The road construction pavement watering maintenance device comprises a vehicle head (1) and is characterized in that the vehicle head (1) is fixedly connected with a vehicle seat (4), wheels (2) are fixedly mounted at the bottoms of the vehicle head (1) and the vehicle seat (4), a water tank (3) is fixedly mounted at the top of the vehicle seat (4), a water filling port (6) is arranged at the top of the water tank (3), a measuring pipe (5) is arranged at one side, close to the vehicle head (1), of the top of the water tank (3), a rectangular box (26) is arranged at the bottom of the water tank (3), the rectangular box (26) is positioned at the top of the wheels (2), a water pump (27) is fixedly mounted inside the rectangular box (26), a water inlet pipe of the water pump (27) extends to the inside of the water tank (3), a water outlet pipe of the water pump (27) extends to the inside of the vehicle seat (4) and is connected with a second pneumatic rotary joint (28), the top and the bottom of the pneumatic rotary joint of second (28) are rotated and connected, the bottom fixedly connected with rotating tube (15) of the pneumatic rotary joint of second (28), rotating tube (15) are rotated with the bottom of saddle (4) and are connected, fixedly connected with motor (25) in rectangle case (26), the output shaft of motor (25) extends to the inside of saddle (4) and rotates with saddle (4) and is connected, the output shaft of motor (25) rotates with the bottom of the pneumatic rotary joint of second (28) and is connected, the bottom fixedly connected with disc (14) of rotating tube (15) extends to the inside of disc (14), the outer lane of disc (14) evenly is provided with six rectangular channels (24), the even fixedly connected with six water pipes (23) in bottom of rotating tube (15), six water pipes (23) all are provided with the electric control subassembly, six one end that the rotating tube (15) was kept away from in water pipe (23) all extends to rectangular channel (24) and swivelling joint has first pneumatic rotary joint (16), the equal fixedly connected with first servo motor (20) of opposite side of first pneumatic rotary joint (16), first servo motor (20) all are located the inside of disc (14), the output shaft of first servo motor (20) extends to rectangular channel (24) and with first pneumatic rotary joint (16) fixed connection, the one end fixed mounting that first pneumatic rotary joint (16) is located the rectangular channel (24) outside has duckbilled shower nozzle (17), the one side that locomotive (1) was kept away from in wheel (2) is provided with floating assembly, floating assembly includes riser (7), riser (7) fixed mounting is on saddle (4), one side rotation of riser (7) is connected with hydraulic cylinder (8), the hydraulic cylinder (8) hydraulic stem rotation is connected with support column (9), the bottom fixedly connected with pipe (31) of support column (9), pipe (31) rotate with saddle (4) and are connected, the top fixedly connected with of support column (9) first board (10) of wiping, the both sides of first board (10) of wiping rotate respectively and are connected with second and third board (11) of wiping and wipe board (12), the inside rotation of pipe (31) is connected with dead lever (32), the both ends and saddle (4) fixed connection of dead lever (32), the inside rotation of support column (9) is connected with first dwang (35), dead lever (32) rotates with first dwang (35) to be connected, the inside rotation of first board (10) is connected with second dwang (36), second dwang (36) rotates with first dwang (35) to be connected, the both ends of second dwang (36) all rotate and are connected with round bar (39), two round bar (39) all extend to the outside of first spatula (10) and fixed connection second spatula (11) and third spatula (12) respectively, the centre of saddle (4) runs through and the first tapered tooth of fixedly connected with (33), the equal fixedly connected with second tapered tooth (34) in both ends of first dwang (35), first tapered tooth (33) meshes with second tapered tooth (34) at first dwang (35) top, the center of second dwang (36) runs through and fixedly connected with fifth tapered tooth (40), the meshing of fifth tapered tooth (40) and first dwang (35) bottom tapered tooth (34), the equal fixedly connected with third tapered tooth (37) in both ends of second dwang (36), two round bar (39) all runs through and fixedly connected with fourth tapered tooth (38), the two third conical teeth (37) are respectively meshed with the two fourth conical teeth (38).

A road construction pavement watering and maintenance device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first bearing (18) is arranged on the top of the vehicle seat (4), the outer ring of the first bearing (18) is fixedly connected on the top of the vehicle seat (4), and the output shaft of the motor (25) penetrates through the inner ring of the first bearing (18) and is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the first bearing (18).

A road construction pavement watering and maintenance device according to claim 1, characterized in that a second bearing (19) is arranged at the bottom of the seat (4), the outer ring of the second bearing (19) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat (4), and the rotating pipe (15) penetrates through the inner ring of the second bearing (19) and is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the second bearing (19).

A road construction pavement watering and maintenance device according to claim 1, characterized in that a second gear (30) is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the motor (25), a first gear (29) is fixedly sleeved on the bottom of the second pneumatic rotary joint (28), and the first gear (29) and the second gear (30) are meshed with each other.

7. A maintenance process of a road construction pavement watering maintenance device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, injecting water into the water tank (3) from the water injection port (6), and starting the vehicle head (1) to a construction road surface for preparing water spraying after injecting proper amount of water;
s2, starting a water pump (27) and a motor (25), pumping out water in a water tank (3) by the water pump (27) and conveying the water to a rotating pipe (15), driving a second gear (30) to rotate by the motor (25), driving the bottoms of a first gear (29) and a second pneumatic rotary joint (28) to rotate through transmission, enabling the rotating pipe (15) to rotate, spraying out the water in the rotating pipe (15) through a first pneumatic rotary joint (16) and a duckbill nozzle (17) through a water pipe (23), and driving a disc (14) to rotate by the rotating pipe (15) during the period, so that the water is sprayed more comprehensively and uniformly;
s3, the six first servo motors (20) respectively control the six first pneumatic rotary joints (16) to spray at different angles, and meanwhile, the second servo motor (21) controls the rotary valve (22) to adjust the water flow size, so that different spraying modes can be adjusted according to different conditions;
s4, after water spraying is started, a hydraulic rod of a hydraulic cylinder (8) extends to push a supporting column (9) to fall, the falling of the supporting column (9) enables a second conical tooth (34) and a first conical tooth (33) to rotate, the first conical tooth (33) is fixedly installed, therefore, the second conical tooth (34) drives a first rotating rod (35) to rotate, the rotation of the first rotating rod (35) causes the rotation of a second rotating rod (36), the rotation of the second rotating rod (36) enables a second cleaning plate (11) and a third cleaning plate (12) to be opened, and cleaning cloths (13) at the bottoms of the first cleaning plate (10), the second cleaning plate (11) and the third cleaning plate (12) are in contact with the ground;
s5, the head (1) traction device moves forward, and after the spraying process, the cleaning cloth (13) at the bottoms of the first cleaning plate (10), the second cleaning plate (11) and the third cleaning plate (12) at the tail part can be used for leveling accumulated water on the ground, so that the moisture on the road surface is uniform.
