Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保型PVC透明台布,包括基布层、中间PVC薄膜层、表面PVC薄膜层和油墨层;按照重量份数,所述油墨层原料为:50‑60份的环氧树脂、8‑10份的色浆、15‑20份的丙烯酸、20‑30份的水性聚氨酯、1‑5份的乙二醇丁醚、0.5‑1份的速干剂、0.5‑1份的防腐剂、0.5‑1份的消泡剂、0.5‑1份的分散剂、0.5‑1份的增滑剂、0.5‑1份的增稠剂、0.5‑1份的赋形剂和10‑15份的去离子水。本发明提供的一种环保型PVC透明台布的墨水以去离子水为溶剂,加入环氧树脂、色浆、丙烯酸、水性聚氨酯和乙二醇丁醚为主要原料,辅以速干剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、分散剂、增滑剂、增稠剂和赋形剂多种助剂,使得该水性油墨自交联温度低,同时对环境友好,且油墨粘附力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVC技术领域,尤其是一种PVC薄膜印刷机。
背景技术
PVC,全名为Polyvinylchlorid,主要成份为聚氯乙烯,另外加入其他成分来增强其耐热性,韧性,延展性等,是当今世界上深受喜爱、颇为流行并且也被广泛应用的一种合成材料,PVC薄膜的全球使用量在各种合成材料中高居第二,应用到日常生活中的方方面面。
PVC薄膜印刷机是指将单色或多色图案印刷至各种类型PVC薄膜上的印刷设备,其印刷过程是,成卷的印刷薄膜由放卷机展开后经过传送至压印装置压染印上图案或色彩,之后再经由烘干装置或风干装置将潮湿的图案快速烘干,最后将印刷后的PVC薄膜通过收卷机收卷起来的过程。
在印刷过程中影响印刷质量好坏的因素众多,而油墨则是其中之一,油墨通过印刷将图案、文字表现在PVC透明台布上。油墨中包括主要成分和辅助成分,它们均匀地混合并经反复轧制而成一种粘性胶状流体。水性油墨简称为水墨,它主要由水溶性树脂、有机颜料、溶剂及相关助剂经复合研磨加工而成。水性油墨特别适用于烟、酒、食品、饮料、药品、儿童玩具等卫生条件要求严格的包装印刷产品。现有的水性油墨交联温度高,同时存在品种少,稳定性差、牢度差的问题,因此,设计一种低温自交联环保高性能PVC水性油墨是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种PVC薄膜印刷机,避免了色块成团影响印刷效果,且油墨粘附力强。
为此,本发明提供了一种环保型PVC透明台布,包括基布层、中间PVC薄膜层、表面PVC薄膜层和油墨层;按照重量份数,所述中间PVC薄膜层原料为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂30-40份,热稳定剂5-10份,抗氧化剂4-8份,中间功能助剂6-12份;所述表面PVC薄膜层原料为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50-60份,热稳定剂4-6份,抗氧化剂4-8份,表面功能助剂6-12份;所述油墨层原料为:50-60份的环氧树脂、8-10份的色浆、15-20份的丙烯酸、20-30份的水性聚氨酯、1-5份的乙二醇丁醚、0.5-1份的速干剂、0.5-1份的防腐剂、0.5-1份的消泡剂、0.5-1份的分散剂、0.5-1份的增滑剂、0.5-1份的增稠剂、0.5-1份的赋形剂和10-15份的去离子水。
优选地,所述速干剂为环烷酸铈、环烷酸镧和羧酸铈中的任一种,所述消泡剂为巴斯夫(科宁)去离子水性涂料消泡剂Dehydran 1293,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠盐、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺中的任一种,所述增滑剂为糊状超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散液,所述增稠剂为含有酸性基团的交联型高分子乳液增稠剂,所述赋形剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、粘土、蒙脱土和二氧化硅中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,将所述基布层、中间PVC薄膜层、表面PVC薄膜层层叠地压延成型,然后经PVC薄膜印刷机将油墨层原料作为墨水印制在表面PVC薄膜层上形成油墨层,经冷却、牵引、切边、切割形成。
优选地,所述PVC薄膜印刷机包括机箱、印刷辊、承压辊、上墨辊和喷墨机构,
所述机箱包括承托臂,所述承托臂转动地连接于所述机箱,所述印刷辊、承压辊、上墨辊和喷墨机构设于所述机箱内;
所述印刷辊与所述上墨辊相接,所述印刷辊的上方设置有承压辊,所述印刷辊与承压辊之间预留有供PVC薄膜经过的通道;
所述喷墨机构包括墨水箱、喷墨开关和喷淋臂,所述墨水箱连接于所述喷墨开关,所述喷墨开关连接所述喷淋臂,在所述承托臂处于打开状态时,所述承托臂触发所述喷墨开关处于连通状态,所述墨水箱内的墨水经所述喷墨开关进入所述喷淋臂以喷淋至所述上墨辊,所述上墨辊将墨水传导至印刷辊以印刷PVC薄膜。
优选地,所述喷墨开关包括外壳、移动活塞、和第一弹簧,所述外壳内设有活塞腔,一端设有第一开口,另外一端设有第二开口;所述移动活塞移动地设于所述活塞腔内,内部设有连接通道,所述连接通道一端与所述第一开口连通,并且,所述移动活塞的外壁套设有两个密封圈,在所述移动活塞移动至所述第二开口位于所述密封圈之间时以密封所述第二开口;所述第一弹簧设于所述外壳的内壁与所述移动活塞之间,在所述移动活塞移动至连接通道与第二开口连通时,所述第一弹簧处于压缩状态。
优选地,所述墨水箱包括箱体、移动板和第二弹簧,所述移动板移动地设于所述箱体内,所述第二弹簧连接所述移动板的侧面和所述箱体的内壁之间,用于推动移动板以排出墨水。
优选地,所述承压辊的上方设置有框架,所述承压辊的两端转动连接在所述框架上,所述框架的上端连接有气缸,所述气缸固接在所述框架上。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种环保型PVC透明台布的墨水以去离子水为溶剂,加入环氧树脂、色浆、丙烯酸、水性聚氨酯和乙二醇丁醚为主要原料,辅以速干剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、分散剂、增滑剂、增稠剂和赋形剂多种助剂,使得该水性油墨自交联温度低,同时对环境友好,稳定性高,无凝聚物,避免了色块成团影响印刷效果,且油墨粘附力强。
进一步,PVC薄膜印刷机处于停止工作时,所述喷墨开关处于关闭状态,墨水箱中的墨水处于密封状态,不需要与空气接触而得以避免变质。在使用时,转动承托臂以托举PVC薄膜,此时承托臂触发喷墨开关,使得所述喷墨开关处于连通状态,所述墨水箱内的墨水经所述喷墨开关进入所述喷淋臂以喷淋至所述上墨辊,所述上墨辊将墨水传导至印刷辊以印刷PVC薄膜。

一种环保型PVC透明台布,包括基布层、中间PVC薄膜层、表面PVC薄膜层和油墨层;按照重量份数,所述中间PVC薄膜层原料为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂30-40份,热稳定剂5-10份,抗氧化剂4-8份,中间功能助剂6-12份;所述表面PVC薄膜层原料为:PVC树脂100份,增塑剂50-60份,热稳定剂4-6份,抗氧化剂4-8份,表面功能助剂6-12份;所述油墨层原料为:50-60份的环氧树脂、8-10份的色浆、15-20份的丙烯酸、20-30份的水性聚氨酯、1-5份的乙二醇丁醚、0.5-1份的速干剂、0.5-1份的防腐剂、0.5-1份的消泡剂、0.5-1份的分散剂、0.5-1份的增滑剂、0.5-1份的增稠剂、0.5-1份的赋形剂和10-15份的去离子水。
其中,所述速干剂为环烷酸铈、环烷酸镧和羧酸铈中的任一种,所述消泡剂为巴斯夫(科宁)去离子水性涂料消泡剂Dehydran 1293,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠盐、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺中的任一种,所述增滑剂为糊状超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷分散液,所述增稠剂为含有酸性基团的交联型高分子乳液增稠剂,所述赋形剂为碳酸钙、滑石粉、粘土、蒙脱土和二氧化硅中的任意一种或几种的混合物。生产过程中,将所述基布层、中间PVC薄膜层、表面PVC薄膜层层叠地压延成型,然后经PVC薄膜印刷机将油墨层原料作为墨水印制在表面PVC薄膜层上形成油墨层,经冷却、牵引、切边、切割形成。
图1是PVC薄膜印刷机的结构示意图。如图1所示,PVC薄膜印刷机包括机箱10、印刷辊30、承压辊20、上墨辊40和喷墨机构70。

所述印刷辊30与所述上墨辊40相接,所述印刷辊30的上方设置有承压辊20,所述印刷辊30与承压辊20之间预留有供PVC薄膜80经过的通道。所述承压辊20的上方设置有框架,所述承压辊20的两端转动连接在所述框架上。所述框架的上端连接有气缸21,所述气缸21固接在所述框架上。气缸21焊接在框架上,气缸21活塞杆的伸长和收缩,能驱使框架的上升和下降,即能带动承压辊20的升降,从而能调节承压辊20与印刷辊30之间的距离,能满足不同厚度尺寸的PVC薄膜80使用,也用于调节承压辊20与印刷辊30之间对PVC薄膜80的压力,从而调节墨水在PVC薄膜80表面的压实度。
图2是喷墨开关72处于打开状态下的结构示意图,图3是喷墨开关72处于关闭状态下的结构示意图。如图2和图3所示,所述喷墨机构70包括墨水箱71、喷墨开关72和喷淋臂74,所述墨水箱71连接于所述喷墨开关72,所述喷墨开关72连接所述喷淋臂74,在所述承托臂11处于打开状态时,所述承托臂11触发所述喷墨开关72处于连通状态,所述墨水箱71内的墨水经所述喷墨开关72进入所述喷淋臂74以喷淋至所述上墨辊40,所述上墨辊40将墨水传导至印刷辊30以印刷PVC薄膜80。

使用时,移动板712在第二弹簧713的作用下向墨水加压,由于承托臂11处于收起状态,所述承压臂解除触压所述移动活塞722,第一弹簧723推动移动活塞722位于图3的位置,此时,第一开口7211位于密封圈7221之间,喷墨开关72处于关闭状态。
当需要印制PVC薄膜80时,打开承托臂11,所述承压臂触压所述喷墨开关72的移动活塞722,使得所述移动活塞722移动至连接通道7222与第二开口7212连通,所述墨水箱71内的墨水经所述喷墨开关72进入所述喷淋臂74以喷淋至所述上墨辊40,所述上墨辊40将墨水传导至印刷辊30以印刷PVC薄膜80。
所述印刷辊30设置有加湿器。当环境较为干燥时,适当开启加湿器,能调节环境湿度,也有利于减缓墨水的凝结速度。PVC薄膜印刷机还包括有放料卷50和收料卷60,所述印刷辊30、承压辊20设于所述放料卷50和收料卷60之间。所述收料卷60与所述印刷辊30之间设置有吹风机,吹风机的出风口朝向PVC薄膜80,用于将PVC薄膜80表面的墨水风干。所述吹风机的两侧均设置有抽风机,由于吹风机在风干时吹出的风流会扩散至两侧,在吹风机的两侧设置有抽风机,能巧妙地将带有墨水气味的气体吸走,避免气体扩散至空间。
应该理解,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,凡是对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意味着包含这些改动和变型。
Claims (4)
1.一种PVC薄膜印刷机,其特征在于,所述PVC薄膜印刷机包括机箱、印刷辊、承压辊、上墨辊和喷墨机构,
所述机箱包括承托臂,所述承托臂转动地连接于所述机箱,所述印刷辊、承压辊、上墨辊和喷墨机构设于所述机箱内;
所述印刷辊与所述上墨辊相接,所述印刷辊的上方设置有承压辊,所述印刷辊与承压辊之间预留有供PVC薄膜经过的通道;
所述喷墨机构包括墨水箱、喷墨开关和喷淋臂,所述墨水箱连接于所述喷墨开关,所述喷墨开关连接所述喷淋臂,在所述承托臂处于打开状态时,所述承托臂触发所述喷墨开关处于连通状态,所述墨水箱内的墨水经所述喷墨开关进入所述喷淋臂以喷淋至所述上墨辊,所述上墨辊将墨水传导至印刷辊以印刷PVC薄膜;
所述喷墨开关包括外壳、移动活塞、和第一弹簧,所述外壳内设有活塞腔,一端设有第一开口,另外一端设有第二开口;所述移动活塞移动地设于所述活塞腔内,内部设有连接通道,所述连接通道一端与所述第一开口连通,并且,所述移动活塞的外壁套设有两个密封圈,在所述移动活塞移动至所述第二开口位于所述密封圈之间时以密封所述第二开口;所述第一弹簧设于所述外壳的内壁与所述移动活塞之间,在所述移动活塞移动至连接通道与第二开口连通时,所述第一弹簧处于压缩状态;
所述承压辊的上方设置有框架,所述承压辊的两端转动连接在所述框架上,所述框架的上端连接有气缸,所述气缸固接在所述框架上;
所述喷墨开关设于所述机箱的侧壁并且从所述机箱伸出,在所述承托臂转动至托举PVC薄膜的状态时,所述承托臂触压所述喷墨开关的移动活塞,使得所述移动活塞移动至连接通道与第二开口连通;在所述承托臂收起时,所述承托臂解除触压所述移动活塞。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC薄膜印刷机,其特征在于,所述墨水箱包括箱体、移动板和第二弹簧,所述移动板移动地设于所述箱体内,所述第二弹簧连接所述移动板的侧面和所述箱体的内壁之间,用于推动移动板以排出墨水。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC薄膜印刷机,其特征在于,还包括有放料卷和收料卷,所述印刷辊、承压辊设于所述放料卷和收料卷之间,所述收料卷与所述印刷辊之间设置有吹风机,所述吹风机的两侧均设置有抽风机。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种PVC薄膜印刷机,其特征在于,所述喷墨机构还包括回收器,所述回收器设于所述上墨辊的下方,并且连接于所述墨水箱。
