As can be seen from the above, the partition plate 2 is provided with the air outlet and the air return opening, the air outlet is formed by a plurality of small air outlet holes, the air return opening adopts a larger opening structure, the air outlet is arranged at the middle position of the partition plate 2, and the air return opening is arranged at the peripheral position of the air outlet. The temperature sensor 10 is disposed in the installation chamber 3, and in order to accurately obtain the temperature of the storage chamber 4, the temperature sensor 10 is disposed in a manner opposite to the return air inlet.
The invention uses the semiconductor refrigeration piece 5 to provide cold or heat, and the semiconductor refrigeration piece 5 is also called as a thermoelectric refrigeration piece and is a heat pump. Its advantages are no slide part, limited space, high reliability and no pollution of refrigerant. When direct current passes through a couple formed by connecting two different semiconductor materials in series, heat (cold energy generation) and heat (heat energy generation) can be absorbed and released at two ends of the couple respectively, so that the aim of refrigeration is fulfilled, wherein the larger the temperature difference between the two ends of the thermocouple is, the lower the conversion efficiency is. The semiconductor refrigerating sheet 5 is adopted for refrigerating, is a refrigerating technology for generating negative thermal resistance, and is characterized by no moving part and higher reliability. The semiconductor refrigerating plate 5 is composed of many N-type semiconductors and P-type semiconductors arranged mutually, NP is connected with common conductor to form a complete circuit, usually copper, aluminum or other metal conductor, and finally two ceramic plates are clamped together like sandwich biscuit, the ceramic plates must be insulated and have good heat conduction, and simultaneously, the solidified rubber is uniformly coated on the PN elements around the refrigerating assembly, so that the refrigerating assembly galvanic couple is completely isolated from the outside air, the damp-proof effect is achieved, and the service life of the refrigerating assembly can be prolonged by about 50%.
The thickness of the semiconductor chilling plates 5 is thin, and the two sides of the semiconductor chilling plates release cold and heat, so the semiconductor chilling plates 5 are installed in a manner that one side faces the installation chamber 3 and the other side faces the outside of the box body 1. Therefore, the invention opens a mounting window communicated with the mounting chamber 3 on one side wall of the box body 1, the semiconductor refrigeration piece 5 is arranged on the mounting window, one side of the semiconductor refrigeration piece capable of releasing cold quantity faces the mounting chamber 3, and one side of the semiconductor refrigeration piece capable of releasing heat quantity faces the outside of the box body 1.
It can be known from the above that "the temperature difference between the two ends of the thermocouple is larger, the conversion efficiency is lower", and therefore, in order to ensure that the semiconductor chilling plate 5 can provide sufficient cooling capacity, when the semiconductor chilling plate 5 operates, the heat generated by the semiconductor chilling plate 5 should be removed in time. Therefore, the present invention has the outer heat dissipation plate 7 disposed on the side (the side where heat is generated, i.e. the side facing the outside of the case 1) of the semiconductor cooling plate 5, and also has the outer heat dissipation fan 9, and the outer heat dissipation plate 7 and the outer heat dissipation fan 9 are disposed outside the case 1, which is easily damaged by the external environment, such as impact. In order to protect the components arranged outside the box body 1, the invention is provided with a protective cover 12 at the outer side of the box body 1, and the control module 11, the outer heat dissipation sheet 7 and the outer heat dissipation fan 9 are all arranged in the protective cover 12.
Further, a heat dissipation air opening is formed in the protective cover 12, and the outer heat dissipation fan 9 is disposed in the protective cover 12 and opposite to the heat dissipation air opening.
Specifically, the inner heat sink 6 is a fin-type heat sink, the manufacturing material of the inner heat sink 6 is preferably copper or aluminum, the inner heat sink 6 is of an integrated structure, and one side surface of the inner heat sink 6, which is used for being in contact with the semiconductor cooling fin 5, is of a planar structure; the outer heat dissipation plate 7 is a fin-type heat dissipation plate, the manufacturing material of the outer heat dissipation plate 7 is preferably copper or aluminum, the outer heat dissipation plate 7 is of an integrated structure, and one side surface of the outer heat dissipation plate 7, which is used for being in contact with the semiconductor refrigeration plate 5, is of a planar structure.
Specifically, heat-conducting silicone grease layers are arranged between the inner radiating fin 6 and the semiconductor refrigerating fin 5 and between the outer radiating fin 7 and the semiconductor refrigerating fin 5.
In the present invention, both the internal circulation fan 8 and the external heat radiation fan 9 may be miniature silent fans.
Based on the structural design, the invention can also integrate auxiliary devices with certain auxiliary functions, such as an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, an illuminating lamp and the like, on the box body 1.
The invention also provides a control method of the air-cooled cosmetic storage box, which comprises the following operation flows: setting a temperature control threshold and acquiring a temperature signal inside the storage chamber 4, and comparing the acquired temperature signal with the temperature control threshold; when the temperature signal is larger than the temperature control, the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 5 is used for directly refrigerating and sending the refrigerating capacity into the storage chamber 4 in a blowing mode.
Specifically, one specific mode of operation of the present invention is as follows: setting the temperature control threshold value to be 15 +/-2 ℃, obtaining the temperature in the storage chamber 4, and controlling the inner circulation fan 8 and the outer heat dissipation fan 9 to work at the maximum set rotating speed by the control module 11 when the temperature in the storage chamber 4 is higher than 25 ℃, wherein the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 5 works in the maximum power refrigeration state; the temperature in the storage chamber 4 is detected again after timing for 30s, when the temperature in the storage chamber 4 is reduced to 16 ℃, the external cooling fan 9 is gradually reduced to 0 from the maximum rotating speed within 30s, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 5 is gradually reduced to 0 from the maximum refrigeration power within 1min, and the internal circulation fan 8 is gradually reduced to 500 revolutions from the minimum rotating speed within 2 min; the temperature in the storage chamber 4 is periodically detected, when the temperature in the storage chamber 4 rises to 17 ℃, the semiconductor refrigeration sheet 5 starts to refrigerate with the maximum power, the external heat radiation fan 9 and the internal circulation fan 8 work with the maximum power, and the circulation is carried out, so that the temperature in the refrigerator is ensured to be continuously within 15 +/-2 ℃.

temperature control system, temperature control system includes semiconductor refrigeration piece (5), interior fin (6), outer fin (7), inner loop fan (8), outer radiator fan (9), temperature sensor (10) and control module (11), temperature sensor set up in the box, be used for acquireing ambient temperature in the storeroom, temperature sensor with control module signal connection, control module with semiconductor refrigeration piece, inner loop fan and outer radiator fan control connection, semiconductor refrigeration piece install in on the box, inner fin set up in the installation room and with a side heat transfer contact of semiconductor refrigeration piece, inner loop fan set up in the installation room and towards the air outlet sets up, be used for with the low temperature air current in the installation room blows in the storeroom, the outer heat dissipation sheet is arranged on the outer side of the box body and in heat transfer contact with the other side face of the semiconductor refrigeration sheet, and the outer heat dissipation fan is arranged on the outer side of the box body and faces the outer heat dissipation sheet and is used for providing cooling air flow for the outer heat dissipation sheet.
2. The air-cooled cosmetics storage case of claim 1,
an air return opening is formed in the partition plate, and the air in the storage chamber flows back to the installation chamber;
the temperature sensor is arranged in the installation chamber and opposite to the air return opening.

setting a temperature control threshold TS and a temperature control threshold control range T [ ], and acquiring a temperature signal in the storage room as T;
comparing the temperature signal T with a temperature control threshold TS and a temperature control threshold control range T [ ]: when T > TS + T [ ], refrigerating at the maximum power; when T < TS-T [ ], heating is carried out with maximum power; and when TS-T [ ] < T < TS + T [ ], stopping the semiconductor refrigerating sheet from working, and controlling the internal circulation fan to keep low-power operation.
