Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the online reservation method for a medical clinic kiosk according to the first aspect of the present embodiment is suitable for being executed at a card-reading terminal, a server and a client, and may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S101 to S106.
S101, the card punching terminal sends attendance data of each attendance person in a preset time period to the server.
S102, the server receives attendance data of each attendance person in a preset time period, wherein the attendance data are sent by the card punching terminal.
Step S101 and step S102 are processes in which the server acquires attendance data of each attendance person, that is, after the employee performs a card punch at the card punch terminal, the card punch terminal sends the data of the card punch to the server, that is, both the card punch on work and the card punch off work are sent to the server, so as to provide a data basis for generating attendance statistical data.
In this embodiment, the preset time period may be, but is not limited to: one month, 3 months or one year. For example, when the preset time period is one month, the server receives attendance data of the attendance personnel within one month. Of course, the preset time period may be determined according to the payroll time of the enterprise (for example, the monthly salary system, the preset time period is one month, the annual salary system, and the preset time period is one year).
In this embodiment, the example that the card punching terminal sends the attendance data to the server may be, but is not limited to: the card punching terminal sends attendance data of each attendance person within a preset time period to the server, for example, if the preset time period is one month, the card punching terminal can send the attendance data of each attendance person within one month to the server; meanwhile, the attendance data of each attendance person can be sent every day, namely the card punching terminal sends the attendance data of each attendance person every day to the server, and the server counts the attendance data of each attendance person in a preset time period. For example, the attendance data of each attendance person in one month is counted.
In this embodiment, the exemplary card punching terminal may be, but is not limited to: mobile phone card punching, fingerprint card punching and/or face card punching.
After receiving the attendance data sent by the card punching terminal, the server can generate attendance statistical data of each attendance person according to the attendance data, namely the attendance statistical data of each attendance person in a preset time period, and then sends the attendance statistical data to the client, as shown in steps S103 and S104.
And S103, the server generates attendance statistical data of each attendance person according to the attendance data.
And S104, the server sends the attendance statistical data to the client.
Step S103 and step S104 are processes in which the server generates attendance statistic data according to the attendance data, and sends the attendance statistic data to the client.
In this embodiment, the attendance statistics may include, but are not limited to: the attendance checking time of the work every day, the total working hour of the work every day and the total attendance days. Through above-mentioned design, on the one hand, can be convenient for calculate staff's salary according to total attendance day number, on the other hand can make managers obtain staff's daily attendance condition according to attendance statistical data, if appear coming late and returning early, the man-hour data then can see whether staff's work is full etc. help managers to analyze staff's behavior.
And S105, the client receives the attendance statistical data sent by the server.
And S106, the client displays the attendance statistical data on a display interface so that the user can obtain payroll data to be sent of each attendance person according to the attendance statistical data.
Step S105 and step S106 are processes in which the client receives the attendance statistical data, and in this embodiment, the client displays the attendance statistical data on the display interface, so that the user of the client can conveniently check all the attendance data of each attendance person, and meanwhile, the client can conveniently perform salary accounting according to the attendance statistical data.
In this embodiment, after the attendance statistical data of each attendance person is obtained, the user at the client may check the attendance statistical data to avoid the problem of wage accounting errors caused by data errors. And the way of accounting may be, but is not limited to: and sending the attendance statistical data to corresponding attendance personnel so as to ensure that the attendance statistical data are confirmed whether to make mistakes or not.
Therefore, by the method for salary distribution based on real-name system attendance data, which is described in detail in the steps S101 to S106, the method can directly generate attendance statistical data of the staff, carry out salary calculation according to the attendance statistical data, manually export and count the attendance data of the staff are not needed, and manually carry out manual accounting on the counted attendance data, so that the accounting workload is greatly reduced, the accounting time is greatly shortened, and the timely distribution of the salary is ensured.
In addition, in order to make the manager more clearly grasp the wage issue situation of the employee, the present embodiment is further optimized in the above scheme, specifically, as the following steps S107 to S110.
And S107, the server acquires the salary actual issuing data of each attendance checking person.
Step S107 is a process of obtaining payroll feedback data, in this embodiment, the payroll actual issuance data may include, but is not limited to: the payroll real-issuing amount and the issuing date of each attendance checking person.
In this embodiment, for example, the payroll actual issuance data may be directly sent to the server by the bank, that is, a communication connection between the server and the bank client may be established, so that after the payroll issuance is completed, the payroll actual issuance data of each attendance checking person is directly obtained from the bank client.
And S108, generating salary statistical data of each attendance checking person according to the actual salary issuing data and the payroll data to be issued, wherein the payroll statistical data comprises payroll amount to be issued, payroll amount to be issued and payroll amount to be owed.
S109, generating total salary statistical data according to the actual salary issuing data and the salary data to be sent, wherein the total salary statistical data comprises the number of payees sent and the number of payees owed.
Step S108 is a process of obtaining payroll statistical data, each employee to be checked has corresponding payroll data to be issued, and after payroll is issued, corresponding payroll actual issue data, and step S108 is a process of obtaining payroll statistical data according to comparison of the two data.
For example, when an attendance person pops a certain person, payroll data to be issued is 9800 yuan, and payroll actual issuing data is: 7800 yuan is actually sent, and the sending date is: 2020-5-25, then according to the comparison of the two data, the salary statistical data of a certain poplar can be obtained, which is: the amount of payroll to be issued is 9800 yuan; the amount of the sent wages is 7800 yuan; the amount of the owing payroll is 2000 yuan.
Step S109 is that for all attendance personnel, the number of payroll persons who have sent and the number of payroll persons who are under-sent are counted according to payroll data which should be sent and payroll actual sending data.
In addition, in this embodiment, the total payroll statistics may further include: total amount owed, total amount of paid payroll sent, etc.
After the total payroll statistical data and the payroll statistical data of each attendance person are obtained, the two data can be sent to the client side so as to be checked by a user of the client side, as shown in step S110.
And S110, sending the salary statistical data and the total salary statistical data to a client.
Through the steps S107 to S110, the user at the client can check whether the wages of each attendance checking person are completely issued, whether persons who do not issue wages and the amount of the wages which are not issued are available, and the mastery of the manager on the wage issuing condition of workers is increased.
In the present embodiment, the following steps S201 to S204 are provided in order to enable the manager of the enterprise to grasp the attendance of the staff each day in real time.
S201, the card punching terminal sends the current day attendance data of each attendance person to the server.
S202, the server acquires the current day attendance data of each attendance checking person.
Step S201 and step S202 are processes in which the server acquires the attendance data of the current day, that is, the card punching terminal sends the attendance data of each attendance person of the current day to the server. In this embodiment, the attendance data of the current day may include, but is not limited to: the time of checking the card on work on the day, the time of checking the card on work off work on the day and the time duration of working hours on the day.
And S203, the server obtains the total number of attendance on the current day according to the attendance data on the current day.
Step S203 is a process in which the server obtains the total attendance number of the attendance person on the day according to the attendance data on the day, that is, it is counted how many attendance data on the day of the attendance person sent by the card punching terminal, and the essence is: the total number of the attendance data of the attendance personnel on the same day is the total number of attendance personnel. For example, the server receives the attendance data of 50 attendance persons on the same day, and then the total attendance number on the same day is 50 persons.
And S204, the server sends the current attendance headcount to the client so that the user of the client can check the attendance number of the staff according to the current attendance headcount.
Step S204 is a process of sending the total number of attendance on the day to the client, and by the above design, the user of the client, i.e., the manager using the client, can clearly master the number of attendance of the staff.
Correspondingly, in this embodiment, staff's head number can be predetermine in the server, after reacing the head number that attendance on the same day, can compare with staff's head number, reachs the number that does not attend, also sends to the customer end.
Since the client can be logged in by an employee or a manager, different types of people log in, and have different authorities correspondingly, and the viewed data also have different, in this embodiment, the following steps S301 to S305 are further provided to issue different data to the client according to different user types, so that the user can view the corresponding data.
S301, the client sends user login information to the server.
S302, the server acquires user login information.
Step S301 and step S302 are processes of acquiring user login information by the server, and since the login of the client requires the user to register first, corresponding identity information (such as an identity card number, a name, and the like) and user type selection are filled in during the registration, that is, the registration of the base-level employee is selected as employee registration, and the administrator selects administrator registration, the user login information may include information of the identity, type, and the like of the user.
In this embodiment, the base level employee is an employee without any management duties, and the manager may be, but is not limited to: the manager and/or attendance management personnel at the above level.
And S303, the server obtains the user type according to the user login information, and sends data corresponding to the user type to the client according to the user type.
Step S303 is a process of judging the user type according to the user login information, and if the user is judged to be a basic-level employee, step S304 is carried out; if the user is determined to be a manager, the process proceeds to step S305.
S304, if the user type is a basic-level employee, sending attendance statistical data and wage statistical data of the attendance personnel corresponding to the user login information to an account corresponding to the user login information, so that the basic-level employee corresponding to the account checks the attendance statistical data and the wage statistical data.
S305, if the user type is the manager, sending attendance statistical data of all the attendance persons, wage statistical data of all the attendance persons and the total wage statistical data to an account corresponding to the user login information, so that the manager corresponding to the account checks the wage statistical data and the total wage statistical data of all the attendance persons, and obtaining paye data to be sent of all the attendance persons according to the attendance statistical data.
Step S304 and step S305 are processes of data transmission according to the user type, so that different types of users view the corresponding data.
For example, the server obtains the user type as follows according to the user login information: basic level employee, the name is: yang Shi. The server sends the attendance statistical data and the payroll statistical data of the populus to the corresponding account of the populus, and the populus can be checked only by logging in the account of the populus. Similarly, the data of the manager is sent in the same principle, and the attendance statistical data of the attendance personnel, the wage statistical data of all the attendance personnel and the total wage statistical data are sent to the corresponding accounts.
In this embodiment, the client may set different interfaces according to the user type, that is, after the administrator logs in, the interface displayed is as follows: data of all attendance personnel; after the basic level employee logs in, the interface is displayed as follows: various data (such as attendance and salary data) of the user.
In addition, in order to increase the comprehensiveness of the data, the server can also acquire other information of the attendance personnel.
But are not limited to any one or any combination of the following:
the team and project team of the attendance personnel, for example in the capital construction industry, the team comprises: tunnel 1 team, tunnel 2 team, etc., and the set of items includes: civil engineering project group, etc.;
