Abstract
本发明涉及一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,首先,自制纳米TiO2溶胶记为A;自制纳米SiO2溶胶记为B;然后,将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.5‑2.9的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠‑聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散20‑30分钟,记为C;最后将A、B、C以及酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按一定比例充分混合,本发明将纳米材料与植物材料结合,最终制备出绿色环保型防蛀防霉整理剂,其防霉和防蛀效果能够达到1级以上,同时对人体无危害,对环境无污染。

本发明涉及一种纺织品整理剂制备技术领域,特别涉及一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着改革开放的不断深入和经济建设的不断发展,人民群众的生活水平不断提高,人们对纺织品的消费也提出了更高的要求。
目前,“绿色环保、功能性与智能性”成为当今纺织品发展的新方向。
羊毛属于蛋白质类纤维,含有20多种氨基酸,并且其大分子间呈较稳定的空间螺旋形态,其具有弹性好、吸湿性好、保暖性好以及物理化学性能好等优良特性,因此以羊毛纤维为原料制作的毛针织服装产品深受大家喜爱。
但是毛针织服装产品在储存过程中极易发生虫蛀和发霉现象,给人们的生活带来诸多不便。虽然市场上已存在很多种类的防蛀整理剂以及防霉整理剂,但是大都具有一定的低毒性,无论是对环境还是人体本身都有一定的危害。因此,有必要开发出既具有防蛀功能又具有防霉功能的绿色环保双重功能整理剂。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明旨在提供一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备技术,将纳米材料与植物材料结合,制备出绿色环保型防蛀防霉整理剂,其防霉和防蛀效果能够达到1级以上,同时对人体无危害,对环境无污染。其具体由以下技术方案加以实现:
一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)自制纳米TiO2溶胶:称取0.12-0.14摩尔钛酸丁酯与3.0-3.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入35-38毫升去离子水以及0.12-0.15摩尔三乙醇胺,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.3-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度50-60℃,反应时间为2-3h即可,记为A;
(2)自制纳米SiO2溶胶:称取0.10-0.12摩尔正硅酸乙酯与1.2-1.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入20-25毫升去离子水,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.0-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度40-50℃,反应时间为2.0-2.5h即可,记为B;
(3)将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.5-2.9的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散20-30分钟,记为C;
(4)将制备得到的A、B、C按照质量比为20-30:10-15:30-35的比例混合,然后与酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按1:1.3-1.5的质量比充分混合,搅拌均匀制备防蛀防霉整理剂。
进一步的,所述氨水pH值在11.0-11.2之间。
进一步的,所述百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠混合质量比为6-8:10-12:6-10。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液的制备工艺为:按照质量比为1.5:1-1.5的比例称取三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,向混合物中加入4.0-5.0倍体积的去离子水,以800-1000转/分钟的速度持续搅拌10-20min,剪切20-30min,升温加热至40-45℃,超声处理5-10min,随后冷却至室温即可。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液是由酯基季铵盐柔软剂与去离子水按照1-1.5:60-80的比例混合得到的。

实施例1
一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)自制纳米TiO2溶胶:称取0.12摩尔钛酸丁酯与3.0摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入35毫升去离子水以及0.12摩尔三乙醇胺,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.3-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度50℃,反应时间为2h即可,记为A;
(2)自制纳米SiO2溶胶:称取0.10摩尔正硅酸乙酯与1.2摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入20毫升去离子水,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.0-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度40℃,反应时间为2.0h即可,记为B;
(3)将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.5的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散20分钟,记为C;
(4)将制备得到的A、B、C按照质量比为20:10:30的比例混合,然后与酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按1:1.3的质量比充分混合,搅拌均匀制备防蛀防霉整理剂。
进一步的,所述氨水pH值在11.0-11.2之间。
进一步的,所述百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠混合质量比为6:10:6。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液的制备工艺为:按照质量比为1.5:1的比例称取三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,向混合物中加入4.0倍体积的去离子水,以800转/分钟的速度持续搅拌10min,剪切20min,升温加热至40℃,超声处理5min,随后冷却至室温即可。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液是由酯基季铵盐柔软剂与去离子水按照1:60的比例混合得到的。
性能测试:使用制备得到的防蛀、防霉整理剂对上海华翔羊毛衫有限公司生产的1+1罗纹组织羊毛衫进行处理,具体的,将清洗处理后的羊毛衫浸渍在制备得到的防蛀防霉整理剂中,室温下,按照浴比为1:15,两浸两轧,轧余率为75%,浸轧时间共计20min;然后进行清洗烘干即可。
将防蛀防霉整理后的羊毛衫进行防蛀、防霉、抗起球性、透气性、手感度等性能测试。
经测试,防蛀、防霉效果:织物防蛀和防霉性能达到1级,将其水洗50次,织物仍具有优良的防蛀和防霉性能。
抗起球性:织物具有优良的抗起球性能,其抗起球达到4级。
透气性:为833.5L/m2.s,透气性好。
手感度:手感柔软舒适。
实施例2
一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)自制纳米TiO2溶胶:称取0.13摩尔钛酸丁酯与3.2摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入36毫升去离子水以及0.13摩尔三乙醇胺,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.3-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度55℃,反应时间为2.5h即可,记为A;
(2)自制纳米SiO2溶胶:称取0.11摩尔正硅酸乙酯与1.25摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入22毫升去离子水,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.0-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度45℃,反应时间为2.2h即可,记为B;
(3)将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.7的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散25分钟,记为C;
(4)将制备得到的A、B、C按照质量比为25:13:32的比例混合,然后与酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按1:1.4的质量比充分混合,搅拌均匀制备防蛀防霉整理剂。
进一步的,所述氨水pH值在11.0-11.2之间。
进一步的,所述百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠混合质量比为7:11:8。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液的制备工艺为:按照质量比为1.5:1.2的比例称取三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,向混合物中加入4.5倍体积的去离子水,以900转/分钟的速度持续搅拌15min,剪切25min,升温加热至43℃,超声处理8min,随后冷却至室温即可。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液是由酯基季铵盐柔软剂与去离子水按照1.3:70的比例混合得到的。
性能测试:使用制备得到的防蛀、防霉整理剂对上海华翔羊毛衫有限公司生产的1+1罗纹组织羊毛衫进行处理,具体的,将清洗处理后的羊毛衫浸渍在制备得到的防蛀防霉整理剂中,室温下,按照浴比为1:15,两浸两轧,轧余率为75%,浸轧时间共计20min;然后进行清洗烘干即可。
将防蛀防霉整理后的羊毛衫进行防蛀、防霉、抗起球性、透气性、手感度等性能测试。
经测试,防蛀、防霉效果:织物防蛀和防霉性能达到1级,将其水洗50次,织物仍具有优良的防蛀和防霉性能。
抗起球性:织物具有优良的抗起球性能,其抗起球达到4级。
透气性:为839.0L/m2.s,透气性好。
手感度:手感柔软舒适。
实施例3
一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)自制纳米TiO2溶胶:称取0.14摩尔钛酸丁酯与3.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入38毫升去离子水以及0.15摩尔三乙醇胺,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.3-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度60℃,反应时间为3h即可,记为A;
(2)自制纳米SiO2溶胶:称取0.12摩尔正硅酸乙酯与1.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入25毫升去离子水,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.0-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度50℃,反应时间为2.5h即可,记为B;
(3)将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.9的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散30分钟,记为C;
(4)将制备得到的A、B、C按照质量比为30:15:35的比例混合,然后与酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按1:1.5的质量比充分混合,搅拌均匀制备防蛀防霉整理剂。
进一步的,所述氨水pH值在11.0-11.2之间。
进一步的,所述百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠混合质量比为8:12:10。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液的制备工艺为:按照质量比为1.5:1.5的比例称取三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,向混合物中加入5.0倍体积的去离子水,以1000转/分钟的速度持续搅拌20min,剪切30min,升温加热至45℃,超声处理10min,随后冷却至室温即可。
进一步的,步骤(4)所述酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液是由酯基季铵盐柔软剂与去离子水按照1.5:80的比例混合得到的。
性能测试:使用制备得到的防蛀、防霉整理剂对上海华翔羊毛衫有限公司生产的1+1罗纹组织羊毛衫进行处理,具体的,将清洗处理后的羊毛衫浸渍在制备得到的防蛀防霉整理剂中,室温下,按照浴比为1:15,两浸两轧,轧余率为75%,浸轧时间共计20min;然后进行清洗烘干即可。
将防蛀防霉整理后的羊毛衫进行防蛀、防霉、抗起球性、透气性、手感度等性能测试。

Claims (5)
1.一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)自制纳米TiO2溶胶:称取0.12-0.14摩尔钛酸丁酯与3.0-3.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入35-38毫升去离子水以及0.12-0.15摩尔三乙醇胺,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.3-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度50-60℃,反应时间为2-3h即可,记为A;
(2)自制纳米SiO2溶胶:称取0.10-0.12摩尔正硅酸乙酯与1.2-1.3摩尔无水乙醇混合,搅拌均匀后加入20-25毫升去离子水,并滴加氨水调整体系pH值在8.0-8.5之间,在搅拌下进行水浴加热反应,水浴反应温度40-50℃,反应时间为2.0-2.5h即可,记为B;
(3)将百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠均匀混合,所得混合物按照质量比为1:2.5-2.9的比例加入到三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液中,搅拌分散20-30分钟,记为C;
(4)将制备得到的A、B、C按照质量比为20-30:10-15:30-35的比例混合,然后与酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液按1:1.3-1.5的质量比充分混合,搅拌均匀制备防蛀防霉整理剂。
2.如权利要求1所述一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述氨水pH值在11.0-11.2之间。
3.如权利要求1所述一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述百日菊提取物、野菊提取物和苯甲酸钠混合质量比为6-8:10-12:6-10。
4.如权利要求1所述一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述三聚磷酸钠-聚丙烯酸钠分散溶液的制备工艺为:按照质量比为1.5:1-1.5的比例称取三聚磷酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,向混合物中加入4.0-5.0倍体积的去离子水,以800-1000转/分钟的速度持续搅拌10-20min,剪切20-30min,升温加热至40-45℃,超声处理5-10min,随后冷却至室温即可。
5.如权利要求1所述一种毛针织服装用防蛀、防霉整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述酯基季铵盐柔软剂稀释液是由酯基季铵盐柔软剂与去离子水按照1-1.5:60-80的比例混合得到的。
