Aiming at the situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the asphalt pavement curing agent spraying device, which effectively solves the problem that the construction efficiency and the curing agent spraying quality cannot be considered in the construction process of the existing asphalt curing agent.
The technical scheme for solving the problems comprises a first rectangular frame which is provided with openings at the upper end and the lower end and can move left and right, a gap is arranged between the lower end surface of the first rectangular frame and the ground, a second rectangular frame which is provided with openings at the upper end and the lower end and can horizontally reciprocate in the first rectangular frame, a gap is arranged between the lower end surface of the second rectangular frame and the ground, a vertical plate is respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the upper end surface of the second rectangular frame, a crankshaft driven by a first motor is rotatably connected between the two vertical plates, the crankshaft comprises three connecting rod journals, the two connecting rod journals at the two ends face the same direction and opposite to the connecting rod journal at the middle position, a pneumatic cylinder with a downward opening is arranged above the crankshaft, a piston is arranged in the pneumatic cylinder, the lower end of the piston is hinged with a first connecting rod, and the free end of the first connecting rod is hinged on the connecting rod journal at the middle position of the crankshaft, the front side and the rear side of each pneumatic cylinder are provided with closed material boxes, the upper end of each material box is communicated with the pneumatic cylinder, the lower end of each material box is connected with a hard tube, the lower ends of the two hard tubes are arranged at the lower half part in the second rectangular frame and the lower ends of the two hard tubes are communicated through a spray tube, a press plate which is arranged above the spray tube and slides up and down along the wall of the second rectangular frame is arranged in the second rectangular frame, the left side and the right side of the upper end of the press plate are respectively hinged with a second connecting rod, and the free ends of the two second connecting rods are respectively hinged to two connecting rod journals at the two sides of the crankshaft.
The invention has novel concept, ingenious structure and strong practicability, and the asphalt curing agent not only can effectively improve the spraying efficiency, but also can improve the absorption of the pavement to the curing agent in the distribution process, so that the whole curing agent spraying process is more efficient and has good absorption effect.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to realize the installation of the rotating discs 15, a V-shaped bracket 17 fixed on the first rectangular frame 1 is arranged on the outer side of each rotating disc 15, the front end of each rotating disc 15 is rotatably connected to the V-shaped bracket 17 through a shaft, a first belt wheel 18 is coaxially fixed at the front end of each rotating shaft, a second belt wheel 19 is coaxially fixed on each second motor, the first belt wheels 18 are connected with the corresponding second belt wheels 19 through belts, and the two second motors are synchronous motors.
In order to realize convenient air intake in the pneumatic cylinder 5 and the second rectangular frame 2, a first one-way valve 20 capable of only unidirectionally introducing air into the pneumatic cylinder 5 is arranged at the bottom of the pneumatic cylinder 5, a through pipe is arranged on the upper end surface of the pressure plate 11, and a second one-way valve 21 capable of only unidirectionally introducing air from the upper part of the pressure plate 11 to the lower part of the pressure plate 11 is arranged on the through pipe.
In order to realize the positioning of the pressing plate 11 and facilitate the passing of the hard tube 9, the left side and the right side of the pressing plate 11 are respectively provided with a channel for the passing of the hard tube 9, and the outer wall of the hard tube 9 slides along the channel.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, a proper amount of curing agent is added into a material box 8, the liquid level of the curing agent is not higher than the communication position of the material box 8 and a pneumatic cylinder 5, a first motor and a second motor are simultaneously started, the first motor rotates to drive a crankshaft 4 to rotate, a connecting rod journal on the crankshaft 4 is driven to rotate around a main journal, a piston 6 and a pressure plate 11 are driven to move synchronously in the same direction or in the reverse direction through a first connecting rod 7 and a second connecting rod 12 in the process, when the crankshaft 4 drives the pressure plate 11 and the piston 6 to move synchronously in the same direction, the pneumatic cylinder 5 sucks air from the outside through a first one-way valve 20, meanwhile, the pressure plate 11 sucks air above the pressure plate 11 into a space below the pressure plate 11 through a second one-way valve 21, when the crankshaft 4 drives the pressure plate 11 and the piston 6 to move reversely, the air in the pneumatic cylinder 5 enters the material box 8, so that the material box 8 is cured, the air is sprayed onto the road surface where the second rectangular frame 2 is located through the hard pipe 9 and the spray pipe 10, and meanwhile, the pressing plate 11 moves downwards to enable the pressing plate 11 to press the air onto the road surface.
Meanwhile, a rotating mechanism belt pulley group of a second motor drives a rotating disc 15 to rotate, the rotating disc 15 drives the second rectangular frame 2 to slide left and right in the first rectangular frame 1 through a third connecting rod 16, when the second rectangular frame 2 slides left and right, the maintenance agent sprayed inside the second rectangular frame 2 is smeared on the road surface by the left side wall and the right side wall of the second rectangular frame 2, so that the maintenance agent is evenly smeared, the maintenance agent is evenly smeared along with the second rectangular frame 2, the maintenance agent has viscosity, meanwhile, a small gap exists between the lower end surface of the second rectangular frame 2 and the ground, a cover similar to an oil film is formed on the gap along with the smearing of the maintenance agent, at the moment, the ground, the second rectangular frame 2 and the pressing plate 11 form a cavity similar to be closed, when the pressing plate 11 moves downwards, the maintenance agent floating on the road surface is downwards pressurized, at the moment, the maintenance agent is filled into the gap of the road surface, so that the absorption efficiency of the maintenance agent in the whole spraying process is higher, after the actions are completed, the worker pushes the handle from the right side to move the device leftwards, and the rapid and large-scale spreading of the curing agent can be formed.
Compared with the traditional equipment, the device has the following advantages:
the device has three motion relations, namely: this device of workman drive can realize moving about this device, the second: the second motor drives the turntable 15 to drive the second rectangular frame 2 to move left and right in the first rectangular frame 1, and thirdly: the first motor drives the crankshaft 4 to drive the piston 6 and the pressing plate 11 to reciprocate in the same direction or in the opposite direction, wherein the first motion relation is matched with the second motion relation to realize the reciprocating motion of the second rectangular frame 2 in the advancing process of a worker, so that the curing agent advances in a reciprocating mode, the curing agent is smeared more uniformly, the second motion relation and the third motion relation are used, the pressing plate 11 is pressurized after the curing agent is uniformly paved by the second rectangular frame 2 and an oil film structure is formed, so that gas is not easy to leak, the gas pressure generated by the pressing plate 11 in the whole process is easier to act on the curing agent and the curing agent can effectively permeate into a pavement gap, meanwhile, the third motion relation also has a pneumatic cylinder 5 to drive the curing agent to spray materials to the pavement below the pressing plate 11 at intervals, and the whole feeding process is more uniform.
The invention has novel concept, ingenious structure and strong practicability, and the asphalt curing agent not only can effectively improve the spraying efficiency, but also can improve the absorption of the pavement to the curing agent in the distribution process, so that the whole curing agent spraying process is more efficient and has good absorption effect.
