1-10g of matrine (dry powder), 1-10g of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (dry powder), 1-10g of calendula oil, 1-10g of snow lotus seed oil (single formula), 1-10g of sea buckthorn seed oil, 5-10g of glucan, 5-15g of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1-3g of mint oil (single formula), 2-6g of thymol, 2-5g of 305 emulsifier, 400g of aloe gel, 20-30ml of ethanol and 20-40ml of purified water.
2. The eye cream for diminishing inflammation, resisting fatigue and removing dark circles according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials:
5g of matrine (dry powder), 5g of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (dry powder), 5g of calendula oil, 5g of snow lotus seed oil (single formula), 6g of sea buckthorn seed oil, 8g of glucan, 10g of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 2g of peppermint oil (single formula), 4g of thymol, 3g of 305 emulsifier, 300g of aloe gel, 25ml of ethanol and 30ml of purified water.

1g of matrine (dry powder), 1g of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (dry powder), 1g of calendula oil, 1g of saussurea involucrate seed oil (single formula), 1g of sea buckthorn seed oil, 5g of glucan, 5g of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 1g of peppermint oil (single formula), 2g of thymol, 2g of 305 emulsifier, 200g of aloe gel, 20ml of ethanol and 20ml of purified water.

10g of matrine (dry powder), 10g of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (dry powder), 10g of calendula oil, 10g of snow lotus seed oil (single formula), 10g of sea buckthorn seed oil, 10g of glucan, 15g of caprylic capric triglyceride, 3g of peppermint oil (single formula), 6g of thymol, 5g of 305 emulsifier, 400g of aloe gel, 40ml of ethanol and 40ml of purified water.
