposite to the first ventilation opening in the radial direction; the number of the second ventilation openings and the proportion of the part of the inner air pipe provided with the second ventilation openings to the total length of the inner air pipe can be changed according to actual needs. The second ventilation opening sets up including on the perisporium of the one end of tuber pipe keeping away from the switching-over valve, and also can set up the baffle between outer tuber pipe and the interior tuber pipe, the baffle falls into anterior segment and back end with outer wind channel, the second ventilation opening is located the anterior segment, the anterior segment is close to the driver position, the anterior segment is to the anterior driver of railway carriage and passenger air supply, anterior segment and back end all are provided with first vent, the first vent of anterior segment and the second ventilation opening intercommunication of anterior segment, the back end is to the middle and back row passenger air supply of railway carriage. The second ventilation opening can also be arranged on the end wall of one end of the inner air pipe far away from the reversing valve and the peripheral wall of one end of the inner air pipe far away from the reversing valve. The above-described modifications also achieve the object of the present invention.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, not limitations, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and any changes, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and scope of the present invention are intended to be embraced therein.
