Specifically, a through hole (not shown) with a bottom is formed on the base 11 corresponding to the infrared receiver, a top through hole 124 is formed on the cover 12 corresponding to the infrared emitter, and the top through hole 124 and the bottom through hole are arranged to facilitate infrared communication between the current intelligent medicine box and the upper layer or the lower layer of the intelligent medicine box.
The APP terminal can also carry out centralized control on a plurality of intelligent medicine boxes which are stacked together for use. For example, the numbers of the lower box 15 can be set to 1-1, 1-2, … …, 1-9 in sequence, and the numbers of the upper box 15 can be set to 2-1, 2-2, … …, 2-9 in sequence. Wherein the front number indicates the number of the intelligent cartridge and the rear number indicates the number of the case 15 in the intelligent cartridge.
This application still provides an intelligence system of getting it filled, and it includes server side, mobile terminal and the intelligent medicine box that this application provided, and the server side is arranged in carrying out unification management and analysis to each box body 15 information in the intelligent medicine box, and wherein, box body 15 information includes the positional information of box body 15, the information of medicine and the affiliated patient information of medicine etc.. The mobile terminal is used for communicating with the server side and the intelligent medicine box. The intelligent medicine box is used for storing medicines. The server is also used for sending the medicine taking verification code to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal is used for receiving the medicine taking verification code.
The single chip microcomputer 22 of the intelligent medicine box is also provided with a verification module.
The patient can input the identifying code through the touch-sensitive screen 121 on the intelligent medicine box when getting it filled, verification module verifies the identifying code of input, verify the back, the patient can input the number of the medicine place box body 15 that oneself got through touch-sensitive screen 121, singlechip 22 is rotatory according to received serial number control carousel 14, carousel 14 takes box body 15 rotatory to the door body 13 department, voice broadcast module 26 reports medicine information, in order to indicate the patient to get it filled, the patient can open door body 13 and take out required medicine.
Further, a payment module is further arranged in the electric control device 2 of the intelligent medicine box, and a patient pays corresponding fees through the payment module before taking out the medicine. After the payment is completed, the patient can open the door 13 to take out the required medicine.

Claims (6)

1. An intelligent medicine box is characterized by comprising a box body assembly and an electric control device;
the box body assembly comprises a base, a cover body, a door body, a turntable and a box body;
the cover body is buckled on the base, and the base and the cover body are welded together by adopting ultrasonic waves; a notch is formed in the side wall of the cover body, and the door body is arranged on the base in a sliding mode corresponding to the notch;
the rotary disc is arranged in the space between the base and the cover body, the center of the base is provided with the rotary disc, and a plurality of box bodies are uniformly arranged around the circumference of the rotary disc at intervals;
a cylinder body is convexly arranged at the center of the rotary table, and the electric control device is arranged in the cylinder body;
the electric control device is used for driving the turntable to rotate according to the medicine taking time or the driving operation instruction, and the turntable drives the box body to rotate in the rotating process so as to enable the box body to rotate to the door body;
the bottom of the base is provided with a plurality of bulges, the top of the cover body is provided with a plurality of grooves, and the bulges are matched with the grooves; stacking a plurality of intelligent medicine boxes together by arranging the bulges and the grooves;
the electric control device comprises a singlechip, an infrared transmitter and an infrared receiver; the infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver are both connected with the single chip microcomputer; the infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver are arranged in the height direction of the box body assembly in a reverse mode; the infrared transmitter and the infrared receiver are used for correspondingly communicating with the infrared receiver and the infrared transmitter which are stacked in the intelligent medicine box on the upper layer or the lower layer of the intelligent medicine box;
the electric control device also comprises a first microswitch, a second microswitch and a third microswitch, wherein the first microswitch, the second microswitch and the third microswitch are sequentially arranged in the same vertical plane along the height direction of the box body assembly;
the first microswitch is used for detecting whether the box body exists after the turntable rotates for a certain angle, the second microswitch is used for determining the number of the box body, and the third microswitch is used for determining the box body at the initial position; the first microswitch, the second microswitch and the third microswitch are all connected with the single chip microcomputer;
detection holes are formed in the inner wall of the barrel body corresponding to the box bodies;
one end of the box body close to the center of the base is provided with a detection part, and the detection part penetrates through the detection hole to enter the cylinder body;
in the process of rotating the turntable, the first microswitch is contacted with the detection part of the box body to generate a signal; when the first microswitch has a signal, the second microswitch sends a counting signal to the single chip microcomputer, so that the single chip microcomputer counts the number of the box bodies detected by the first microswitch according to the counting signal of the second microswitch, and further obtains the serial number of the box bodies;
an initial groove is arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder body corresponding to the initial position;
when the third microswitch is in contact with the starting groove, the third microswitch generates a signal.
2. The intelligent medicine box of claim 1, wherein the electric control device further comprises a power supply module, a motor driving module, a micro motor, a driving assembly, a voice broadcasting module and a storage module;
the power supply module supplies power to the single chip microcomputer;
the single chip microcomputer is connected with the micro motor through the motor driving module, and the micro motor is connected with the turntable through the driving assembly to drive the turntable to rotate;
the voice broadcasting module and the storage module are connected with the single chip microcomputer.
3. The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the electric control device further comprises a touch screen, a wireless communication module and an APP terminal; the touch screen is connected with the singlechip and arranged on the top surface of the cover body;
the single chip microcomputer is communicated with the APP terminal through the wireless communication module, the APP terminal directly sends a driving operation instruction to the single chip microcomputer through the wireless communication module, or the APP terminal sends a time setting instruction to the single chip microcomputer through the wireless communication module; the single chip microcomputer acquires box body information and medicine taking time input through the touch screen according to the received time setting instruction, and the touch screen is also used for displaying the medicine taking information; the single chip microcomputer drives the micro motor to operate through the motor driving module according to the medicine taking time or the driving operation instruction.

The intelligent medicine box of claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises a driving gear, the inner wall of the barrel is provided with gear teeth, and the driving gear is meshed with the gear teeth; the micro motor drives the driving gear to rotate, and the driving gear drives the turntable to rotate relative to the base through the gear teeth.
