一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种止回阀,尤其是一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀。
背景技术
在LNG接收站中,深冷轴流式止回阀用于输送LNG的泵出口和压缩机组出口处,起防止介质倒流的作用。深冷轴流式止回阀根据接收站的要求采用对接焊的连接方式,一般的轴流式止回阀在焊接到管道上后,当阀门出现故障(动作卡涩及密封失效等)需要检修时,只能将阀门整体切割出来进行维修,由于阀门在切割过后,结构长度会变小,维修好之后需要在阀门两端堆焊并加工出相应的坡口包络线才能重新焊接到管道上,无法满足在线检修功能的要求。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀。
本发明的技术方案是,一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀,包括阀体、导流套、阀盖、阀瓣,阀盖为上装式阀盖,阀盖上设有一个支撑筋,阀体内部设有两个支撑筋,导流套上设有三个支撑筋对应的支撑槽,导流套支撑槽中设有用螺钉Ⅱ与导流套固定的防转块,导流套内部通过设有导向架,导向架头部及尾部设有轴承,导向架与阀瓣之间设有弹簧,弹簧安装在导向架与阀瓣的限位孔之中,阀瓣与导流套上设有凸起筋,凸起筋上设有对应的销轴孔,导流套尾部设有导流锥,阀座与阀体间设有金属缠绕垫和泛塞,通过阀座固定器和螺钉Ⅰ固定,阀体与阀盖间设有缠绕垫片,通过紧固件固定连接。
进一步地,三个支撑筋均匀分布,两两之间的角度为120°。

本发明的有益效果:
通过上装式阀盖的设计,能够实现在线检修功能;通过导流套设计成单一的零部件,并安装在阀体内部的支撑筋上,实现可拆卸的功能。导流套的轴向通过阀体与阀盖上的支撑筋实现限位,在导流套的支撑槽之中,设有防转块,限制其在介质作用力下发生转动;阀瓣与导流套上加工出凸起筋,凸起筋设有对应的销轴孔,利用螺母将弹簧收紧,使阀瓣与导流套固定在一定位置,随后将其取出;阀座处设计成金属缠绕垫与泛塞双重密封的结构,使其密封更具可靠性。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀,包括阀体1、导流套3、阀盖16、阀瓣8,阀盖16为上装式阀盖,阀盖16上设有一个支撑筋,阀体1内部设有两个支撑筋,导流套3上设有三个支撑筋对应的支撑槽,三个支撑筋均匀分布,两两之间的角度为120°,对导流套3起到支撑与轴向限位作用;导流套3支撑槽中设有用螺钉Ⅱ20与导流套3固定的防转块19,防止了导向套3在介质作用下发生旋转;导流套3内部通过设有导向架5,导向架5头部及尾部设有轴承7,导向架5与阀瓣8之间设有弹簧6,弹簧6安装在导向架5与阀瓣8的限位孔之中,导流套3尾部设有导流锥2,当介质回流时,介质只能通过导流锥2作用于阀瓣8上,减少一定的冲击力,起到缓慢关闭的作用;阀瓣8与导流套3上设有凸起筋,凸起筋上设有对应的销轴孔,利用销轴、螺母将弹簧收紧,使阀瓣与导流套固定在一定位置,方便将其取出;阀座11与阀体1间设有金属缠绕垫12和泛塞13,通过阀座固定器9和螺钉Ⅰ10固定,当金属缠绕垫12泄漏,泛塞13起到弥补泄漏的作用;阀体1与阀盖16间设有缠绕垫片14,通过紧固件15固定连接,通过定量压缩的原则,控制缠绕垫片14的压缩量实现其密封。
当阀门发生内部卡涩或密封失效时,通过以下步骤实现在线检修功能:
步骤1:拆卸阀盖16与阀体1之间的紧固件15,取下阀盖16及其之间的缠绕密封垫14;
步骤2:在阀瓣8与导流套3上凸起筋上设有对应的销轴孔内装入销轴17,销轴17尾部设有螺纹,利用螺母18将弹簧预紧力收紧,使阀瓣8开启到一定位置与导流套3之间固定在一起,随后将阀瓣8及导流套3整体从阀体内部的支撑筋上取出并拿出阀腔进行下一步的拆卸;
步骤3:拆卸螺母18,将阀瓣8从导向架5之中取出,取出弹簧8;
步骤4:拆分导向架5与导流套3,取下导向架5,将导向架5头部与尾部的轴承7拆卸下;
步骤5:如需更换阀座密封件,则再拆卸阀座固定器9上的螺钉Ⅰ10后,将阀座固定器9从阀体1之中旋出;
步骤6:取出阀座11,随后取出金属缠绕垫片12及泛塞13,完成阀门拆卸。

1.一种具有在线检修功能的深冷轴流式止回阀,包括阀体、导流套、阀盖、阀瓣,其特征在于,所述阀盖为上装式阀盖,所述阀盖上设有一个支撑筋,所述阀体内部设有两个支撑筋,所述导流套上设有三个支撑筋对应的支撑槽,所述导流套支撑槽中设有用螺钉Ⅱ与导流套固定的防转块,所述导流套内部通过设有导向架,所述导向架头部及尾部设有轴承,所述导向架与阀瓣之间设有弹簧,弹簧安装在导向架与阀瓣的限位孔之中,所述导流套尾部设有导流锥,所述阀瓣与导流套上设有凸起筋,凸起筋上设有对应的销轴孔,所述阀座与阀体间设有金属缠绕垫和泛塞,通过阀座固定器和螺钉Ⅰ固定,所述阀体与阀盖间设有缠绕垫片,通过紧固件固定连接。
