Abstract
本发明涉及一种采用金属丝线网构成的具有防静电功能的防静电发泡吹塑薄膜及成型方法,包括发泡吹塑薄膜,所述发泡吹塑薄膜膜面与膜面相融面间布有一层由金属丝线网构成的金属屏蔽网,该金属屏蔽网中的金属丝线与金属丝线交叉点厚度等于金属丝线的直径。优点:一是在现有吹塑膜机的基础上,通过在模头模口方设置金属丝线辊,使吹塑膜机实现了防静电吹塑料薄膜的制作;二是采用金属丝线制作的网格状防静电网,不仅具有良好的防静电效果,而且避免了背景技术存在的不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种采用金属丝线网构成的具有防静电功能的防静电发泡吹塑薄膜及成型方法,属防静电发泡吹塑薄膜制造领域。。
背景技术
CN104476756A、名称“防静电发泡吹塑薄膜及成型方法”, 包括吹膜机,熔融后的塑料原料从模头模口挤出,在吹胀塑料膜的同时,位于模头模口上方的金属粉粒喷嘴将金属粉粒从喷嘴喷出粘附在熔融的发泡吹塑薄膜面上,然后合模、冷却、再经收卷架收卷成防静电发泡吹塑薄膜筒料。其不足之处:采用金属粉粒通过偏嘴等间距开有多个嘴口,多个嘴口相对倾斜设置,即喷出的金属粉粒流形成交叉喷射且在吹塑薄膜面形成类似网格状的防静电网,吹塑薄膜合膜后得到防静电发泡吹塑薄膜。但由由金属粉粒形成的网格受流体波动的影响,易产生网格线间断情况,影响防静电效果。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种采用金属丝线网构成的具有防静电功能的防静电发泡吹塑薄膜及成型方法。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本申请人在经过近六年多的反复试验及测试中发现,采用直径小于0.06mm金属丝线编织成网,并且将构成网格状的金属丝线与金属丝线的交叉结合点压平,使其与金属丝线的直径相对一致,然后将加温退火,使金属丝线的柔韧性和延展性得到进一步提高。然后采用平挤下吹法,在吹塑薄膜复合成型之前,在尚处在熔融状态的吹塑膜间置入金属丝线网,然后吹塑薄膜合膜后即得到高品质的防静电发泡吹塑薄膜,经测试,该网格状的防静电网在大于10000次的折弯下不会发生金属丝线的断裂间断现象。
技术方案1:一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜,包括发泡吹塑薄膜,所述发泡吹塑薄膜膜面与膜面相融面间布有一层由金属丝线网构成的金属屏蔽网,该金属屏蔽网中的金属丝线与金属丝线交叉点厚度等于金属丝线的直径。
技术方案2:一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜成型方法,包括吹膜机,采用平挤下吹法,将熔融后的塑料原料从模头模口挤出,在吹胀塑料膜的同时,位于模头模口方的金属丝线网在地球引力及下吹风力的双重作用下从金属丝线网辊下垂释放展开粘附在吹塑薄膜面上,然后通过人字夹板合模成型、冷却、再经收卷架收卷成防静电发泡吹塑薄膜筒料。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是在现有吹塑膜机的基础上,通过在模头模口方设置金属丝线辊,使吹塑膜机实现了防静电吹塑料薄膜的制作;二是采用金属丝线制作的网格状防静电网,不仅具有良好的防静电效果,而且避免了背景技术存在的不足。

具体实施方式
实施例1:参照附图1和图2。一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜,包括发泡吹塑薄膜,所述发泡吹塑薄膜4膜面与膜面相融面间布有一层由金属丝线网构成的金属屏蔽网2,该金属屏蔽网中的金属丝线与金属丝线交叉点(5)厚度等于金属丝线的直径,即所述金属丝线网2中网格与网格之间的交叉结合点5被压平且被压平厚度与金属丝网线直径相同。
实施例2:参照附图3。在实施例1的基础上,一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜成型方法,包括吹膜机,采用平挤下吹法(系现有技术,在此不作叙述),将熔融后的塑料原料从模头模口挤出,在吹胀塑料膜的同时,位于模头模口方的金属丝线网2在地球引力及下吹风力的双重作用下从金属丝线网辊1下垂释放展开粘附在吹塑薄膜面上,然后通过人字夹板3合模成型、冷却、再经收卷架收卷成防静电发泡吹塑薄膜筒料。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜,包括发泡吹塑薄膜,其特征是:所述发泡吹塑薄膜(4)膜面与膜面相融面间布有一层由金属丝线网构成的金属屏蔽网(2),该金属屏蔽网中的金属丝线与金属丝线交叉点(5)厚度等于金属丝线的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电发泡吹塑薄膜(4),其特征是:所述金属丝线网(2)中网格与网格之间的交叉结合点(5)被压平且被压平厚度与金属丝网线直径相同。
3.一种防静电发泡吹塑薄膜成型方法,包括吹膜机,其特征是:采用平挤下吹法,将熔融后的塑料原料从模头模口挤出,在吹胀塑料膜的同时,位于模头模口方的金属丝线网(2)在地球引力及下吹风力的双重作用下从金属丝线网辊(1)下垂释放展开粘附在吹塑薄膜面上,然后通过人字夹板(3)合模成型、冷却、再经收卷架收卷成防静电发泡吹塑薄膜筒料。
