Abstract

一种凸轮轴相位器，包括定子(1)、转子(2)和锁止组件(3)，转子(2)设置于定子(1)的径向内侧并且能够相对于定子(1)转动，转子(2)与定子(1)之间形成沿周向分布的多组油腔，各组油腔均包括由转子(2)的转子叶片(22)分隔开的第一油腔(A)和第二油腔(B)。在凸轮轴相位器处于转子(2)被锁止组件(3)锁止为相对于定子(1)不能转动的锁止状态下，多组油腔中的至少一组油腔中的第一油腔(A)与第二油腔(B)导通，使得在该锁止状态下第一油腔(A)的油能够流入第二油腔(B)以在第二油腔(B)内保留预定量的油。这样的凸轮轴相位器消除了高频噪声。
