本发明公开了一种环保型挥发性冲压油,按质量百分比构成:异构烷烃溶剂基础油:85.2~93.3%;抗氧剂:0.5~1%;防腐剂:0.1~0.5%;润滑剂:6~13%;消泡剂:0.1~0.3%,具有以下优点:无毒、气味小、抗氧性能好、防腐、防锈润滑效果佳、气泡少。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及冲压油制备领域,具体是一种环保型挥发性冲压油及其制备方法。
背景技术
挥发性冲压油是一种全合成的水溶性冲压油(亦称作冲片油),作为挤压、压制、拉管等塑性成型操作的润滑剂。特别适用于冲孔、冲压、攻螺纹、攻槽等高强度操作,挥发性冲压油用于工件冲压加工过程,其特点是:工作冲压时,油品汽化吸热起到很好的冷却作用,保证模具在相对低温下工作,而且保证冲压制品不必进行后处理就具有较好的清洁性。配制挥发性冲压油的基础油既要容易挥发,又要无毒、无臭,以便于保证油品使用的安全性。
传统的挥发性冲压油存在如下缺陷:一、味道大,有一定的毒性,长期接触有害健康,而且会对环境造成破坏;二、抗氧性能差,耐氧分压低,油品的氧化速度较快。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有无毒、气味小、抗氧性能好、防腐、防锈润滑效果佳、气泡少的环保型挥发性冲压油及其制备方法。
一种环保型挥发性冲压油,按质量百分比构成:
异构烷烃溶剂基础油: 85.2~93.3%;
抗氧剂:0.5~1%;
防腐剂:0.1~0.5%;
润滑剂:6~13%;
消泡剂:0.1~0.3%。
优选地:所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
优选地:所述的防腐剂为苯三唑衍生物。
优选地:所述的润滑剂由5~10%的油酸甲酯和1~3%的膦酸酯构成。
优选地:所述的消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
本发明还提出了一种环保型挥发性冲压油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,在调合罐中按比例依次注入异构烷烃溶剂基础油、抗氧剂、防腐剂和润滑剂,开启加热和搅拌拌至均匀澄清透明液体,其中加热温度为50℃~55℃,搅拌时长30min~60min;
S2,最后加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀澄清透明液体其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌10min~30min,得到环保型挥发性冲压油。
本发明采用以上技术方案,具有以下优点:,1、采用无毒、无味、安全、环保的异构烷烃溶剂油基础油品来调配制备得到无味安全挥发性冲压油;无任何味道、完全挥发干净;不仅具备优良的润滑性,还能减少工件和模具的摩擦,保护模具,延长模具寿命,对人体和环境无副作用。
2、采用油酸甲酯和膦酸酯组成的润滑剂,润滑性较好、挥发效果佳、挥发残留率较低。
3、良好的抗氧化作用,耐氧分压强,可大大的减少油品的氧化速度。
4、良好的防锈作用,使得工件和模具在未清洗前在短时间内具有一定的防锈作用。
5、二甲基硅油作为消泡剂添加,使得冲压油具有杰出的空气释放及抗泡性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一:一种环保型挥发性冲压油,按质量百分比构成:
异构烷烃溶剂基础油: 85.2%;抗氧剂:1%;防腐剂:0.5%;润滑剂:13%;消泡剂:0.3%,其中抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,防腐剂为苯三唑衍生物,润滑剂由10%的油酸甲酯和3%的膦酸酯构成,消泡剂为二甲基硅油,采用本配方制得的环保型挥发性冲压油具有无毒、气味小、抗氧性能好、防腐、防锈润滑效果佳、气泡少的特点,具体参数详见表1。
制备实施例一的方法:首先,在调合罐中按比例依次注入异构烷烃溶剂基础油、抗氧剂、防腐剂和润滑剂,开启加热和搅拌拌至均匀澄清透明液体,其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌时长60min;最后加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀澄清透明液体其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌30min,得到环保型挥发性冲压油。
实施例二:一种环保型挥发性冲压油,按质量百分比构成:
异构烷烃溶剂基础油:93.3%;抗氧剂:0.5%;防腐剂:0.1%;润滑剂:6%;消泡剂:0.1%;其中抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,防腐剂为苯三唑衍生物,润滑剂由5的油酸甲酯和1的膦酸酯构成,消泡剂为二甲基硅油,采用本配方制得的环保型挥发性冲压油具有无毒、气味小、抗氧性能好、防腐、防锈润滑效果佳、气泡少的特点,具体参数详见表1。
制备实施例二的方法:首先,在调合罐中按比例依次注入异构烷烃溶剂基础油、抗氧剂、防腐剂和润滑剂,开启加热和搅拌拌至均匀澄清透明液体,其中加热温度为55℃,搅拌时长30min;最后加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀澄清透明液体其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌30min,得到环保型挥发性冲压油。
实施例三:一种环保型挥发性冲压油,按质量百分比构成:
异构烷烃溶剂基础油:88.6%;抗氧剂: 0.8%;防腐剂:0.3%;润滑剂:10%;消泡剂:0.2%,抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,防腐剂为苯三唑衍生物,润滑剂由8%的油酸甲酯和2%的膦酸酯构成,消泡剂为二甲基硅油,采用本配方制得的环保型挥发性冲压油具有无毒、气味小、抗氧性能好、防腐、防锈润滑效果佳、气泡少的特点,具体参数详见表1。
制备实施例三的方法:首先,在调合罐中按比例依次注入异构烷烃溶剂基础油、抗氧剂、防腐剂和润滑剂,开启加热和搅拌拌至均匀澄清透明液体,其中加热温度为52℃,搅拌时长40 min;最后加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀澄清透明液体其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌20min,得到环保型挥发性冲压油。

异构烷烃溶剂基础油: 85.2~93.3%;
抗氧剂: 0.5~1%;
防腐剂: 0.1~0.5%;
润滑剂: 6~13%;
消泡剂:0.1~0.3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为苯三唑衍生物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂由5~10%的油酸甲酯和1~3%的膦酸酯构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型挥发性冲压油,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为二甲基硅油。
6.一种环保型挥发性冲压油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,在调合罐中按比例依次注入异构烷烃溶剂基础油、抗氧剂、防腐剂和润滑剂,开启加热和搅拌拌至均匀澄清透明液体,其中加热温度为50℃~55℃,搅拌时长30min~60min;
S2,最后加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀澄清透明液体其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌10min~30min,得到环保型挥发性冲压油。
