技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种光伏组件的堆叠器具。
背景技术
双玻光伏组件由于有前后两块玻璃构成,强度较高,一般无特殊要求不带边框。在组件层压完毕,打好接线盒后,需要将组件送入固化线,进行至少3小时的固化。固化线中,组件采用堆叠的方式进行固化,然而由于双玻光伏组件无边框,组件与组件之间需要有工装进行间隔。传统的工装间隔片主要采取保丽龙,EPE等发泡塑料,堆叠组件数量较大时,容易发生变形,进而导致组件碎裂;且大形状的保丽龙,EPE占地空间较大,变形后不能再投入使用,造成浪费。较小形状的发泡塑料,在固化线移动过程中,容易发生移位,且回收率不高。
发明内容
本发明为了解决堆叠数量较多的无边框的光伏组件时,在光伏组件与光伏组件之间的间隔片容易变形碎裂的问题,本发明采用了一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,包括吸盘、支撑体和盖板,所述吸盘上依次连接有所述支撑体和盖板,所述盖板上设有防滑结构。
作为优选,所述支撑体上至少开设有两个定位孔,所述盖板上至少开设有两个与所述定位孔配合的凸起。盖板上的凸起插入定位孔内,从而将盖板安装在支撑体上。支撑体上可以开设多个定位孔从而达到节省材料的目的。
进一步地,所述凸起两端尺寸大于中间尺寸。凸起的最大处的直径略大于定位孔的直径,凸起安装到定位孔内,使得凸起的中间部位与定位孔过盈配合,使得无法轻易将盖板取出,两端尺寸小是为了方便将凸起插入到定位孔内,起到导向的作用。
作为优选,所述支撑体上开设有安装孔,所述吸盘的中间开设有与所述安装孔配合的安装块。安装块的尺寸与安装孔的尺寸相对应,安装块插入到安装孔中,从而将吸盘与安装孔安装在一起。
进一步地,所述安装孔的轴线与所述支撑体轴线共线。为了使支撑体位于吸盘的正中心,安装孔的轴线与所述支撑体轴线共线,这样支撑体施加给吸盘的力才均匀化。
作为优选,为了防止光伏组件在堆叠器具上发生滑移,所述防滑结构为设置在所述盖板表面的防滑条。
进一步地,所述支撑体呈圆柱状,所述吸盘的直径大于所述支撑体的直径。
作为优选,所述吸盘上设有破气柱。当吸盘吸在光伏组件上时,由于气压的作用,很难将吸盘拉动脱离光伏组件,于是在吸盘上设置破气柱,方便将吸盘取出,从而脱离光伏组件。
进一步地,所述吸盘的材质为橡胶。
有益效果:本发明体积小,不占空间,器具稳定,摩擦力大,器具不会出现移动现象。

实施例一
一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,包括橡胶吸盘1、支撑体2和盖板3,所述吸盘1上依次连接有所述支撑体2和盖板3,所述盖板3上设有防滑条4。
所述支撑体2上至少开设有两个定位孔6,所述盖板3上至少开设有两个与所述定位孔6配合的凸起7,所述凸起7两端尺寸大于中间尺寸。本实施例中,支撑体2上开设有四个定位孔6,定位孔6均匀分布在支撑体2的表面上,盖板3上开设有三个凸起7,盖板3通过三个凸起7插入到定位孔6内,凸起7中间大两端小,使得盖板3安装在支撑体2上,无法发生位移。
所述支撑体2上开设有安装孔9,所述吸盘1的中间开设有与所述安装孔9配合的安装块8,所述安装孔9的轴线与所述支撑体2轴线共线。所述支撑体2呈圆柱状,所述吸盘1的直径大于所述支撑体2的直径,所述吸盘1上设有破气柱5。
工作原理:首先将吸盘1放在地上或者桌面上,将支撑体2上的安装孔9对准安装块8,将支撑体2安装在吸盘1上,然后将盖板3上的凸起7对准定位孔6,将盖板3安装在支撑体2上,这样这个器具就安装完成。然后将该器具放在光伏组件的四周,将吸盘1吸附住,然后将需要叠放在该光伏组件上方的光伏组件放置在盖板3上,由于盖板3上设置有防滑条4,光伏组件无法在盖板3上随意滑动。如果需要继续叠放光伏组件,可以采用上述方法继续叠放,直至满足需求。

1.一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:包括吸盘(1)、支撑体(2)和盖板(3),所述吸盘(1)上依次连接有所述支撑体(2)和盖板(3),所述盖板(3)上设有防滑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述支撑体(2)上至少开设有两个定位孔(6),所述盖板(3)上至少开设有两个与所述定位孔(6)配合的凸起(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述凸起(7)两端尺寸大于中间尺寸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述支撑体(2)上开设有安装孔(9),所述吸盘(1)的中间开设有与所述安装孔(9)配合的安装块(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述安装孔(9)的轴线与所述支撑体(2)轴线共线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述防滑结构为设置在所述盖板(3)表面的防滑条(4)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件的堆叠器具,其特征在于:所述支撑体(2)呈圆柱状,所述吸盘(1)的直径大于所述支撑体(2)的直径。
