Abstract

Background
The cold accumulation clothes is a new technology which is provided by increasing demands of workers on the comfort of the working environment. The cold storage clothes mainly provide local cooling for the human body by adjusting the microclimate between the human body and the clothes, thereby ensuring that the human body is in a heat comfortable state.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a cold storage garment, comprising a first region including a first non-sensitive region and a first sensitive region, the first sensitive region being disposed at a bottom of the first non-sensitive region; the first sensitive area is provided with a first cold storage block, a first phase change material is filled in the first cold storage block, the first non-sensitive area is provided with a second cold storage block, a second phase change material is filled in the second cold storage block, and the phase change temperature of the second phase change material is lower than that of the first phase change material.
The cold accumulation clothes cool the human body by utilizing the cold energy released by the phase change material in the phase change process.
The first non-sensitive area is used for refrigerating the chest of a human body, the first sensitive area is used for refrigerating the abdomen of the human body, cold energy cannot be directly transmitted to internal organs covered by ribs due to the fact that the chest of the human body is protected by the ribs, cold energy can be directly transmitted to the stomach of the human body due to the fact that the abdomen is not protected by the ribs, and stomach discomfort and even stomach diseases can be caused if the stomach is refrigerated by the refrigerating temperature of the chest. In the invention, the phase-change temperature of the second phase-change material is lower than that of the first phase-change material, so that the refrigeration temperature of the cold storage clothes on the abdomen of the human body is higher than that on the chest of the human body, and the requirement of thermal comfort of the human body is met.
Optionally, a first transition region is disposed between the first non-sensitive region and the first sensitive region, the first transition region is provided with a third cold accumulation block, a third phase change material is filled in the third cold accumulation block, the phase change temperature of the third phase change material is lower than the phase change temperature of the first phase change material, and the phase change temperature of the third phase change material is higher than the phase change temperature of the second phase change material.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a cold storage garment, comprising a first region 1, the first region 1 comprises a first insensitive area 11 and a first sensitive area 12, the first sensitive area 12 is arranged at the bottom of the first insensitive area 11; the first sensitive area 12 is provided with a first cold storage block 13, a first phase change material is filled in the first cold storage block 13, the first non-sensitive area 11 is provided with a second cold storage block 14, a second phase change material is filled in the second cold storage block 14, and the phase change temperature of the second phase change material is lower than that of the first phase change material.
The cold accumulation clothes cool the human body by utilizing the cold energy released by the phase change material in the phase change process.
The first non-sensitive area 11 is used for refrigerating the chest of a human body, the first sensitive area 12 is used for refrigerating the abdomen of the human body, the cold energy cannot be directly transmitted to internal organs covered by ribs due to the protection of the chest of the human body by the ribs, the cold energy can be directly transmitted to the stomach of the human body due to the protection of the abdomen without the ribs, and if the stomach is refrigerated by using the refrigerating temperature of the chest, stomach discomfort or even stomach diseases can be caused. In the invention, the phase-change temperature of the second phase-change material is lower than that of the first phase-change material, so that the refrigeration temperature of the cold storage clothes on the abdomen of the human body is higher than that on the chest of the human body, and the thermal comfort requirement of the human body is met.
Optionally, a first transition region 15 is disposed between the first non-sensitive region 11 and the first sensitive region 12, the first transition region 15 is provided with a third cold storage block 16, a third phase change material is filled in the third cold storage block 16, a phase change temperature of the third phase change material is lower than a phase change temperature of the first phase change material, and a phase change temperature of the third phase change material is higher than a phase change temperature of the second phase change material.
Because the boundary between the first sensitive area 12 and the first non-sensitive area 11 is not obvious, a first transition area 15 is arranged between the first non-sensitive area 11 and the first sensitive area 12 for transition, and the refrigerating temperature of the first transition area 15 is between the first sensitive area 12 and the first non-sensitive area 11, so that the human body feels comfortable and the requirement of thermal comfort of the human body is met.

As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the cold storage garment further includes a second region 2, the second region 2 being disposed opposite to the first region 1; the second region 2 comprises a second insensitive area 21 and a second sensitive area 22, and the second sensitive area 22 is arranged at the bottom of the second insensitive area 21; the second sensitive region 22 is also provided with the first cold storage block 13, and the second non-sensitive region 21 is also provided with the second cold storage block 14.
The second non-sensitive area 21 is used for refrigerating the back of a human body, the first sensitive area 12 is used for refrigerating the waist of the human body, cold energy cannot be directly transmitted to internal organs covered by ribs due to rib protection of the back of the human body, cold energy can be directly transmitted to the inside of the human body due to rib-free protection of the waist, and discomfort of the waist and even diseases can be caused if the waist is refrigerated by using the refrigerating temperature of the back. In the invention, the phase-change temperature of the second phase-change material is lower than that of the first phase-change material, so that the refrigerating temperature of the cold storage clothes on the waist of the human body is higher than that on the back of the human body, and the requirement of thermal comfort of the human body is met.
Optionally, a second transition region 23 is disposed between the second non-sensitive region 21 and the second sensitive region 22, the second transition region 23 is provided with a third cold storage block 16, a third phase change material is filled in the third cold storage block 16, a phase change temperature of the third phase change material is lower than a phase change temperature of the first phase change material, and a phase change temperature of the third phase change material is higher than a phase change temperature of the second phase change material.

9. The cold storage garment according to claim 8, wherein the first cold storage block and the second cold storage block have the same area in longitudinal section.
10. The cold storage garment of claim 9, wherein the longitudinal cross-sectional area of the first cold storage block is less than one percent of the longitudinal cross-sectional area of the first region.
