The left side and the right side of the conveying belt 3 are both connected with belt wheels 32, each belt wheel 32 is connected with a belt shaft 33 which is arranged on the carrying plate 2 through a bearing seat, and the belt shaft 33 close to the left side is connected with a motor 31; an opening is arranged between the upper end of the conveying belt 3 and the right side wall of the storage box 4.
The cement loading box 5 is fixedly arranged on the carrying plate 2; the material taking and coating device also comprises two crossing plates 6 which are respectively and correspondingly positioned at the front part and the rear part of the carrying plate 2, and the left end and the right end of each crossing plate 6 are respectively and fixedly arranged in the cement loading box 5 and on the carrying plate 2 correspondingly; each crossing plate 6 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 6b and a horizontal groove 6a which are communicated with each other left and right; a brush handle 8 is slidably arranged in each arc-shaped groove 6b, and a brush 7 is arranged on each brush handle 8.
A large hanging bracket 15 and an elevated rail frame 16 are respectively and fixedly arranged on the carrying plate 2, a first motor 14 is arranged on the large hanging bracket 15, and the first motor 14 is connected with a rocker 13; a cross rod 11 is horizontally and slidably mounted on the high track frame 16, a transverse groove 11a is formed in the cross rod 11, and the rocker 13 is slidably mounted in the transverse groove 11a on the side away from the first motor 14; two convex blocks 12 are welded at the left part of the cross rod 11; each protruding block 12 is provided with a limiting groove 12b, and a linkage rod 10 connected with the corresponding brush holder 8 in a welding mode is installed in each limiting groove 12b in a sliding mode along the vertical direction.

The front side and the rear side of the lower part of the base frame 17 are respectively hinged with a bearing frame 18, and the upper end of the right part of each bearing frame 18 is abutted with a first air cylinder 19 fixedly arranged on the base frame 17; a second cylinder 23 and a T-shaped limiting plate 24 are correspondingly arranged in the middle area of each bearing frame 18 in a fixed mode and a horizontal sliding mode, and the second cylinder 23 is correspondingly connected with the limiting plate 24.
The carrying plate 2 is provided with a lowering groove 2a matched with the bearing frame 18.
Before the cement storage box is used, the cement storage box 5 is filled with cement, all the kerbs are placed in the storage box 4 in a vertical stacking mode, the large faces, which are coated with cement, of the kerbs and are required to be connected with a road surface are arranged towards the left, and one kerb on the lowest side is supported on the conveying belt 3.
When using, on letting the basis that the automobile body 1 traveled along the fore-and-aft direction, through the clockwise rotation drive of motor 31, order about whole conveyer belt 3 and can transmit all curb one by one from the left hand right side, every curb when transmitting right to breaking away from on conveyer belt 3, can fall to carrying on two left parts positions on bearing frame 18 automatically.
Meanwhile, the first motor 14 drives the rocker 13 to rotate at a constant speed, while the rocker 13 rotates, the cross rod 11 and the two protruding blocks 12 can be driven to slide in a left-right reciprocating manner in the left-right direction, the two groups of brush holders 8 and the brushes 7 can also slide in a left-right reciprocating manner through transmission of the linkage rod 10, and the sliding of the brush holders 8 and the brushes 7 in the left-right direction is performed along the tracks of the arc-shaped groove 6b and the horizontal groove 6 a. Furthermore, after cement is automatically coated on each kerbstone, the limiting plate 24 is pulled leftwards through the second air cylinder 23 to limit the kerbstone, then the second motor 21 drives the screw rod 20 to rotate, under the transmission action of the screw rod nut, the base frame 17, the two bearing frames 18 and the kerbstones carried on the bearing frames can automatically move downwards and pass through the lowering groove 2a until the kerbstones descend to a high-entering road surface, the piston of the last air cylinder 19 gradually moves upwards and slowly, the bearing frames 18 and the limiting plates 24 can rotate anticlockwise under the action of the piston of the first air cylinder 19 and the gravity of the kerbstones, namely, the large surface of the original kerbstone coated with cement rotates downwards from the left side, and can automatically and stably fall onto the road surface under the action of gravity, and one-time laying is completed.
