本发明涉及医用设备技术领域,且公开了一种器官移植用运输箱,包括外箱和箱盖,所述外箱和箱盖之间设有内壁为球面的缓冲壳,所述缓冲壳的内部设有可沿着缓冲壳内壁滑动的滑动箱,所述缓冲壳内填充满冷藏液。该器官移植用运输箱,由于滑动箱悬浮在缓冲壳的冷藏液中,在发生颠簸或震动的时候,对滑动箱的作用较小,具有好的减震缓冲效果,其次,在遭遇较大的冲击时,滑动箱沿着缓冲壳内壁作圆周运动并在液体的阻力下逐渐静止,具备更好的抗冲击力,可以更好的保护器官,另一方面,球体的抗冲击力较强不易损坏,并且外部损坏也具有较好的保温效果,同时由于该运输箱内部具有较大的空间,可以储存更多的维持低温的冰块。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用设备技术领域,具体为一种器官移植用运输箱。
背景技术
器官移植时现代医院最大的成就之一,挽救了很多濒危患者。由于器官供体来源所在位置与受体所在位置往往相隔甚远,而患者所在医院对患者的情况较为了解,并且一些病患由于病情也没有条件长途跋涉,因此通常是待移植器官长途跋涉到达病患所在医院,为了保证器官在体外的活性,通常需要专用的运输箱以运输待移植器官。
由于移植器官的特殊性,其在运输箱中时并不是被固定的,任何的颠簸、振动都会引起器官与箱壁的碰撞,虽然运输箱内设置了较多的缓冲吸能结构以减少并消除碰撞,但是在遭遇到意外事件时,产生大的碰撞,仍旧可能造成器官的受损。
进一步地,在好的防护在巨大的冲击力之下也会可能会损坏,一方面,在箱体损坏时可能会挤坏内部储藏的器官,另一方面,损坏的运输箱失去温度保持作用,运输箱温度逐渐升高,器官细胞活动增加,缩短器官移植的时间窗口,并增加修复器官的难度。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术的不足,本发明提供了一种器官移植用运输箱的技术方案,具有减震缓冲效果好和保护效果好等优点,解决了背景技术提出的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种器官移植用运输箱,包括外箱和箱盖,所述外箱和箱盖之间设有内壁为球面的缓冲壳,所述缓冲壳的内部设有可沿着缓冲壳内壁滑动的滑动箱,所述缓冲壳内填充满冷藏液,所述滑动箱悬浮在缓冲壳中的冷藏液中,所述滑动箱用于装载器官并填充满器官灌注液和冷藏液,所述滑动箱的内壁设有柔软的缓冲层,所述滑动箱将外部的冲击和撞击转变为滑动箱的圆周运动,所述外箱和缓冲壳之间设有用于装填冰块的冷冻腔。
优选的,所述缓冲壳内充满冷冻液,且冷冻液的密度与滑动箱的整体密度相同,所述缓冲壳由隔热材料制成,所述缓冲壳的外壁包裹一层导热层。
优选的,所述缓冲壳和滑动箱之间设有用具有缓冲功能的定位件,所述定位件将缓冲壳和滑动箱隔开同时使滑动箱运动后回到初始位置。
优选的,所述滑动箱为蝶形,所述滑动箱的外表面设有增加低速时阻力的阻力板。
优选的,所述定位件由至少三组可弯曲的橡胶棒组成,所述定位件和滑动箱组成塔形,所述滑动箱贴壁时定位件对滑动箱的合力与120KM的时速的离心力相同,所述定位件的每个橡胶棒均活动连接有滑靴,所述滑靴与缓冲壳的内壁滑动连接。
优选的,所述缓冲壳的内壁由磁性材料制成,所述滑靴的内部设有磁石,所述滑动箱、定位件和滑靴的整体密度大于缓冲壳内液体的密度。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该器官移植用运输箱,由于滑动箱悬浮在缓冲壳的冷藏液中,在发生颠簸或震动的时候,由缓冲壳中的冷藏液吸收外界的能量,对滑动箱的作用较小,具有好的减震缓冲效果,其次,在遭遇较大的冲击时,滑动箱沿着缓冲壳内壁作圆周运动并在液体的阻力下逐渐静止,具备更好的抗冲击力,可以更好的保护器官。
2、该器官移植用运输箱,由多个球形腔体组成,一方面,球体的抗冲击力较强不易损坏,且体积越小,效果越明显,因此,该运输箱特别是体积较小的滑动箱不易损坏,可以更好的保护器官,另一方面,外部箱体和内部的缓冲壳均具有保温效果,即使外部损坏也具有较好的保温效果,另外,由于该运输箱对缓冲减震的需求较低,内部具有较大的空间,可以储存更多的冰块,也进一步延长了运输箱损坏后的保温时间。

请参阅图1-3,一种器官移植用运输箱,包括外箱1和箱盖2,所述外箱1和箱盖2之间设有内壁为球面的缓冲壳4,箱盖2合上后将缓冲壳4夹紧,缓冲壳4设有注加冷冻液的阀门和气孔,所述缓冲壳4的内部设有可沿着缓冲壳4内壁滑动的滑动箱5,缓冲壳4的内壁设置光滑或缓冲壳4和滑动箱5滚动摩擦,所述缓冲壳4内填充满冷藏液,所述滑动箱5用于装载器官并填充满器官灌注液或冷藏液,所述滑动箱5的内壁设有柔软的缓冲层,所述滑动箱5将外部的冲击和撞击转变为滑动箱5的圆周运动,并在液体的阻力下逐渐实现消能缓冲,所述外箱1和缓冲壳4之间设有用于装填冰块的冷冻腔3,冷冻腔3的外壁设有隔热层,用于保持滑动箱5内的低温环境。
其中,所述缓冲壳4内充满冷冻液,且冷冻液的密度与滑动箱5的整体密度相同,在滑动箱5圆周运动末期,速度降低,失去贴壁运动的能力,不会坠落或上浮碰撞缓冲壳4的内壁,所述缓冲壳4由隔热材料制成,所述缓冲壳4的外壁包裹一层导热层,由热的良导体制成,缓冲壳4的外壁覆盖一层低温层确保滑动箱5的低温同时隔热保证滑动箱5内温度不会过低。
其中,所述缓冲壳4和滑动箱5之间设有用具有缓冲功能的定位件6,所述定位件6将缓冲壳4和滑动箱5隔开同时使滑动箱5运动后回到初始位置,当发生较小的震荡和颠簸时,有效隔绝缓冲壳4的颠簸和震荡的能量。
其中,所述滑动箱5为蝶形,由于水的阻力较大,蝶形减少阻力,特别是高速时的阻力,所述滑动箱5的外表面设有调整阻力的阻力板7,阻力板7带有扭簧,在高速阻力较大时与滑动箱5贴合,而低速时与滑动箱5呈夹角增加阻力,提高低速时的阻力,由于所述滑动箱5沿着缓冲壳4的内壁滑动,避免器官在滑动箱5内滚动。
其中,所述定位件6由至少三组可弯曲的橡胶棒组成,所述定位件6和滑动箱5组成塔形,所述滑动箱5贴壁时定位件6对滑动箱5的合力与120KM的时速的离心力相同,利用定位件6的弹性提供向心力,避免因为滑动箱5的速度方向与缓冲壳4不相切产生的撞击,所述定位件6的每个橡胶棒均活动连接有滑靴8,所述滑靴8与缓冲壳4的内壁滑动连接,滑靴8的表面设有滚珠沿着缓冲壳4内壁滚动。
其中,所述缓冲壳4的内壁由磁性材料制成,所述滑靴8的内部设有磁石9,使滑靴8始终缓冲壳4内壁滑动,所述滑动箱5、定位件6、阻力板7和滑靴8的整体密度大于缓冲壳4内液体的密度,其整体在重力作用下可以复位,同时在后期动能较小时也能沿着缓冲壳4内壁滑动,避免撞击。
本发明的工作原理及工作流程:
在遇到颠簸或震动时,外箱1随外界颠簸或震动,由于滑动箱5悬空且远离缓冲壳4的内壁,颠簸或震动的能量通过冷冻液传递滑动箱5上,此过程中大部分的能量都被冷冻液吸收,对滑动箱5和滑动箱5内的器官影响较小。
当遭遇到较大的冲击时,如当运输车辆发生车祸时,此时外箱1短时间内由高速变为静止,在外箱1逐渐停止的过程中,缓冲壳4和滑靴8以及缓冲壳4内部的液体产生速度差,滑靴8和缓冲壳4内壁产生向心力,使滑靴8沿着缓冲壳4内壁滑动,滑动箱5和定位件6产生作用力,提供向心力,开始作圆周运动,在滑动箱5和滑靴8作圆周运动的同时,与缓冲壳4内液体产生作用力,逐渐静止。
在冲击后若外部箱体损坏,失去保温作用,可打开缓冲壳4将冷冻腔3内冰块转移到缓冲壳4内,利用缓冲壳4的保温维持冷藏效果。
