the utility model discloses a first aspect provides an intelligence medicine box 100 (also called medicine box 100 below), see fig. 1, this medicine box 100 is cuboid shape basically, and medicine box 100 can include: the medicine box comprises a shell 1, wherein the shell 1 comprises an upper cover 2 and a box body 3, the shell 1 is provided with a sliding cover opening structure, the box body 3 comprises a medicine box unit groove 4 and a medicine box unit 5, the medicine box unit 5 is arranged in the medicine box unit groove 4, and the medicine box unit 5 is provided with a unit prompt lamp (not shown); a control circuit board 6 disposed in the housing 1, wherein the control circuit board 6 may include a control circuit board, a wireless communication module, a clock module and a storage module; the medicine taking reminding device is arranged on the shell 1 and is used for reminding a user of taking medicine on time; the built-in battery is arranged in the box body 3 and is used for supplying energy to the intelligent medicine box 100; the control circuit board 6 is used for controlling the medication reminding device to initiate medication reminding for a user.
In some examples, referring to fig. 2, the upper cover 2 may include an upper cover body 7 and a partition 8, and the upper cover body 7 and the partition 8 enclose an upper cover cavity 9. The upper cover cavity 9 may be used to accommodate a portion of the structure of a chute assembly (described below) to facilitate sliding movement of the entire upper cover 2 relative to the case 3 to effect opening and closing of the drug cassette 100.
In some examples, referring to fig. 1, the cartridge body 3 may further have a cartridge body 31 and a bottom case 32, and the bottom case 32 may be detachably connected to the cartridge body 31. The sliding cover opening structure can comprise a sliding groove component and a magnet component, wherein the sliding groove component comprises a first sliding groove 10, a second sliding groove 11, a first buckling pile 12 and a second buckling pile 13, the first sliding groove 10 and the second sliding groove 11 are arranged on the partition plate 8, and the first buckling pile 12 and the second buckling pile 13 are arranged on the box body 3 (specifically, the box body 31).
Specifically, the first sliding groove 10 and the second sliding groove 11 are symmetrically arranged on the partition board 8, and the positions of the first sliding groove 10 and the second sliding groove 11 are close to two end portions of the partition board 8, except for the position difference, the first sliding groove 10 and the second sliding groove 11 have the same size and specification. Similarly, the first snap-fit pile 12 and the second snap-fit pile 13 are also symmetrically arranged on the box body 3, and the first snap-fit pile 12 and the second snap-fit pile 13 have the same size and specification except for the position difference. This allows the upper lid 2 to slide smoothly with respect to the case 3.
In some examples, the magnet assembly may include a first magnet 14, a second magnet 15, a third magnet 16, a fourth magnet 17, a fifth magnet 18, and a sixth magnet 19, the first magnet 14, the second magnet 15, the third magnet 16, and the fourth magnet 18 are disposed in the upper cover cavity 9 or the partition 8, and the fifth magnet 18 and the sixth magnet 19 are disposed in the box body 3 (specifically, the box body 31).
Specifically, the six magnets are the same size. The polarities of the first magnet 14, the second magnet 15, the third magnet 16 and the fourth magnet 17 are the same and are distributed at four square corners of the partition plate 8; the polarities of the fifth magnet 18 and the sixth magnet 19 are the same and different from the polarity of the first magnet 14, and meanwhile, the fifth magnet 18 and the sixth magnet 19 are embedded at two corners on a straight line on the box body 3.
In some examples, the first snap pile 12 extends through the first runner 10, the first runner 10 being configured to slide relative to the first snap pile 12; the second snap pile 13 penetrates through the second sliding slot 11, and the second sliding slot 11 is configured to slide relative to the second snap pile 13.
Specifically, the cross section of the first snap pile 12 is arrow-shaped, so that the upper cover 2 can be stably restricted from shaking up and down after penetrating through the first sliding slot 10, that is, the upper cover 2 is basically limited to slide back and forth in a plane to realize the opening and closing of the medicine box 100.
In some examples, the first chute 10 has a first front end 20 and a first rear end 21, the intelligent medicine box 100 is in a closed state when the first snap-fit peg 12 is located at the first front end 20, and the intelligent medicine box 100 is in an open state when the first snap-fit peg 12 is located at the first rear end 21; the second sliding groove 11 has a second front end 22 and a second rear end 23, when the second snap-fit pile 13 is located at the second front end 22, the intelligent medicine box 100 is in a closed state, and when the second snap-fit pile 13 is located at the second rear end 23, the intelligent medicine box 100 is in an open state.
In particular, the different positions of the first snap studs 12 on the first slide slot 10 represent the sliding process of the upper cover 2 with respect to the case 3, and the two limits of this process represent the open and closed states of the medicine box 100. In addition, the sliding process of the upper cover 2 relative to the box body 3 is expressed by the following expression, namely the magnet assembly is embodied as follows:
when the first magnet 14 attracts the fifth magnet 18 and the second magnet 15 attracts the sixth magnet 19, the intelligent medicine box 100 is also in an off state; when the third magnet 16 attracts the fifth magnet 18 and the fourth magnet 17 attracts the sixth magnet 19, the smart medicine box 100 is also in an open state.
It should be noted that when the upper and lower magnets are attracted, the force applied to each magnet is vertical, and when one magnet is fixed and the other magnet is applied with a force in the horizontal direction, the two magnets are easy to slide relatively. For cartridge 100, the magnet assembly is designed to allow for smoother operation. Of course, the number of the magnets in the magnet assembly is preferably only six, and in other examples, the number of the magnets may also be adjusted according to the specific situation of the medicine box 100, for example, two magnets with the same polarity as the fifth magnet may be further disposed at the remaining two corners of the box body 3. The polarities of the magnets are also preferred, and may be selected and combined differently depending on the particular design of the cartridge 100.
Taken together, the aforementioned structural design of the sliding cover, including the chute assembly and the magnet assembly, allows for very smooth and natural operation of the cartridge 100. For example, when the medicine box 100 is in the closed state, only by pushing lightly, the upper cover 2 slides under the control of the chute assembly, and then is stably attracted by the magnets respectively arranged on the upper cover 2 and the box body 3 to fix the position of the upper cover 2 when the end of the chute is reached, thereby completing the complete opening process of the medicine box 100.
In some examples, cartridge unit 5 may be removably disposed within cartridge unit well 4. Thus, the cartridge unit 5 can be periodically taken out of the cartridge unit tank 4 and then cleaned or sterilized. Of course, it is also an option to fixedly position the cartridge unit 5 in the cartridge unit well 4 if there is a better way of cleaning. In addition, the cartridge unit 5 may be hermetically sealed and moisture-proof, so that the storage quality can be secured against the medicine placed inside. In addition, the number and specification of the cartridge unit tanks 4 are not particularly limited, and 5 cube-type cartridge unit tanks 4 are preferable in the cartridge 100. In addition, one cartridge unit 5 is preferably placed in each cartridge unit well 4. In addition, it is preferable that each cartridge unit 5 corresponds to one type of medicine.
In some examples, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the unit prompting lamp may be specifically disposed at a lower portion of the cartridge unit 5 or in the cartridge unit slot 4. Referring to fig. 3, when the unit indicating lamp is disposed in the medicine box unit tank 4, a corresponding circuit board 29 may be disposed in the box body 31 for each medicine box unit tank 4, the circuit board 29 being connected to the aforementioned control circuit board. In addition, the medicine box unit 5 can be made of transparent materials. In the practical process, after the user receives the reminding of the medicine box 100 and opens the upper cover, to the medicine box unit 5 where the medicine to be eaten at present (this time) is located, the unit prompting lamp at the lower part of the medicine box unit 5 can correspondingly light up to prompt the user that the medicine to be eaten at this time. Due to the design, the situation that the user takes the wrong medicine can be effectively prevented.
In some examples, the medication reminding device may include a breath light 26, a buzzer, and a vibrating device; breathe the warning light 26 set up in upper cover body 7, bee calling organ set up in box body 3, vibrator set up in box body 3. Specifically, the breath indicator lamp is located at a central position on the upper cover body 7, the number of buzzers is preferably one, and the vibrating device is preferably powered by a linear motor. When the medicine box 100 needs to remind the user to take medicine, the breathing prompt lamp, the buzzer and the vibration device can simultaneously generate corresponding actions to remind the user to take medicine, for example, the breathing prompt lamp 26 can flash at a certain rule, the buzzer sounds, and the vibration device vibrates. In this way, it can be ensured that the reminder to the user is comprehensive.
In some examples, the type of the built-in battery is not particularly limited, such as common dry cells and lithium cells, as long as the built-in battery can power the medicine cartridge 100. The mode of supplying power to the internal battery is not particularly limited, and it is preferable that power is supplied to the medicine cartridge 100 through the USB interface 27.
In some examples, the medicine box 100 may be provided with a touch screen, and further, the medication time, the medication type, the dosage and the like of the medicine box 100 may be pre-configured on the interactive interface provided by the touch screen. Specifically, for example, T time medication is set in the clock module; the type of the medicine to be taken is A, the medicine A is placed in the medicine box unit B in the medicine box 100 in advance, and the storage module stores the information of A and B. Once the time T is reached, the clock module sends the time information T to the control circuit board, and then the control circuit board controls the corresponding medication reminding device (any one or combination of the breathing reminding lamp, the buzzer and the vibrating device) to make a corresponding action to remind the user, and after the user slides out of the medicine box 100, the unit reminding lamp below the medicine box unit B is lighted to remind the user to directly take the medicine a. The dosage C of the medicine A can be directly obtained by a user according to related medical orders on one hand, and can also be stored in the storage module in the medicine box 100 in advance on the other hand, and when the medicine box 100 reminds, the control circuit board can call the dosage C and output the dosage C through information output equipment (introduced below) to enable the user to obtain the dosage C.
In some examples, the information output device may include a speaker and a display. When the medicine box 100 is provided with the horn, the horn can report the dosage C of the medicine A to the user while reminding. When the cartridge 100 is provided with a display, such as an LED display and a liquid crystal display. When reminding to take medicine, the display can display the dosage C of the medicine A. Of course, in other examples, the usage C may be displayed directly through the aforementioned touch screen.
In some examples, the medicine box 100 may be communicatively connected to other mobile terminals, such as a mobile phone, a PAD, a notebook, etc., through the wireless communication module of the medicine box 100. Thus, on one hand, after the medicine to be taken is placed in the medicine box 100, the medication time T, the medicine type a, the medicine box unit B and the medicine dosage C of the medicine box 100 can be configured on the mobile terminal directly. On the other hand, the medicine box 100 may also transmit the medication behavior of the user to the mobile terminal. The medication behavior may include at least medication time, medication type, and medication amount.
In some examples, referring to fig. 4 and 2, a third sliding groove 24 may be further provided on the partition plate of the medicine cartridge 100, a contact pin 25 may be further provided on the case body 3, and a control circuit may be further provided in the upper cover cavity 9. The control circuit may be used at least to control the aforementioned breathing cue light 26. The aforesaid palpation 25 can slide inside the third runner 24. When the medicine box 100 is closed, the palpation 25 is located at the rear end of the third sliding groove 24, which is equivalent to turning on the control circuit; when the cartridge 100 is opened, the palpation 25 is at the front end of the third chute 24, which in this case corresponds to closing the control circuit. I.e. the interaction of the palpation 25 and the third runner 24 forms a switching action on the control circuit. Thus, the control circuit board in the box body 3 can judge the closing and opening conditions of the upper cover according to the conduction of the palpation 25 to the control circuit. Further, the medicine cartridge 100 can determine whether the user takes the medicine on time according to the closing and opening of the upper cover 2. Furthermore, as long as the user has medication behavior, the medication can be monitored, recorded, and uploaded to the mobile terminal by the medicine box 100.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned way of detecting the opening and closing of the upper cover 2 by means of the palpation 25 and the third sliding chute 24 is only a preferred embodiment, and in other examples, there may be different ways, such as providing a corresponding touch sensor or a detection circuit to detect the opening and closing of the upper cover 2.
In general, the first aspect of the present invention provides a kit 100 that is of great interest. The control circuit board can control and drive the medicine-taking reminding device according to the set medicine-taking time so as to remind a user to take medicine on time; and the design of the sliding cover opening structure also makes the operation of the medicine box 100 very smooth, which is very convenient for the user to use the intelligent medicine box, and further improves the medication compliance of the user.
The second aspect of the present invention provides an intelligent medicine box system 200 (hereinafter also called system 200), see fig. 6, including: the utility model discloses an intelligent medicine box 100 of the first aspect; a mobile terminal 101 capable of being in communication connection with the intelligent medicine box 100; the small program terminal can run on the mobile terminal 101 and is in communication connection with the intelligent medicine box 100 through the mobile terminal 101; and a server 102 configured to be in communication connection with the smart pill box 100 and the mobile terminal 101; the applet terminal configures first medication parameters for the intelligent medicine box 100 and uploads the first medication parameters to the server 102 through the mobile terminal 100; the server 102 records the first medication parameter and issues the first medication parameter to the intelligent medicine box 100; the intelligent medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal 101 both initiate medicine taking reminding to a user according to the first medicine parameter; the intelligent medicine box 100 generates a second medicine parameter according to the actual medicine taking condition of the user and uploads the second medicine parameter to the server 102, the server 102 makes a medicine taking evaluation report of the user according to the first medicine parameter and the second medicine parameter, and the server 102 issues the medicine taking evaluation report to the applet terminal.
Specifically, the type of the mobile terminal 101 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a mobile phone, a notebook, a PDA smart terminal, a tablet computer, a wearable device, and the like. In system 200 mobile terminal 101 is preferably a handset. The wireless communication module of the medicine box 100 can access the internet through a router (WIFI network) or a cellular data network of a mobile phone, and then connect or pair or bind with the mobile terminal 101 and/or the server 102.
In some examples, the applet terminal is preferably a wechat applet, and the wechat applet can configure the first medication parameters for the cartridge 100 on an operation interface of the corresponding wechat applet after being paired or bound with the cartridge 100. Preferably, the first medication parameters include a type of medication, an amount of medication, and a time of administration. The first medication parameter can be determined by the physician's order, for example, when the drug is folic acid (capsule particles), the medication time per day includes T1, T2, and T3, and the dosages of the drugs for T1, T2, and T3 are all the same or different. For example, the dosage of folic acid corresponding to T1 is 1, that of folic acid corresponding to T2 is 1, and that of folic acid corresponding to T3 is 2.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the placement position of the medicine to be taken in the medicine cartridge 100 is also placed according to the setting of the wechat applet. For example, a portion of the operator interface 103 of the WeChat applet may display a graphic/structure that substantially corresponds to the arrangement of the cartridge unit wells 4 in the cartridge 100. And then clicking the corresponding area on the operation interface 103 to complete the configuration process of the first medicine parameters. Referring to fig. 5, the first region a corresponds to the cartridge unit a in the cartridge 100. When the first area a is touched, the drug type can be input as folic acid in the second area b, and the folic acid is configured for the medicine box unit A in the process; and while the first area a is touched, the first area a may be changed in color to distinguish, for example, highlighted in a certain color. The folic acid administration time and drug dosage may then be further configured or entered (not shown). After the foregoing configuration process is completed, folic acid can be manually placed in the corresponding cartridge unit a of the cartridge 100.
It is to be noted that the amount of the drug to be used (e.g., folic acid) to be placed in the cartridge unit A can be flexibly determined according to the size of the cartridge unit A, and preferably, an amount for seven days can be placed in the cartridge unit A. For example, if the daily dose of folic acid drugs determined according to the aforementioned T1, T2, and T3 is 4, the amount of folic acid placed in kit unit a may be 28.
In addition, the medicine box 100 may further have a bluetooth module, and when the medicine box 100 cannot access the internet to connect to the mobile terminal, the bluetooth module may directly pair the medicine box 100 with the mobile terminal to establish a connection. Furthermore, the applet terminal on the mobile terminal may also be paired with the medicine box 100, and then the first medicine parameter may be configured for the medicine box 100 on the operation interface of the applet terminal.
In some examples, the type of server 102 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a cloud server or a physical server. After receiving and recording the first medication parameter, the server 102 will send the first medication parameter to the medicine box 100. Thus, when a medication time in the first medication parameter (e.g., the aforementioned medication time T1) expires, then cartridge 100 and the handset may initiate a reminder to the user simultaneously based on the first medication parameter. Thus, the system 200 can form a dual medication reminder for the user, and the reminding effect is very good.
Specifically, the medicine box 100 can control or drive the medication reminding device disposed therein to generate corresponding actions to remind the user. For example, the clock module of the medicine box 100 may send a reminding signal to the control circuit board according to the medication time T1, and the control circuit board controls the buzzer or the speaker to send a reminding sound after receiving the reminding signal, where the reminding sound may inform the user of the type (for example, folic acid) and the amount (for example, 1) of the medicine to be taken currently or this time, and after the user opens the medicine box 100, the unit reminding lamp at the bottom of the medicine box unit where folic acid is placed will light up to remind the user of the correct position of folic acid to be taken currently or this time, thereby preventing the user from taking the wrong medicine.
In addition, the applet terminal will also control the corresponding device on the mobile terminal 101 to remind the user at the medication time T1, such as setting a fixed alarm, a static picture, animation, and vibration reminder on the mobile terminal 101. In addition, in some examples, the server 102 may also send a short message or a multimedia message to the mobile terminal at the medication time T1 to remind the user to take a medication. After the user is reminded to open the applet terminal, the applet terminal can call an operation interface (see fig. 5) for configuring the first medicine parameter for the medicine box 100 and display the operation interface to the user, so that the user can intuitively know the type and the amount of the medicine to be taken and the position of the medicine to be taken in the medicine box 100.
It should be noted that the time intervals between the medication times T1, T2, and T3 in the first parameter are not fixed, but can be dynamically adjusted by the server 102. Specifically, according to the medical order, for example, T1, T2 and T3 represent three times of the day, namely 7:00, 12:00 and 17:00, when the actual medication time of the user for the first time is 7:20, the server 102 automatically adjusts T2 to 12:20, and when the actual medication time of the user for the second time is 13:00, the server 102 can adjust T3 to 18: 00. After the server 102 finishes the adjustment of the medication time, the server will issue the adjusted new medication time to the medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal 101. And the medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal 101 will initiate a medication reminder to the user according to the new medication time. The dynamic drug administration time adjustment function of the system 200 can ensure the drug administration effect of the user.
In some examples, the dual medication reminder process for the user by the pill box 100 and the mobile terminal 101 may be further refined. For example, the medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal 101 always remind the user as long as the upper cover of the medicine box 100 is not opened. Specifically, for example, in the first half hour of the medicine box 100, the buzzer will sound all the time, the vibrating device will vibrate all the time, and the mobile terminal will initiate the alarm clock at regular intervals. If the user still does not take the medicine for more than half an hour, the medicine cartridge 100 will turn off the buzzer and the vibrating device, and is prompted by the breathing prompting light.
For another example, if the user does not take the medicine at the set time point of taking the medicine, the system 200 may automatically provide the user with a time-delay reminding function, and the time of the time-delay reminding and the specific reminding manner of the medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal during the time-delay reminding are not particularly limited. In the system 200, the time frequency of the delayed alert is preferably once every 5 minutes. When the number of times reaches a set number of times, for example, 4 times, the system 200 (the specific kit 100 and the mobile terminal 101) may give up reminding the user and record that the medication is "not taken" by the user.
In some examples, because of various possible factors in the actual usage scenario, the user may not take the drug according to the first drug parameter at the set reminding (medication) time, and thus the final medication situation of the user may be determined according to the second drug parameter. For example, in a case where the system 200 has recorded that the medication status of the user at a certain time T is "not taken", the user opens the medicine cartridge 100 again at a time later than the time T to take the medication. The system 200 will modify the user's medication use at time T to "delayed take" and record the user's actual medication use time as the medication use time in the second medication parameter.
Preferably, the second medication parameter may further include a type of medication and an amount of medication. Specifically, a weight sensor, a quantity detector, and other detection devices may be further disposed in the medicine cartridge 100 to monitor the actual amount of the medicine taken from the medicine cartridge 100 by the user to determine the actual type and amount of the medicine in the second medicine parameter of the user. After the actual second drug parameter of the user is monitored and recorded by the drug box 100, the second drug parameter can be transmitted to the server in real time or at regular time, and recorded and stored by the server. Thus, the server can monitor the medicine taking situation of the medicine box 100 in real time.
In addition, the second medication parameter may also be sent to a corresponding applet terminal by the server 102. Further, the system 200 may also authorize allowing third party applet terminals to obtain the user's first and second drug parameters from the server 102 to facilitate relevant monitoring. For example, the relatives of the user need to monitor the medication of the user.
Specifically, on one hand, the server 102 may initiate a reminder to a third-party applet terminal owned by a user's relatives or send a short message reminder to a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) carried by the third-party applet at the medication time point determined by the first medication parameter, so that the relatives of the user can conveniently monitor the medication condition of the user. On the other hand, when the user does not take the medicine in time according to the reminding of the medicine box 100, the medicine box 100 uploads the medicine information such as the specific medicine delay time of the user to the server. The user's relatives may obtain medication information for the user by accessing the server 102.
In some examples, the server 102 may determine a medication delay condition of the user according to the first medication parameter and the second medication parameter, and further, the system 200 may make a medication evaluation report of the user with the first medication parameter and the second medication parameter as basic medication conditions of the user, where the medication evaluation report may include contents of historical medication records, medication efficacy, medication safety, medication recommendation, and the like of the user currently taking the medication. For the user or the third-party monitoring personnel, the recovery condition of the user can be accurately mastered by acquiring the medication evaluation report through the server 102, and the development condition of the related illness state can be further presumed. Meanwhile, in the possible consultation process, the user can also give the medicine taking evaluation report to the doctor so that the doctor can accurately master the medical history and the medicine taking history of the user.
In general, the system 200 adopts a small program terminal to configure related medication parameters for the intelligent medicine box 100, and meanwhile, the intelligent medicine box 100 and the mobile terminal 101 can simultaneously initiate medication reminding for a user, so that the user can be reminded to take medicines on time; in addition, after recording the relevant medication parameters, the server 102 can also make a scientific medication evaluation report for the user, which is very convenient for the user to improve the understanding of diseases, the curative effect of the medication and the safety of the medication.
