本发明涉及日用化妆品领域,尤其涉及一种基于小分子团水的化妆品及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜作为化妆品的一种类型,是一种能快速缓解皮肤不良状况,维持皮肤最佳状态的产品,市场需求广泛,但不管是哪种面膜,使用方法普遍需要将其敷于脸部15-30分钟或者更久,对于快节奏生活工作的人群而言,一分一秒都很珍贵,很多人因工作忙碌而无法坚持使用面膜护肤。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于小分子团水的化妆品及其制备方法,旨在解决现有化妆品在使用时耗费的护肤时间长,且面膜的使用场所受限的问题。

一种基于小分子团水的化妆品,其中,按质量百分比计包括14.05-86.62%的小分子团水、1-6%的己二醇、2-5%的甘油、1-6%的甘油聚醚-26、2-5%的聚乙二醇-8、2-8%的丁二醇、0.1-2%的卵磷脂、0.2-0.5%的苯氧乙醇、0.1-5%的泛醇、0.1-0.3%的柠檬酸钠、0.1-1%的透明质酸钠、1-8%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.03-1%的冰片、0.1-1%的寡肽、0.03-0.15%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、1-5%的穿心莲提取物、1-5%的七叶树提取物、1-5%的北美金缕梅提取物、0.2-10%的烟酰胺、0.2-10%的神经酰胺、0.1-1%的泛酸钙以及0.1-1%的橄榄油。

一种基于小分子团水的化妆品的制备方法,其中,包括步骤:
将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加热搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物;
将丁二醇和透明质酸钠分散均匀,加入所述第一混合物中,恒温搅拌后进行冷却,得到第二混合物;
将冰片、甘油和己二醇溶解,加入所述第二混合物中,搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
向所述第三混合物中依次加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽-1、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
所述基于小分子团水的化妆品的制备方法,其中,所述将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加热搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物的步骤中,所述加热搅拌在90-100℃的条件下进行。
有益效果:本发明提供的基于小分子团水的化妆品,通过化妆品配方中的各成分配合使用,在不需要进行长时间的湿敷护肤的前提下,实现护肤效果,有效减少护肤时间,同时,化妆品的保湿性能优异,保湿时间长,化妆品中其他有效成分能够充分的渗透到肌肤底层,实现美容养颜、排除面部毛孔污垢、减少青春痘及雀斑的形成,以及改善皮肤粗糙度,减少细纹的效果,另外,不需要长时间的湿敷,还可预防因湿敷造成的角质层过分水合引起的皮肤敏感问题。

本发明提供一种基于小分子团水的化妆品及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

本实施例制备的基于小分子团水的化妆品,采用温和不刺激的小分子团水作为溶剂,所述小分子团水由5-8个水分子组成,其具有强渗透力、强溶解力、强扩散力、弱碱性,小分子团水的含氧量高(溶解氧大于6mg/l),能给人体内的组织细胞带来更多的氧;同时小分子团水进入人体后,能立即渗透到人体千万亿个细胞中,把营养以更快的速度带入细胞,并且把细胞里的代谢废物和毒素更快地带出细胞外,使毛细血管的循环加快,促进新陈代谢,呈现出抵抗力增强等特性;本实施例以小分子团水作为溶剂可以将化妆品中的有效成分带入渗透到肌肤底层,同时本实施例采用具有不同分子大小,不同保湿时长、不同的油性和水性的甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、丁二醇、泛醇、透明质酸钠、橄榄油进行混合,能够使不同肤质(干/油/混合型)实现72小时的保湿效果,进一步地,本实施例制备的化妆品中含有卵磷脂、鲟鱼子提取物、冰片、寡肽、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙,其中,北美金缕梅提取物和卵磷脂能够消除青春痘、雀斑、滋润皮肤,冰片、穿心莲提取物和七叶树提取物能够起到抑菌消炎、清热解毒、消浮肿的效果,鲟鱼子提取物中含有抗氧化和促进胶原蛋白生长的成分,帮助预防并淡化皱纹,烟酰胺具有抗老化的功能,神经酰胺能够在皮肤出现干燥、脱屑、开裂现象,皮肤的屏障功能明显降低时,使皮肤迅速恢复保湿和屏障功能,通过组合使用,可以达到美容养颜、排除面部毛孔污垢,减少青春痘及雀斑的形成,改善面部皮肤粗糙和皱纹。另外,在本实施例中,通过将己二醇和苯氧乙醇的组合使用,降低了化妆品中的防腐剂的整体用量,降低了对皮肤刺激的几率。

本实施例中,所述鲟鱼子酱提取物主要提取的部位为鲟鱼子的卵,其主要提取的化学成分为角鲨烯,不饱和油脂和多肽中的一种或多种。
本实施例中,所述穿心莲提取物主要提取的部位为穿心莲的叶子,其主要提取的化学成分为穿心莲内酯、新穿心莲内酯、榄核莲内酯、14-去氧-11-氧化穿心莲内酯和14-去氧-11-脱水穿心莲内酯中的一种或多种。
本实施例中,所述七叶树提取物主要提取的部位为七叶树的叶子和籽,其主要提取的化学成分为七叶树皂角素、植物类黄酮、原七叶树昔元(protoaesigenin)、玉蕊醇C(bmnagtogenol-C)、马粟七叶灵和6-β-葡糖昔-7-轻基香豆素中的一种或多种。
本实施例中,所述金缕梅提取物主要提取的部位为金缕梅的树皮,叶和嫩枝,其主要提取的化学成分为儿茶素、原花青素、类黄酮素、香芹酚、丁香酚和己烯醇中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,可将所述基于小分子团水的化妆品置于喷雾装置中,便于用户在使用时通过按压喷雾装置喷射出面膜,在用户皮肤上形成较均匀的面膜层,提高用户使用的便利性,另外,将化妆品置于喷雾装置中,便于携带,用户可以随时随地的进行护肤。

在一些实施方式中,所述基于小分子团水的化妆品,按质量百分比计包括55.6%的小分子团水、2%的己二醇、4%的甘油、5%的甘油聚醚-26、3%的聚乙二醇-8、3%的丁二醇、0.5%的卵磷脂、0.3%的苯氧乙醇、2.5%的泛醇、0.15%的柠檬酸钠、0.2%的透明质酸钠、4%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.05%的冰片、0.5%的寡肽、0.05%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、5%的穿心莲提取物、4%的七叶树提取物、3%的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5%的烟酰胺、5%的神经酰胺、0.5%的泛酸钙以及0.2%的橄榄油。
在一些实施方式中,本发明还提供一种基于小分子团水的化妆品的制备方法,如图1所示,包括步骤:
S10、将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加热搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物;
S20、将丁二醇和透明质酸钠分散均匀,加入所述第一混合物中,恒温搅拌后进行冷却,得到第二混合物;
S30、将冰片、甘油和己二醇溶解,加入所述第二混合物中,搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
S40、向所述第三混合物中依次加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明:
实施例1
原料准备:61.95g的小分子团水、3g的甘油聚醚-26、3g的聚乙二醇-8、0.05g的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、0.2g的卵磷脂、0.15g的柠檬酸钠、3g的丁二醇、0.2g的透明质酸钠、0.05g的冰片、4g的甘油、2g的己二醇、0.3g的苯氧乙醇、0.5g的泛醇、4g的鲟鱼子提取物、0.5g的寡肽、4g的穿心莲提取物、4g的七叶树提取物、2g的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5g的烟酰胺、5g的神经酰胺、0.5g的泛酸钙、0.1g的橄榄油
制备过程:将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入小分子团水相锅中,在90-100℃的温度下进行搅拌,其后,将分散均匀的丁二醇和透明质酸钠加入小分子团水相锅中,搅拌溶解均匀,恒温20分钟,将小分子团水相锅降温至40-45℃,加入预溶解好的冰片、甘油和己二醇的混合溶液,搅拌均匀,最后,依次向小分子团水相锅中加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽-1、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
实施例2
原料准备:64.25g的小分子团水、5g的甘油聚醚-26、3g的聚乙二醇-8、0.05g的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、0.5g的卵磷脂、0.15g的柠檬酸钠、3g的丁二醇、0.2g的透明质酸钠、0.05g的冰片、4g的甘油、2g的己二醇、0.3g的苯氧乙醇、0.5g的泛醇、4g的鲟鱼子提取物、0.5g的寡肽、4g的穿心莲提取物、4g的七叶树提取物、2g的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5g的烟酰胺、5g的神经酰胺、0.5g的泛酸钙、0.1g的橄榄油
制备过程:将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入小分子团水相锅中,在90-100℃的温度下进行搅拌,其后,将分散均匀的丁二醇和透明质酸钠加入小分子团水相锅中,搅拌溶解均匀,恒温20分钟,将小分子团水相锅降温至40-45℃,加入预溶解好的冰片、甘油和己二醇的混合溶液,搅拌均匀,最后,依次向小分子团水相锅中加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽-1、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
实施例3
原料准备:61.25g的小分子团水、5g的甘油聚醚-26、3g的聚乙二醇-8、0.05g的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、0.5g的卵磷脂、0.15g的柠檬酸钠、3g的丁二醇、0.2g的透明质酸钠、0.05g的冰片、4g的甘油、2g的己二醇、0.3g的苯氧乙醇、0.5g的泛醇、4g的鲟鱼子提取物、0.5g的寡肽、3g的穿心莲提取物、4g的七叶树提取物、2g的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5g的烟酰胺、5g的神经酰胺、0.5g的泛酸钙、0.1g的橄榄油
制备过程:将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加入小分子团水相锅中,在90-100℃的温度下进行搅拌,其后,将分散均匀的丁二醇和透明质酸钠加入小分子团水相锅中,搅拌溶解均匀,恒温20分钟,将小分子团水相锅降温至40-45℃,加入预溶解好的冰片、甘油和己二醇的混合溶液,搅拌均匀,最后,依次向小分子团水相锅中加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽-1、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
进一步地,本发明选取实施例1中的制备的基于小分子团水的化妆品作为样品D,将A、去离子水,B、某品牌修复喷雾,C、某品牌护肤水作为对照样品,分别在室温为5℃,15℃,25℃,35℃,以及相对湿度为20%,40%,60%,80%的环境下,在20*20mm的仿人皮纤维布上滴入2ml四种样品,其中,仿人皮纤维布的温度保持在35℃,记录各样品吸收的时间,实验结果如下:
从实验结果可以看出,仿人皮纤维布对四种不同样品的吸收程度与空气湿度有关,湿度越高,仿人皮纤维布的吸收度越差,完全吸收所需时间也越长,而温度对仿人皮纤维布的吸收度对四种不同样品的吸收影响不大,在四种样品中,样品D在各种环境下完全被仿人皮纤维布吸收所需时间均比样品A、B和C要短,因此,说明本发明制备的化妆品具有让皮肤快速吸收,在短时间内即可实现护肤效果。
进一步地,对本发明制备的基于小分子团水的化妆品对促进肌肤内胶原蛋白和透明质酸的合成进行检测,仍然选取实施例1中的制备的基于小分子团水的化妆品作为样品D,对照样品A选择胶原蛋白加透明质酸的组合,对照样品B则为空白对照不添加任何物质,对照样品C选择将化妆品与小分子团水进行质量比为1:10的稀释,通过抽样人体皮肤测试,每天在同一用户的脸部不同部位使用相同剂量的四种样品并持续15天,其后,使用高频断层扫描获取不同区域的图进行统计,检测结果如下:

从检测结果可以明显看出,作为空白对照的B组检测到的胶原蛋白量最少,而使用本申请制备的化妆品的D组检测到的胶原蛋白量最多,比直接使用胶原蛋白与透明质酸进行护肤获得的效果更加优异。
综上所述,本发明提供的基于小分子团水的化妆品,通过化妆品配方中的各成分配合使用,在不需要进行长时间的湿敷护肤的前提下,实现护肤效果,有效减少护肤时间,同时,化妆品的保湿性能优异,保湿时间长,化妆品中其他有效成分能够充分的渗透到肌肤底层,实现美容养颜、排除面部毛孔污垢、减少青春痘及雀斑的形成,以及改善皮肤粗糙度,减少细纹的效果,另外,不需要长时间的湿敷,还可预防因湿敷造成的角质层过分水合引起的皮肤敏感问题,进一步地,通过将化妆品置于喷雾装置中,能够实现不限场合,随时随地进行护肤的效果。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种基于小分子团水的化妆品,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括14.05-86.62%的小分子团水、1-6%的己二醇、2-5%的甘油、1-6%的甘油聚醚-26、2-5%的聚乙二醇-8、2-8%的丁二醇、0.1-2%的卵磷脂、0.2-0.5%的苯氧乙醇、0.1-5%的泛醇、0.1-0.3%的柠檬酸钠、0.1-1%的透明质酸钠、1-8%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.03-1%的冰片、0.1-1%的寡肽、0.03-0.15%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、1-5%的穿心莲提取物、1-5%的七叶树提取物、1-5%的北美金缕梅提取物、0.2-10%的烟酰胺、0.2-10%的神经酰胺、0.1-1%的泛酸钙以及0.1-1%的橄榄油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于小分子团水的化妆品,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括61.95%的小分子团水、2%的己二醇、4%的甘油、3%的甘油聚醚-26、3%的聚乙二醇-8、3%的丁二醇、0.2%的卵磷脂、0.3%的苯氧乙醇、0.5%的泛醇、0.15%的柠檬酸钠、0.2%的透明质酸钠、4%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.05%的冰片、0.5%的寡肽、0.05%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、4%的穿心莲提取物、4%的七叶树提取物、2%的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5%的烟酰胺、5%的神经酰胺、0.5%的泛酸钙以及0.1%的橄榄油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于小分子团水的化妆品,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括61.25%的小分子团水、2%的己二醇、4%的甘油、5%的甘油聚醚-26、3%的聚乙二醇-8、3%的丁二醇、0.5%的卵磷脂、0.3%的苯氧乙醇、0.5%的泛醇、0.15%的柠檬酸钠、0.2%的透明质酸钠、4%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.05%的冰片、0.5%的寡肽、0.05%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3%的穿心莲提取物、4%的七叶树提取物、1.4%的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5%的烟酰胺、5%的神经酰胺、0.5%的泛酸钙以及0.1%的橄榄油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于小分子团水的化妆品,其特征在于,按质量百分比计包括55.6%的小分子团水、2%的己二醇、4%的甘油、5%的甘油聚醚-26、3%的聚乙二醇-8、3%的丁二醇、0.5%的卵磷脂、0.3%的苯氧乙醇、2.5%的泛醇、0.15%的柠檬酸钠、0.2%的透明质酸钠、4%的鲟鱼子提取物、0.05%的冰片、0.5%的寡肽、0.05%的乙二胺四乙酸二钠、5%的穿心莲提取物、4%的七叶树提取物、3%的北美金缕梅提取物、1.5%的烟酰胺、5%的神经酰胺、0.5%的泛酸钙以及0.2%的橄榄油。
5.一种基于小分子团水的化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加热搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物;
将丁二醇和透明质酸钠分散均匀,加入所述第一混合物中,恒温搅拌后进行冷却,得到第二混合物;
将冰片、甘油和己二醇溶解,加入所述第二混合物中,搅拌均匀得到第三混合物;
向所述第三混合物中依次加入苯氧乙醇、泛醇、鲟鱼子提取物、寡肽-1、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、穿心莲提取物、七叶树提取物、北美金缕梅提取物、烟酰胺、神经酰胺、泛酸钙和橄榄油,进行充分搅拌,得到化妆品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的基于小分子团水的化妆品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述将小分子团水、甘油、甘油聚醚-26、聚乙二醇-8、卵磷脂、柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠加热搅拌均匀,得到第一混合物的步骤中,所述加热搅拌在90-100℃的条件下进行。
